We ordered the guacamole appetizer to start, it arrived and you could tell right away it wasn't fresh, came from a package. Wasn't good, and to top it off the waiter's thump touched the guacamole when he set it down. I ordered a Fajita Quesadilla and my husband ordered enchiladas. I had one bite and was very disappointed. It was more like a chicken taco. There were no peppers to speak of and just tasted terrible. The rice and beans were not good either. The whole meal was just gross!! So first off I will say that this restaurant is very clean and has a very good scenic atmosphere to match the cuisine. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good and the bar area looked well-stocked. Did not notice a lot of people in this place. The staff was professional however they were not at all cheery or smiling nor did they want to carry on a conversation with you other than take your order. Some people may like that some people might not. There is plenty of room to park and plenty of seating so that you are not congested. The food is another story. It was actually the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. The rice was the only thing that was remotely good and it had corn, snaps, onions and lima beans in it which you would expect and a good Mexican rice. The beef I chose was ground beef and it had several meatball size chunks that I had to cut apart with a fork and two small bones, very small of course, that I had to pull out of my mouth. After the second one I stopped eating my burrito and enchilada. I did eat the taco it pretty much tasted like the rest. The chips were obviously store-bought and tasted like cardboard, no tortilla goodness here, the salsa was ok but they only give you enough for almost half of your chip basket. There was no distinguishing flavor between the burrito, the enchilada or the taco or three pretty much taste the same with the exception of a hardshell or softshell. The thing that bothered me the most about my meal was that the food was barely warm. Nothing on my plate was hot and the closer I got to the center of my food the cooler it was which made me wonder if they microwave the food. Another reason I thought this is my food was a literally out in eight minutes. I even told the waitress that was fast almost too fast. I drink tea and water. The tea was good. I noticed that there was quite a bit of food left on other peoples plates as I went to the register to pay. I seriously think they need to revisit the quality of the food they are serving as well as Howard is prepared. People don't want slightly warm/cold food that is cooked in less than 10 minutes. I would not recommend this place. I checked the reviews and thought it pretty good to try but maybe those reviews are from a time when they had different staff and their food was different? I do know that there was one review that said they had really good chips, which I was expecting, only to find out they had changed the chips that they used at that time. A different server brought our food to the table and then was extremely rude when I brought it up to her that I had ordered chicken and not beef. I have to say the enchiladas were okay. I wasn't overly impressed with them. They were good enough, but nothing I would go out of my way to eat. You get the standard chips and salsa starter. The salsa was watery and lacked flavor. It was more like tomato juice. The atmosphere was pretty good, they have the standard Mexican restaurant. Lots of colors and Hispanic decor. The restaurant itself was clean. The service was kind of lack luster. We would go long periods of times with out drink refills. Went with a friend and the fiancé for dinner tonight. Me and her have been here a few other times. Tonight was a big disappointment. We found out from our waitress that a new owner had taken over so we still stayed and seen how it was. It was horrible. It's twice the price and you get alot less with the new owner then you did with the old owner. How are you going to charge double for food that tasted like a 8 yr old cooked. My enchilada was soggy and had no tast. My fiancé and our friend got the taco salad he got beef and she got chicken. Omg when they came they had maybe 5 pieces of shredded cheese on both and they had to ask for extra cheese. Then he said his was all soggy for the shell part and it tasted like plain beef with no seasoning. My fiancé said they same but with hers she had to take all the shredded chicken off since it tasted like tuna which tells me the chicken could have been bad. Not to mention the portions were to small for the prices compared to what theyuse to be. The waitress wasn't very good didn't even ask if we wanted refills or needed anything else. And the guy that checked us out didn't even ask me how it was or even give me a recite. Not to mention they charge you almost 2 bucks to use a debit or credit card and that took my bill up over 50 bucks. On top of all that I'm thinking about going to the hospital in the next 24 48 hours because I think me and the fiancé might have gotten food poisoning since we got 3 of the signs of food poisoning. It can really bad. The best part of my experience was that the waiter was nice although not very attentive. The salsa was had no kick at all. It was almost sweet. I asked for something spicier and the guy brought me some runny chile sauce. At least it had some heat to it. I ordered an appetizer and an entre. They brought both at the same time. I've eaten here a couple times, but just got around to the review. I was in the area for work, and the last visit had been around 6 months ago. I knew my first visit was memorable, just not if it was good or bad. The second visit confirmed it was not good. Everything had zero flavor. Chicken was dry, and even though it was breast meat, had the same flavor as the beef and steak: none. The cheese enchilada was weird, in that it wasn't cheese, but a queso sauce that leaked out. Chili rellaño was hard (I've had them all over the world, and this was tougher than any; worse than raw). Salsa for chips was tomato juice with cumin. Definitely will not be going back. read more

Ordered a carryout, bill was 90.00 tried to use a visa gift card with a 100.00 balance, the card was declined. When it called to find out why the card company said they tried to charge 108.00. I paid with my personal debit card. When it called the restaraunt to find out why they tried to charge over 18.00 above my bill the manager said they don't do that, but that since I had my money, just in the gift card not my bank account I shouldn't have a problem. No investigation into what happened, just you weren't overcharged in the end so too bad so sad. Beware they are preauthorizing a 20% even on carry out. read more

The whole family loves eating here. The servers are all really friendly and attentive. The menu isn't unusual or creative, but the quality exceeds the taquerias in town. It's has vibrant decor with great prices. It's not a happy hour hangout. It's more of a family dinner place. Oddly, my favorite item on the menu is their chicken soup. It's in a clear broth with shredded chicken, rice, and garnished with avocado slices and cilantro. I love Fiesta!! My friends and I love coming here! We've gone many times over the last few years, for birthdays, to celebrate the end of semesters, and sometimes just for fun! Its also great because a couple of my friends are vegetarian and they have plenty of options without having to sacrifice taste. The most recent time I went was a few days ago and I had the chicken fajitas, I almost always have these. When you are seated though, you are automatically given chips and salsa. The salsa is mild and the chips have no salt on them, which I love. If you're in the mood, they also have the best margaritas which come in a variety of sizes, or you can always order a pitcher. The chicken fajitas come with rice, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce on the side. The chicken comes with onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. The food portions are large and I generally take half home. The service here is great and fast! Easy place to come for lunch or dinner. I recommend this place to everyone! read more
