She was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and it was clear from the start that she truly cares about the animals she treats. She took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable throughout the entire appointment (she gets extremely nervous and clingy at the vet), moving at her pace and never rushing the process. She explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood each step, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Strip mall vet office close to home that gets good reviews. We've gone twice, office was empty both times. My dog was diagnosed with a UTI without a urine sample. The vet tech would not take a sample. Instead she gave me a plastic party city ladle and asked me to follow my dog around outside on the hot sidewalk to get the dog to pee on the ladle. NK, that was it for me. Were used to real vets not franchise. Giving 2 stars for vaccines, anything else, find another vet. read more

Took my dog there for a ear hematoma, they clean his ear, gave us medications. But couldn't give us a solution to the issue or help with the hematoma, they basically said go home when it pops bring him back. We tried to call multiple times after the medication did not work, and the ear got worse. But hey they charge whole alot of money for no solutions. Then can't even return our calls. Horrible Service! Please don't take your pets there. They don't care about your pets so don't take them there. I took my pup who was not doing well there and they were not only over booked but they were rude. I called to make sure my pup would be seen they assured me they would see him and they didn't see him because they had over booked. I'm not ok with that as my dogs health is very important to me. I gave this clinic a second chance as the service provided the first time was bad, the clinic was not not the cleanest. This time it was HORRIBLE. Never again will I return and the saddest part is that the gal not only showed she didn't care as she came out and saw my pup was not well she told me to go somewhere else. My cat, Poe, had something funky going on with one of his ears and one eye. I tried to get in with my regular vet, however, they didn't have anything available until next month. They suggested to get into contact with EasyVet, and I'm so glad they did. I was able to get in within a week, and my time there was amazing. Don't get me wrong, it was busy, but the hospitality was 110% worth it. The staff was unfortunately dealing with a euthanasia which made it quite time-consuming. One of the Vet Techs, I believe her name was Jenny, and another woman who I cannot remember their name, were so kind the entire time. After my room was cleaned, they checked in with Poe and I periodically to let me know that they did not forget about us, offered water, and even discounted my initial exam fee (totally not why I'm writing this review but it's the thought that counts). You could tell they were passionate about their clients. I told them take as much time as they needed to ensure the family who was there for the euthanasia were taken care of. The exam was fast, and they treated both my cat and I with great respect. The only thing I would recommend would be volume control on owners (ie people obnoxiously watching videos on their phones while waiting in the exam rooms) because the walls for the rooms do not touch the ceiling. Very Disappointing... I will start with the good: I wanted to switch my senior dog to a vet that was quick, close to home, and had fair prices for the minimal maintenance of my dog. Easyvet checked all these boxes. We initially went in for care for a minor abrasion in my dog's eye. They were easy to schedule and work with. They prescribed some simple drops and unfortunately, this did not heal quickly so they recommended care at a more specialized vet. Eventually, everything worked out, no problem there. Fast forward to this week. After learning everything there is to know about my dog and his eye, (we saw the specialist and she diagnosed him with chronic dry eye thus he is prone to minor abrasions with prolonged healing time, but with the proper drops it is easily managed), we called at the beginning on the week to see if we can get a refill of the drops, as my dog has another minor abrasion. The front desk (Terry, I believe) wasn't sure if they could do this without seeing him, so I respectfully requested to speak with the Doctor to further explain the situation. She stated that the Doc was busy but assured me that before close of business, I would get a callback. A couple of days past still not call back or communication of any kind, meanwhile my dog still needs his drops. I email them, no response. So On Friday morning I call again, and I am met with nothing but excuses. Instead of taking ownership and admitting they forgot, Terry gave me a list of all the other things going on, and that is why I never received communication back. Horrible and unacceptable. As a business owner, I would never put my business troubles on a customer and make excuses for our lack of attention to detail. She stated that she would again try and get an answer for me by the end of the day, and recommended the next available appointment (the following Monday) to which I accepted. At this point, I expressed my frustrations and still requested to speak with the Doctor. The reason being, if I had actually been called back, as promised, I would have made an appointment this week, as initially, Terry mentioned they had openings on Thursday. But because of their lack of follow-through, we were now at the end of the week my dog still without his meds. She again stated she would absolutely make the Doctor aware of the situation. Just before 3PM this afternoon I received a call from Terry with the update. She stated that again, they would not provide the medication and they needed to see him first because Terry miscommunicated that this was the same eye issue that has not healed from before. It's a completely different eye, just same issue. If you scrape a knee, go to the doctor they put antibiotics and a bandage on it and I scrape the other knee the exact same way for the exact same reason, lets skip all the BS and fix it the same way. At this point, I am very frustrated. I can only conclude that part of their business model to to see patients every time in order to charge $$$ for the visit. Otherwise, there is no reason to see my dog for the same issue with the medication that already worked and has been working. Complete waste of time and resources. Again, I requested to speak with the Doctor, at this point Terry began to become rude and started to argue with me, I had lost complete faith and trust in Terry to adequately communicate what the simple situation was to the Doctor. I requested to speak with the Doctor, she refused and then in her spite and immaturity stated that, "at this point, we will cancel your appointments". I didn't request such a thing! She went on a childish rampage of stating we aren't for you and instead of professionally communicating to a customer like an adult, essentially closed the door on my dog and I's faces sending our files back and not giving us the time of day! Do not go here if you expect any treatment other than you and your loved one being a number and a money ticket. Overall unacceptable, they need retraining on customer service, professionalism, communication, and commitment! read more

Horrible and very unprofessional. The vet and the vet techs were amazing but Sondra the front desk assistant was rude and unprofessional. I was asking questions because they were trying to charge me twice (or I thought) and she did not like that the process was being challenged so she said, "if you don't agree with me, you can go somewhere else." Of course, they already took my money, so they don't need me anymore. I asked her for her last name, and she refused to give it to me and said, "I am not giving me your free vaccines, Norma" and hung up. I called back 4 times and they refused to answer. I was trying to resolve this with the office, but she refused to hear me out. I should have read the reviews before coming here. To the owner: hire educated employees that can communicate with paying customers. read more

Needed a new vet for my german shepherd and labrador. Easyvet was very close by and and hot lots of availability and took a chance. As soon as I walked in there was no waiting at all and the nurse started weighting my dogs. This place is true their appointment times and exceeded all my expectations. The nurse and doctor were super awesome, listened to everything I said, and made the entire process smooth. Their online system base very easy to use and online pharmacy prices are great. The price for our visit was very reasonable and vaccines were are a great price as well. I received all my invoices and certificates within minutes. Just came from the EasyVet after our pup was seen for GI problems. The staff is exceptional, kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Our pup was scared, and shaky, but the staff handled her with care. We went to three other Vets, and called two, one was an emergency clinic. None had the ability/opening to see our pup. We were able to walk in to EasyVet and be seen in a reasonable time frame, and with several treatments given. We thank them for their kindness and expertise and willingness to see our pup. When I called easyvet today I was so impressed. They were so friendly and accommodating on the phone. I also was so pleased they could see my dog same day. First impressions are everything and I leave this review not to be complaining but to truly give feedback to help the business. When we arrived I felt they found us irritating and to be fair my dog is very excitable and she is a handful. The vet tech helping us was very indifferent, expressed no concern for my dog and made no attempt to interact with us with any level of care. It was just this is what we can do, the vet will tell you the same and you can take it or leave it. While I really wanted the vet to see my dog because my concerns for her may not necessarily be a cookie cutter diagnosis but I was just completely turned off by the cavalier and disinterested attitude. You can definitely tell someone that truly cares about your pet. This business is great with their customer service. The vet came in and also was great with my dog, he got down to his level and played with him before he did the exam. I thought he had already had one of the shots so after leaving and verifying with our regular vet that we hadn't already had one they rescheduled us for the next day to get the other shot. It was another visit so they totally could've charged me and I was expecting that. They gave us a great discount. The office also called to check the next day how my puppy was doing after his shots. I will definitely use this veterinary office next time we come to visit. Called around for pricing for a nail clipping and gland expressing for my dog. Was told that for the first visit, an exam was required. The price they quoted me was good for the service, so I figured I would get the exam and change to this office for future clippings and a future exam if necessary. I went in and found out the receptionist had given me the wrong price, and that they were more expensive than quoted. Also, the vet barely touched my dog, and even looked afraid. I had wanted her ears checked, and the vet wasn't moving, so I got on the floor and opened my dogs ears so the vet could look into them. She did not feel her body or anything else for that 1 second (about $65) exam. I went a second time for my dog's nail clipping and gland expressing - first checking the price over the phone. When I got there, I was wondering why the vet tech was taking my dog's temperature. She just needed the monthly clipping and expressing. Then came the price - the receptionist did not mention that an additional $15 would be charged on top of the $36 for clipping and expressing, which is for the vet tech visit. I was never told that over the phone, but in the office, the tech told me that was a mandatory thing. I have taken my dogs to a couple other local vets - they never charged me for the vet tech - that was included in the nail clip and gland express charge, which usually costs $38 (used to be a few dollars less, but recently went up). The vet tech was great, but the hidden charges, not so much. All I can think of is "gird your loins" because twice surprised is enough for me. read more

First time customer today, phoned in at 8:45 am for an appointment and was told they had a cancellation for 9:30 am. We were excited to try this vet because we normally drive to Phoenix to a low cost clinic, and this vet is so much closer and also advertised all over their website the affordability of their care and up-front pricing. My husband took our pup in and was told AFTER the exam that it would be a $90 exam fee because it was a short notice appointment. I called in to ask why we were charged for short notice when we were filling in a cancellation and I was not told that the appointment would be considered short notice and cost $90 ("regular" appointments are $65). The appointment setter insists that she did tell me, and I told her that she did not. My bad I didn't ask how much their exams are on the phone when making the appointment, wrongly just assuming they wouldn't be too bad. But she also didn't inform me of the short notice charge. There's no way. I would have taken our dog to where we usually go and pay their $35 exam fee and skip the convenience of this place. She placed me on a hold to ask the manager about my situation, then came back on the line to tell me, "since I told you over the phone and your husband agreed to it there's nothing we can do for you." Of course my husband didn't know what he was "agreeing to" and just paid thinking I had set this up and was aware. One star for deceptive pricing and deceptive business practices. Really disappointed because they seemed nice, it was clean, and the vet and staff were great with our dog. However, can't afford deceptive pricing or deceptive business practices and so will not be returning. Buyer beware of add on charge for same day appointment and possible other hidden charges; I wish I would have read their other 1 star reviews before scheduling. read more
