    Philly cheesesteak, Mushroom Swiss Burger
    Eileen L.

A great spot for some pub food! Portions are huge and it's a great value! The chicken nachos were especially worth it at its price point. We got the mushroom Swiss burger and the Philly cheesesteak. While both were good, the Philly cheesesteak was especially yummy!! The variety of drinks was also expansive and both of the drinks we got were very refreshing with all the fried pub food. The only problem we had was that service was a bit on the slower end. We walked in as a group of 8 on a Sunday night. There were only 6 sets of silverware and it took a while for our table to get water even though the whole restaurant was not that busy. Definitely take advantage of the happy hour deals that they have on the weekdays!

7/10 Loaded Tots - Mediocre at best. 8/10 Wings - They were okay! Cost - Loaded Tots $15.25, Wings $18.95

Ok, 3 stars for the restaurant but an extra star for our waiter who was freaking hysterical and made us laugh the entire time without being inappropriate or pushy!! So this was definitely a greasy over priced bar food type menu. Came here to grab a drink with a friend and had zero expectations to eat which was wise, because if you have celiac, you won't eat. Anything that could be made gluten free seemed a little bit high likelihood to be cross contact but our freaking awesome waiter knew exactly what could be altered to be "gluten free" so he may had been willing to work a little with the cross contact measures if I was legit hungry. Happy hour was limited on selection but the martinis were great for $10!! The patio was lovely and there was going to be live music which we missed but the warm up sounded great. I'd definitely go back for happy hour. The server, again, was super funny without being obnoxious or offensive when I mentioned my celiac (it happens quickly when people think it's funny) and honestly it was good vibes.

Great vibe good service. Nice outdoor patios with fireplace. Cool place to hangout. Spacious inside dining with plenty of seating by the fabulous bar or at the tables or booths all around. Espresso old fashioned is good but the dragonfruit margarita is just too sweet and very light on the alcohol.

I love coming here to watch sports on all the many TVs around the bars. Food and drinks always come out fast. Thanks to David, Eric, and Alexis at the bar for keeping the drinks flowing as we watch the Stanley Cup Finals. Pretty living crowd for a Sunday evening

Brandon Wayne & El Tobino were fantastic!

Had a blast at Bar Louie Tustin! Great food, great service, great entertainment! Loved listening to live music by Brandon Wayne and El Tobino on the patio. Martini's were so good, Happy Hour until 7PM! Amazing!

This place is fine for what it is. It's got plenty of TVs so good for watching sports, indoor and patio seating, and can accommodate big parties. The food and drinks are decently priced and definitely do the trick. Service is a bit on the slow side but it's nice not to feel rushed. They will turn on the audio for the "game of the day" too so that's nice. Came in for March madness final 4 and it was definitely lively. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms are gross here. Every time I've been here the restrooms are not very clean which leaves me wondering if the rest of the facility is.

Steak Frites, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Chicken Wings Bone In Buffalo
    Cates D.

Came to Bar Louie for dinner with my family. We ordered the Steak Frites, the Crispy Parmesan Chicken, Chicken Wings. It wasn't very busy since it was right after a holiday, but the food still took quite a while to come out. The steak came out more medium-well than medium--good portion size, but a bit tough for me. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken was flavorful, but not as crispy as I expected. The Wings Bone In were the highlight for me--really flavorful and crunchy. Overall, the meal had its ups and downs, but I'd come back to try other items on their menu.

I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback. Even though the review was long..(lol) I wanted to make sure the details are accurate and understandable. Next, they set up with drinks right away. It was so lovely being able to speak with our bartenders for the night who asked us specifically what type of cocktails we like to enjoy and if we like to sip on tall or short drinks. This experience itself was unlike any other because as soon as my drink came out, it matched EXACTLY the drink I would normally order off a menu. There are preset cocktails to choose from as well but the drink made for me was so lovely. We were next met by Chef Jason who came by and spoke to us about his favorite items on the menu currently. He made suggestions of what to order, how he would pair items together, and even put in a few items to surprise us. I am so happy we had a moment to chat with chef because hearing the story behind the dishes, why he created them, and the inspiration he took from different cuisines was so unique. Many times, we get to enjoy delicious food but we rarely sit down with the chef to understand why it was created for us in the first place. Chef Jason is such a funny, entertaining, and personable man and made the entire dinner even more special. My favorite shout out dishes have to be the Kayseri Mantisi, Wagyu Flake Steak, World Peace Burger, and Sour Patch Melon. These flavors are incredibly complex yet complement each other so wonderfully and every bite is heavenly. There are so many other dishes I tried and each deserves its own shoutout, but these mentioned above blew my mind away. Should I have another chance to come by, I definitely will take it up! The menu rotates and there are always new items that pop up so it will always be a new experience each time. For years, Hangar 24 has been a place where families can gather, enjoy great food and drinks, listen to live music, and allow their children to safely play and have fun. It has created a welcoming environment that appeals to a broad audience, and that family-friendly atmosphere is one of the reasons so many people continue to return. Last night, however, I noticed a significant change that concerned me. Instead of having the live band perform earlier in the evening, a DJ played first and the band performed much later. Many people, including myself, came specifically to enjoy the live band, and the new format seemed confusing to much of the crowd. As I observed throughout the evening, very few people were dancing during the DJ set. Most guests remained seated, looking uncertain about the change. In addition, some of the music selections and volume level felt inappropriate for a venue that attracts so many families with young children. I noticed several children covering their ears, and many parents appeared uncomfortable. From my perspective, Hangar 24's customer base is largely made up of families. Those families purchase food, drinks, and often stay for several hours while their children enjoy the outdoor space. By scheduling the live band later in the evening, many parents are forced to leave before the performance begins because their children are tired or it is simply too late for a family outing. If the goal is to attract a younger nightlife crowd, a better approach might be to have the live band perform earlier in the evening when families are present and then transition to a DJ later at night for guests who prefer that atmosphere. This would allow both audiences to enjoy the venue without alienating the families who have supported Hangar 24 for years. I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely enjoy coming to Hangar 24 and want to see it continue to succeed. I believe many guests share these concerns, and I hope management will carefully consider how these changes may impact the loyal family customer base that has helped make Hangar 24 such a popular destination. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer
