The customer service was quick, just make sure you have everything in order. I received my paperwork from my vet last minute, and therefore, didn't have all of my paperwork (vaccination records, picture) they prefer a print out of these. However, the staff member gave me an email to send the documents to and I was able to still get everything submitted during my appointment time. Parking is easy and the building is easy to find and navigate. Prices may change - but usually $38-$58 to have your paperwork approved per trip (but check your country information for travel to know for sure). Please note, you can actually have your vet send in the information for you electronically, which means you don't have to go into the office for some countries. Unfortunately, my vet wasn't aware of this and I had to come in because of my timeline. Please reach out with questions or call this office for detailed info. I found there was also a law library series that has started. The series was about the Probate Court in Rockdale county. Judge Gary Washington was the speaker and it was an excellent talk. So I found out the library is still relevant after all these years. But it has changed a lot.
