It's always a pleasure to visit Easy Peasy. The staff members are extremely helpful and friendly (and were patient while I asked several questions about their baked goods, lol). The macarons are twice the size of standard macarons (which makes me a happy camper!) The cupcakes are beautifully decorated and taste amazing- you can't go wrong with any flavor. What really struck me, though, was the specialty croissant: a corned beef and swiss cheese filled croissant for St. Patrick's Day. The croissant was incredibly fluffy and flaky, and the fillings are a match made in heaven! It's safe to say that Easy Peasy knows their way around the art of croissant making. Though the dining room is temporarily closed, the bakery has placed social distancing measures in place so that you can order your treats and be on your way. read more

I've been twice and both times the customer service and Baked goods we're outstanding and a good value which is hard to find . I decided to try them as I needed a dozen cupcakes to take out of town for a family event . Some of my other go to bakeries have become pricey and no discount on a dozen cupcakes and were busy . I popped in and was delighted not only by the creative assortment of cupcakes but the customer service was excellent , they took the time to explain each flavor and had a great container for travel and seemed genuinely interested in making my family event special. I was in and out and paid less for a great product . So the next birthday I went back and received the same service and everyone enjoyed the cupcakes . The macaroons I tried were the some of the best I've had . They even labeled the container so my guests would know what kind of cupcake. This is such a lovely dessert spot. They do weekly flavors and they usually inspired by an event or season. I was having a particularly miserable day and realized the only comfort I'd find is in the bottom of a cupcake. So I ordered two. Hah. I had that gluten free lemon cupcake. I'm not gluten intolerant...I've just got an affinity for lemon. It was delicious! Texture is slightly denser because its rice flower but moist and flavorful. Cupcake number 2. Raspberry champagne cupcake with vanilla buttercream icing with raspberry drizzle. Errmygawd. One word. Heaven. They change their cupcake flavors weekly to ensure freshness though you can special or whichever you like by the dozen. They do wedding and birthdays. Locally owned and operated. Shop local. Easy Peasy takes the cake when it comes to wedding bakers! We enjoyed every moment working together with this bakery to make our wedding day extra special. We absolutely loved the tasting experience because we were able to sample a wide variety of cake flavors. What stood out about their cakes was that they were moist (most other bakeries that we tried were dry), and the flavors were unique and special. After the tasting, we sat down for a consultation where Sara answered all of our questions and gave us more details about the cake cost, design options, and how the cake would be delivered. Sara was so kind during our consultation: it made us feel great that our cake would look perfect and taste delicious, which it did! We were also so touched when we heard that they were willing to bake another cake for our 1 year anniversary. We can't say enough good things about this bakery, and we have continued to come here just for personal desserts because of the wonderful experience that we had. read more

Meh, I truly don't see the rating justification for Easy Peasy! There was nothing decadent about what I got here on a recent stop, and compared to competitors down the road, it doesn't stack up. The storefront itself is cute and comfortable to sit and enjoy, but the cupcakes I purchased were just...there! The Pink Lemonade and Fruity Pebbles cupcakes were fresh, but nothing special to make me want to try other specialties. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie looked incredible and had my expectations very high for a sweet experience. Sadly, it was so chewy that it sticks to the fork and the roof of your mouth to the point of jaw exhaustion. Easy Peasy obviously has its followers, and I'm glad for that and their success. However, I think you can find better decadents close by!! read more

What an awesome bakery! They are open later on Friday and Saturdays (which I think is awesome) so we stopped in after dinner at Osteria. The lovely owner explained that they were out of what they would normally have on a Saturday, but I still think they had a decent selection. They had three varieties of cupcakes left so we tried on of each. The half cheesecake half brownie cupcake was awesome and I would get again in a second. The sweet tea cupcake with lavender lemon butter cream, wasn't my favorite, it was just too tangy, the fiance really enjoyed that one though. Lastly we tried the blueberry ricotta cupcake with vanilla frosting, the cake was great but I wish it would have had a lemon buttercream instead of vanilla. I definitely want to go back and try out some of their croissants that they bake on Saturdays. They only had rosemary and sea salt when we were there. The huge oreo cookie and the macarons sound like they would be awesome here as well. read more

I work for Sona Dermatology and MedSpa, and a co worker introduced me to Easy Peasy a few months ago. It's SO HARD to find a bakery that does Keto desserts that are delicious, but holy cow have these guys nailed it!! The cupcakes are so delicious! And I don't feel guilty about indulging either! We were having a bad day yesterday as a group at work. The employees at the bakery took it upon themselves to really shed some love upon us. Their customer service is amazing. For High Point Market, I called these guys to deliver 160 macarons to my showroom in high point for market. They accepted my order easily, took payment over the phone and come the afternoon of my party the cookies showed up and they were beyond extraordinary. The macarons were a complete hit! People were so excited to see how pretty they were and everyone loved the flavors. Many people said they were better than the ones they had in Paris! I am SO pleased to have found them! I love this place! Most people in the area flood to Maxie B's but the pasties here are top quality and the staff is friendly! The decor inside is lovely; a nice spot to meet up with friends. The hours are weird and not in line with other reputable bakeries. They are closed on Sundays and on Saturdays close at 5pm; the owners should really reevaluate the hours. Most people go out to eat dessert after dinner or Sunday brunch. Other than the hours I would highly recommend the pastries at Easy Peasy. read more

After the owner dropped off the cupcakes, someone else must've walked off with them because they were not on our front porch when my wife and I arrived home. I am so thankful I was referred to this bakery when I needed a special cake, cupcakes and cookies for my daughter's baby shower. The way they decorated them exceeded all expectations, even prettier then the pictures I gave them to use as a guide- the decorator is an AMAZING artist. The flavors of the desserts were heavenly especially the strawberry champagne they recommended for the cake. Everything I asked of them was done to the nth degree. We decided to stop by here to pick up a few treats for a family celebration. I had read the reviews and looked at the online menu and was excited about trying a number of different things. I was disappointed when we got there and the selection was very limited, with most of the ones we were looking forward to being by special order. Okay, so I can adjust. We picked up several different kinds of macarons, which were very well priced and larger than most. I tried the lemon and the chocolate. Both were good, with the lemon being reminiscent of a lemon meringue pie. The chocolate could have used a bit more flavor. I was quite excited about the molasses cake, which was covered with a fine layer of powdered sugar. I love molasses, especially if they are in a cake made with spices. The cake was moist and tender, about the right level of sweetness, but the molasses was more of an aftertaste, kind of like some molasses had oozed by while I was eating. I had a snickerdoodle, which was good and tasted like a standard homemade snickerdoodle. I tried the filled one that my daughter got but the buttercream between cookies was very sweet. I think it took her three days to eat it. The last one I tried was a chocolate brown sugar cupcake, which like the molasses cake was moist and tender, but didn't have much of a chocolate flavor. The frosting was too sweet. While I appreciate the value and quality of the baking in the desserts here, I think the flavor could be boosted up and the sweetness could come down a bit. read more

This is my new favorite bakery in town. I love that they change up the flavors each week (for example - churro and Mexican chocolate for Cinco de Mayo). I love, love their macaroons too! They actively update their Facebook page with what cupcake and macaroon flavors they have that week. The bakery is always clean and they have a few tables if you want to eat on site. Maybe their specialty wasn't in macarons or maybe it's just because I'm picky on what they taste like, but their macarons are not worth the price. Especially if you wanna compare it to Amelie's in Charlotte. The macarons were way too sweet for my liking and tasted floury. I didn't bother trying anything else so I'll probably update my review later if I do decide on coming back. Better than Delicious Bakery and Maxie B's combined! I understand that these bad reviewers had negative first experiences, but spending two paragraphs talking about the misleading decor is pointless. The ingredients are always extremely fresh, the cupcakes very moist, and the frosting with the perfect amount of butter. My favorite is the Mayan Chocolate Cupcake with a hunt of chili powder. They offer coffee to help wash it down. The staff there is fantastic! They are very friendly, provided suggestions, offered samples and when we went at the end of the night prior to closing, they were discussing where they could donate what did not sell that day to a fire house, shelter or hospital. On November 9, 2018, Eric was extremely rude, inappropriate, and exhibited poor customer service. The details of the wedding cake were discussed months in advanced and confirmed a few weeks before the wedding. The icing was the wrong color (white not blush) and the flavor was wrong. When we contacted Eric to arrange correcting the cake, he showed no remorse and did not attempt to remedy the issue. It is never okay to call a patron a liar, especially not a bride on her wedding day! Very disappointed and disturbed. Please think twice before supporting this establishment. read more

This place is amazing. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Their cupcakes are delicious, I haven't tried one that wasn't great. Their stuffed cookies are to DIE for! I love the décor of the interior of the place, and the outside is very inviting; they have really spruced up a tiny store front, and have made it adorable. Baked goods seem to be the best when there is passion involved, and you can tell these two simply love what they do! I am a return customer. It is annoying to see people complaining about "bad décor." This is a quaint, dessert shop, not a freakin' home décor showroom. This is YELP--you're supposed to comment on the ambiance of a restaurant and their products that they deliver, not about the way the owner looks. Keep your personal attacks to yourself.
