Accordingly, our group of 16+ will now order elsewhere and discourage those we know from ordering from this establishment in favor of one capable of treating patrons with decency. They often talk to customers as if you're inconveniencing them simply by ordering. It's consistently curt and surprisingly rude. Then comes the twist... You slide your credit card into the machine. It asks if you'd like to leave a tip. You make your selection. Then--like someone flipped a switch--they smile, hand you your food, genuinely thank you, and wish you a nice day. And somehow... it works. Five minutes ago you were annoyed. Now you have your food, you're relieved the ordeal is over, and you're walking out smelling the pizza!
