The lunchbox with the GOAT burger
    Destinee M.

Came here hungry and the menu honestly has a little bit of everything The lunchbox combo is a lot of food for one order burger two tenders fries and a cookie and everything came out hot and fresh Mozzarella sticks and onion rings were both solid sides crispy and easy to snack on Fish tacos were lighter and a nice balance to the heavier items Tried some breakfast too the platter with toast hashbrowns and eggs was simple comfort food and the breakfast sausage burrito was filling Milkshakes were a highlight the strawberry is classic and the fruity pebbles one from the secret menu is fun and super sweet Overall good variety and something for whatever you're in the mood for!! Or get a little of everything like us

Called to let them know what I received from the drive thru and no apology, just said I'll tell the Manager when he gets in. He said the gravy was made previously not the day of so since it was early in the morning, it takes time for the gravy to heat up. So I told him they need to let the customers know and they should not serve cold clumpy gravy. No refund not even a gift certificate to make it right, not even a phone call from the manager. So disappointed.

    LUNCH BOX w/ zucchini sticks

Not a fan of the interior lights they are intensely white, but the outside seating was nice. The person who took our order was so sweet and patient with us as we figured out what to order. The food came out super quick--less than 10 minutes. I ordered the lunch box and added cheese and subbed the fries for zucchini fries. We all agreed the portions were great. Our rating is as follows: LUNCH BOX w/ zucchini sticks: 8/10 #84 Biscuits N Gravy Plate: 8/10 #15 Melt: 7/10 Fries: 8/10 The lunch box is soso worth the price. For like $12 you get a burger, fries, two tenders, two sauces, and a cookie. I was so full just after eating the burger, so I have plenty of leftovers for tmr. Next time I would just get the regular fries, the zucchini is not worth the markup unfortunately:/ I also liked that I could have one regular tender and one spicy tender--not much of a taste difference tho. I genuinely would come back again just for the combo meal. I think the melts are a pass though. The biscuits n gravy were tasty but the gravy was a bit salty. Still great experience and delicious food!!

EAT Fantastic ? That's exactly what I did! Honestly didn't expect Fantastic to be thaaat fantastic but I had a fantastic meal. The lunch box for $12 just can't be beat. I upgraded my burger to the fantastic burger which came out to ~$20 and everything hit. Burger was packed bacon, avocado and cheese and was super flavorful but not overly salty like you'd expect with a burger. Fries, chicken tenders and the special sauce were also great. I don't like tenders but these were cooked perfectly, crispy outer and juicy, tender inside.

The first time I dined in, it was a pleasant experience. There was no wait during lunchtime. I ordered the lunch box, which was delicious, Hamburger, 2 Freshly Breaded Chicken Tenders, Fries, Cookie and a Sauce and I also enjoyed the lemonade. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is the manager who was super rude. Another person on yelp left a bad comment and took a video of him.

Came back after a while. Food and service is good. But the manager still is super rude. He talks to you like if you were dumb. Won't make eye contact or anything

Woweeeee!!! We've been searching for a quality "Mom & Pops" burger place in the Irvine/Tustin area and have finally found our go-to spot! We are super pumped about Eat Fantastic! There's been some up and down reviews about this place, mainly during their remodel, but now that they are up and running, it's amazing! Walking in, they did a great job with the design, it's super modern with some cool artwork. We were immediately greeted with a big smile by Ciara who was happy to talk about the menu and gave recommendations. She was super patient with us while she also told us about her favorite items. We ended up with: 2 plain cheeseburgers with burger sauce, zucchini fries, maui burger, fries and 4pc chicken tenders. We had to sauce it down and got ranch, fan and honey chipotle for dipping. We also added their fresh squeezed lemonade! Everything was super fresh and they clearly use top quality ingredients! Even the chicken tenders and zucchini fries were freshly breaded and fried. The entire staff was super sweet and welcoming. Overall it was an amazing experience and we can't wait to come back. Shout out to Ciara for the spectacular service! Thanks for the top-tier meal Eat Fantastic!

Photo of just a small piece of it was just a bunch of it throughout which made it very unpleasant to finish. So I didn't.

Decent breakfast burrito... Mine just had a lot of egg shell in it and halfway through it was just too much shell. I can deal with a little shell but this was a bit much. Maybe a half shell amount. An amount that can't have been missed if you were really paying any attention when cooking.

I didn't have the greatest experience with the food at the Monrovia location, so I thought maybe a change of venue would convince me better. Unfortunately, I was wrong. For $15, I was quite disappointed with my order. Yes, everything is made fresh and the servers were quite friendly and patient, but the food that I got was not worth it. I got their GOAT combo with fries and a drink. The fries were standard thick cut fries with no seasoning and barely any salt. A bit sytrofoamy on the inside and quite bland unless you dipped them in ketchup. At the very least they were piping hot. Their GOAT burger is a double cheese burger with double the amount of Colby Jack cheese with grilled onions, mustard and their spread on a gourmet bun. Yes, it's a nice looking burger and it is a bit messy, but it was so so disappointing. My first thoughts biting into it was that it was IMMENSELY SALTY. The patties themselves were seasoned to be quite salty and this didn't get mitigated by the sweetness of the grilled onions or the sourness of the mustard, it was just an overwhelming mouthful of salty meat. I sadly couldn't even make it through half of the burger before getting queasy of it and already downing all of my soda to balance out my salt intake. I would have rated higher if I could finish my order, but I just couldn't and with this recent experience, I think I'm going to wait quite awhile before I give Eat Fantastic another chance, regardless of location.

I had to come here after hearing about their lunch box deal. Parking lot is small but it wasn't busy when I went so not a problem at all. They also have a drive thru if you want to get food quick. The inside is clean, quaint, and feels similar to an old timey diner. Good vibes all around. Service was quick and easy. I got the $12 lunch box deal which includes a hamburger, two tenders, fries, and a cookie. Hamburger came with grilled onions, which I love. It was flavorful, solid burger. I really enjoyed the tenders, you can get them regular or spicy so I opted for spicy. I wish it was spicier, but the chicken itself was tasty and the sauce was on point as well. The fries are decent and they give you a sizable portion of them. The cookie was smaller than I thought it'd be, about the same as a chips ahoy cookie. Can't complain too much for how good of a deal it is. Really solid deal with a good selection. I will definitely be returning soon.

First time coming here. Just wanted to eat something for breakfast so decided to give this place a try. The place is clean and not too crowded when we came in on an early Saturday afternoon. I decided to try the sunrise sandwich that comes with your choice of meat, lettuce, mayo, egg and tomatoes. I went with sausage. My friend got the breakfast burrito with chorizo and added sour cream(sour cream was additional cost). The sandwich lacked flavor. It was bland and don't think the tomato made it any better. The sandwich didn't come with any sides or drink so it seemed overpriced. The burrito was large and tasty. My friend thought it was too soggy because of the sour cream but I actually liked it. Wish the sandwich came with cheese or had a special sauce. I think a side of fries or hashbrown would have made this item better. This is just my opinion on the breakfast foods I tried. I heard their burgers are good so maybe I'll return to try them out.

Today was completely full at 10am and a line out the door. Paging people through their text when tables were ready. So let's do a critical review of the "stress test" which cost us $23.81 for two people. The person at the podium in front took our name and my cell number to text us when ready. The line for ordering was out the door but the system paged us and said "your table is ready" so we waited in line outside the front door for 10 minutes and finally transitioned to the inside line which took another 10 minutes to order. I would say that the timing of when the system texts you needs some work. We ordered a Classic Breakfast with CRISPY bacon, home potatoes, multi-grain toast, a side of pork sausage and a cappuccino. The enclosed receipt does not accurately reflect what we ordered. The bacon was floppy and not fully cooked. The home potatoes were not done and soggy. The sausage was dry and tasted old. The cappuccino was perfect. So I would say that this Poached Kitchen location, compared to our prior experience of things done perfectly, failed the "stress test" - when tables and lines were full, it could not deliver it's normal well-prepared meals. They also failed to check back at the table which is a standard service item they have observed for many months. Of course new people still in training can account for alot of this kind of experience. We detected new people we had not seen before. We generally consider management accountable for ensuring that new employees are properly trained. We have not seen the food preparation break down before. This was a first but then we've never seen this many people lined up waiting for tables. Of course all kinds of things go on simultaneously that stress the system.... to go orders from online sources, people trying to box their leftovers, etc. Poached has a whole team of people who just worry about clearing tables, setting up tables with water, etc. This of course allows higher turnover and better utilization along with better customer service. Our takeaway today is: don't come to poached kitchen when it's packed....come earlier before 8am. and notice they serve lunch as well.

We got a smattering of food - there were a bunch of delicious options, which makes it difficult when you're indecisive like me. Breakfast burger - this was amazing. There's a cool Japanese "tornado" egg on it, which is really nice, texture-wise. Much better than just slapping an over-easy on top. Flavor was great. Bacon was great. This was one of my favorites. Tuna melt - I love tuna melts so I'll always order if I find one on a menu. This one was good. Like actual prepared tuna with kewpie. Definitely elevated from your typical diner fare. Also came with a side of sweet pickles - great to cut through the richness. Pork belly bowl - this is for you rice bowl lovers. Nice cuts of pork belly with a sesame sauce, delicious stewed kimchi, and Japanese style potato salad. Better than your typical bowls that just slap a bunch of things on top of rice. There's nice thought going into this dish and the stewed kimchi really packs that extra punch. Apple burrata salad - nice and light. With everything else we ordered being hearty, the salad offered a nice way to cut through the richness. Creamy burrata on apple slices with tomatoes. Bright flavors with the silkiness of the cheese to bind it all together. Truffle tots - get the tots. Top tier. Fresh, airy, and crispy. Get the truffle oil. Croissants - how many places actually make their croissants in-house nowadays? We got a few to go and devoured them later in the day. Flakey exterior with soft buttery goodness inside. Legit stuff. Santa Ana Brunch Club: A Breakfast Revelation…read more For one, I have never really been a brunch or breakfast person. Breakfast has always felt somewhat predictable to me eggs, pancakes, French toast, maybe some potatoes and even the higher-end brunch establishments, while they may use more refined ingredients, sometimes only manage to give the classics a slight edge over your run-of-the-mill breakfast joint. Then I experienced Santa Ana Brunch Club. When I say this was the best breakfast I have ever had, that is honestly an understatement. And yes, that comes with one very important disclaimer: no seafood* I'm allergic. Everything was phenomenal. And I mean everything. Most restaurants treat eggs like a supporting character a side dish, a filler, something added to make the plate appear more substantial. Santa Ana Brunch Club clearly sees them differently. The scrambled eggs were impossibly fluffy, beautifully seasoned, and carried an original flavor profile that was immediately distinguishable from any other eggs I've encountered. They weren't there to fill space; they were part of the composition. Now, what did I order? Bubbies Fried Chicken n Pancakes substituted with French toast. And this French toast... It looked like something pulled directly from the pages of a culinary magazine or lifted from a beautifully produced food television show. It was almost so visually perfect that I felt like I shouldn't touch it. But once I did, the presentation became secondary because the flavor was even more impressive. I have never considered myself a French toast person. Most of the time, it simply isn't executed properly, so I've always gravitated toward pancakes because, well... it's pretty difficult to completely mess up a pancake. Santa Ana Brunch Club changed that. This was easily the best French toast I have ever encountered. Rich without becoming heavy. Sweet without crossing into excessive sweetness. Every component seemed intentionally placed, creating that rare balance that can only happen when someone truly understands the craft of cooking. There was a progression to every bite texture, sweetness, richness, warmth and somehow it continued getting better as I worked my way through the plate. Then came the fried chicken. That perfectly seasoned, beautifully crisp exterior brought exactly what the French toast needed: crunch, salt, and savory depth. It created a contrast that pulled the entire dish together. The result was essentially an elevated interpretation of the chicken and waffle concept, except this felt like it had been taken into an entirely different culinary universe. This wasn't simply breakfast. It was a redefinition of breakfast. The kind of dish that makes you reconsider an entire category of food you thought you already understood. And then there were the drinks. The Berry Bloom is one of those drinks that makes you stop after the first sip and think, why isn't this bottled and sold everywhere? It's an incredibly well-balanced spritz bright, refreshing, fruit-forward without becoming overly sweet, and composed in a way that makes it feel effortless. This is something I could genuinely see becoming a nationwide bottled sensation. The White Rum Vanilla Bean Latte takes a completely different approach. Instead of burying the coffee underneath syrups, sugar, and a mountain of additives, it allows the actual coffee to remain the star. The vanilla bean and rum notes complement rather than overpower, creating a latte that feels intentional rather than disguised. That, more than anything, seems to define Santa Ana Brunch Club. Intentionality. Nothing felt like filler. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The eggs mattered. The texture mattered. The sweetness mattered. The contrast between savory and sweet mattered. Even the drinks felt composed with the same philosophy as the food. I doordashed not being a breakfast person. I m wondering if I had simply been eating breakfast at the wrong places. Santa Ana Brunch Club didn't just serve me breakfast it redefined what breakfast could be. Whenever I think of brunch or breakfast from this point forward, this is the place I'm going to think about.

With it being a small place, one thing that stood out was that our food came out late. We were told it was because there was a large order placed when our order was placed. That was fine. No big deal but not too long after we finished eating and paid for our food, we were being rushed off so that the table could be used for the next guest. We understood but my thought was now we are being rushed when our food came out pretty late. I thought they forgot about us. But it wasn't an issue. We gathered our things and left. We completely understood and they were really polite about letting us know it was time to leave. Another thing I would like to see done, when they are able, is a makeover for the restroom. I was hesitant, not because of the looks but because there is only one bathroom and I couldn't figure out if the door was locked or not Once you go, if you visit before the knob is changed, you'll understand what I mean. Overall, I'd go back. It was good and the people there were really cool.
