I opted to call before I went in, to see if they could even help me, since I was pregnant. I told them over the phone that I did not want to come in if they were going to tell me they couldn't help me since I was pregnant and they said said "yes, we can help you" after referring to the doctor. I overheard them explain to the the doctor that I was pregnant before telling me that. They confidently said that they could help me and told me to come in... Once I was in the appointment they said based on their Google search they couldn't do anything for me and were not comfortable treating me. They called a pharmacist for consultation and sent me to the pharmacy for an over the counter wash that they recommended....which didn't help AT ALL. Before leaving, I voiced my frustration that I had called prior to see if they could help me and explained that they told me to come in. At that point they did give me a prescription for a steroid but recommended highly that I did not fill it. Again, I explained my frustration. I believed all this time that I hadn't gotten a bill because of that. I asked why it took half a year to get a bill for services that were not helpful and they said their system was broken and they were upgrading. I asked if they were aware it was broken all that time and she said yes. So here... I have a bill for $48.00 to pay. I asked them if I could take half a year to pay it and would you believe her response was "no"? When I explained that I was frustrated with them for all these above reasons the billing agent was unapologetic and uncaring. Despite me being pretty patient about the whole ordeal over the phone with the billing agent I explained that I would not be coming back ...which didn't seem to phase her at all. Thanks, but no thanks Urgent Care. For every possible reason I can think of... I absolutely will not be back....

I was a few days away from a business trip to California, and I needed to see a doctor. I was…read moresuffering from a skin condition in my scalp that was bothersome and painful. I did not have time to see a dermatologist as the earlier appointment was well after my time in California. I needed immediate relief. I was in Fort Wayne and decided to go to Physicians Urgent Care as it was listed on my insurance plan. I came in and asked to see a doctor. After filling out some paperwork, i waited my turn. I noticed most of the people in the urgent care that day were people to do mandatory testing for work. After about 20 minutes, I was taken inside and spoke with a nurse and told her my issue. She saw the problem and said a doc would come in a bit. Another 15 minutes later, spoke with the doctor and explained the situation. He prescribed me some doxycycline and prednisone. After a few days of taking the meds, I was in good shape. If you need to see a doc quickly but its not something for the ER, go to Physicians Urgent Care!

"This doesn't happen often" they said. My special price to repair is $4100. That's the best they would do for me on a barely used $22K machine. I just ordered a Kavo from Patterson for a couple thousand more than a PC machine. In addition, the machine looks like it's from the 80's. The interface is antiquated and while some reviewers say it's simple to use, my staff and I disagree. I considered selling it to a used dental supply company. No one will buy it working or not (I offered to have it fixed prior to sale or sell as-is). I would never recommend this product or company to anyone.
