After ordering and waiting at our table, we noticed the wait was a bit longer than usual, and shortly after, Pablo, the GM came to our table and asked about our order. He did not have any orders in the kitchen that hadn't been completed. He checked the kiosk we used, but didn't see our order. He apologized and took our order using pen and paper. After a short wait, Lisa started bringing out our order. She is so friendly and efficient (we remembered her from previous visits). Pablo also came out again to check to see if our order was complete and apologized again for the mixup. Our Italian beef sandwiches were delicious as usual (best in the Rockford area).
