I had driven by HR Automotive many times on my way to another business for the last several years…read morebut never stopped in. When my Honda Pilot suddenly experienced rough running as it had in the last couple of years and I couldn't even get into the dealer service for a week and would have to leave the car for up to a week, I called HR. I talked to Chris on the phone and described my problem, he said to bring it right in and he would run a quick diagnostic check on it. I was very impressed by Chris' knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities when he solved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. He turned out to be the new owner purchasing the business about 4 months ago after gaining years of experience and knowledge at a large local Honda dealer. He also changed the oil, topped up fluids, gave the car a quick once over and charged a very reasonable amount for his services. What a find! I highly recommend Chris to any Honda owner!!
