There are no trash cans now and they upped the price to $7 seven dollars for a basic car wash which used to be $3 to $5 dollars. I tried calling the customer service number to see what was going on with the vacuum cleaners and of course there was no response. I haven't gone here in a while because the vacuum pressure usually is very poor compared to other car washes in the area, but I thought I would give them another chance. There's no notice of a price increase, they did not have the trash cans out, and the vacuum pressure is extremely poor when they actually turn the vacuums on. Very disappointing. Overall a decent car wash. I had driven over 5,500 miles when I drove in, as I'm on a road trip and the last 4 states since my last car wash had been primarily on rural roads, AKA bugs galore! The front grill was pretty disgusting. They blasted that part heavily before I even drove into the actual car wash device. Afterwards the car looked great! I didn't stop and use the vacuum, so can't comment on that. Only one negative: I did find it to be very expensive comparative to California car washes getting similar wash and services, and to a wash I got 4 states prior. The car wash is good. Based on that, I just bought TEN monthly cards recently. Had a HORRIBLE experience today with rude employees. The Schererville location was my first stop on my way home from buying brand new expensive custom wheels. The dude was looking at the car in front of me while motioning me in, smack into the entry guard rail with my left front rim. AFTER the loud noise, he chose to motion for me to steer to my right. When I got out to survey the damage, a different employee yelled at me claiming he saw the guy guiding me. When I told him that wasn't true because I was looking for eye contact with somebody. He told me to leave and refused to wash my truck. I refused to leave. He threatened to beat the crap out of me if I didn't leave. I dialed 911 and filed a police report. The manager eventually let me get washed, while downplaying the whole thing. Why don't they teach their employees to handle things nicer? He even threatened me in front of the manager. BEWARE! Caused large scratches in my truck and ownership refused to take responsibility. They reviewed camera footage and because their exit camera was inadequate to show the scratches they tried to dismiss me. When I proved to the owner's son that the scratches aren't visible using newer footage taken post scratching I could tell he knew I was right and said he'd be in touch but then cowardly called me shortly after to say that they weren't going up own up. read more

When the employee came to help he asked for a receipt that I obviously didn't have. Instead of trying to help figure what the problem was he threw an attitude and said go see the office. When I said I'll just leave he made a crying face. At this point I'm beyond mad. I get out and approach him just to catch more attitude. After I go to the office to get an explanation I'm yelled at by another employee being told to " come here". I keep talking to the ladies to figure out the problem. If you have an expensive luxury car with low profiled wheels/tires, DO NOT bring your car here!! I ran my brand new 2019 Lexus with 35 miles and it scuffed my rim up pretty bad. I put in an accident report and the manger on duty ran the video footage and it got no where. His version was my rim was already scuffed prior to going in, when in reality the video shows a glare on my rims from the lights. This conversation got no where nor resolved and now I have a nasty scuffed rim. Unfortunately this was the very first car wash the car had since being purchased 2 days ago. This place is convenient and fair priced. We had a little sunshine so we decided to get the salt of the car. The line was a little longer with everyone else thinking the same thing today. BUT they move their lines QUICKLY. Pick your wash with or with out wax etc. Then when you reac the start they give you a towel to wipe down the car upon exit and a small square of car freshener too!. We always slip the guys a buck or two when we go and you do it here at the entrance. They do appreciate the little extra. Once you are done with the wash they have a vacuum area just outside the exit. The vacuums do have suction power and help you make the inside look almost as good as the shiny clean outside. I had been going to this car wash for some time because they always offered coupons. The last time I went was a very bad experience. When I was going through the car wash it sounded very loud, not like normal. Like the brushes were hitting my truck very hard. When I got through and went to wipe down the mirrors ect, I noticed deep gouges on the top part of the right front door and lighter scratches on the right rear door. I know they were not there before I had the car wash because I take very good care of my vehicle and also where I park at work I see that view of the truck every time I go home. I drove around to the entrance and talked to the person that takes your money and he went to get a manager. The manager (Never introduced himself) came out and looked at it and said there is nothing in my car wash that would do that and started asking me how I take care of my vehicle like I was doing something wrong. Then he left to go inside to look at the video. He left me outside in the cold for at least 30 minutes. He came back saying the video was not good enough and had me fill out a one page form and still saying the car wash didn't do that. Then another person drove up and stopped, asked where the damage was (Didn't introduce himself) and said this isn't from the car wash. They both left and went back inside and later came back with a copy of the complaint and said the boss will call tomorrow. I asked if I was just getting blown off and he said the boss will definitely call you. The next day, 11/22/2017 came and went without a call. I spent a total of over an hour out in the cold with those two and didn't even get a phone call. Some lousy way to do business. Take my money then ignore me when there is a problem. The man who helped me was great -- not pushing the more expensive wash and totally understanding I just need the mud off ( altho it will be messed up once I am on the road). The good thing about this car wash chain is that they wash your car very well and get the dirt off. The bad thing about this car wash chain is that they don't rinse the soap off very well at the other end. They don't use enough water, and they don't have enough spray jets and the few they have are poorly aimed. I have a Toyota Prius hatchback and there is always soap on the mirrors and the back of the hatchback when I exit the car wash. This is something that they need to fix. I liked this car wash because it right next door to where I work so it was easy access even though they left scratches on my ford truck, now a factory installed mud flap was ripped off of my Nissan Sentra and after getting the mud flap from them and filling out a report and handing the mud flap to them for inspection they told me that there was nothing they could do NOT EVEN OFFER TO PUT THE MUD FLAP BACK ON!
