Amazing little spot in Mayport Village to grab a coffee, small treat and pick up a quick gift in the sundry department if needed. Sit out on the front patio area or inside seating as you recharge on your favorite caffeinated desire. Service is very friendly and will answer all of your questions with a smile! Definitely worth checking out. Be mindful of parking, no lot and just need to find an area on the side of the road to pull over to access this spot!

Such a cute little coffee shop nestled in the quaint Village of Mayport! I got an almond, white chocolate, mocha latte in a regular mug (makes a difference ) and it was made just perfectly. I sat and drank it on the front porch while looking out the views of the beautiful river. The building is aesthetically so pleasing and comforting. There are a few chairs on the Front Porch as well and table and chairs to the side. What a great way to unwind first thing in the morning!

Just before driving onto the St. Johns River Ferry between Mayport Village and Fort George Island, I stopped at Coconut Key Coffee and Sundries ...secured a coffee before bravely undertaking the epic 10-minute ocean voyage. The shop was bright, clean, and very welcoming. The coffee was excellent, and the owner was genuinely friendly. Nuf said -- highly recommend!

Small but super cute. I got a lavender latte and a mini turtle cheesecake. I'm glad we have a cute little option like this in the area. It's right near the water in a beautiful spot.

Boho-chic coffee shop with laid-back beach vibes. The local boutique features a great selection of coastal flair; from Aloha bags, local honey, Hemlock hats, and Sand Cloud towels to a fun make-your-own flower bouquet station. The coffee was solid, and the breakfast sandwiches were just as good. The barista was super helpful, and our food and drinks came out in a normal amount of time. There's a cozy indoor seating area plus two outdoor spaces to enjoy. Parking is available on the north side of the building between properties. Very cute spot...we'll definitely be back!

This is the first coffee shop we've been to since moving to Jacksonville. I love the location, though parking I can see maybe being hard at times. But it's in a quiet area overlooking the water. I got the coconut cloud latte and really loved it. I didn't think I'd like it that much, but it was delicious and creamy. The person working was also sweet and conversational. It felt welcoming.

This has become our favorite little coffee shop. My husband and I both love the Coconut Cloud Latte. The service is outstanding and all the sundries are so cute! I've gotten some adorable gifts and cards here. Today was especially fun because SS Florals was out front selling fresh cut flowers.

What a fun new coffee spot in Mayport!!! This coffee shop has inside seating and a fabulous outdoor patio with table & chairs to chill or work. I came in today a few minutes before they closed at 2:30pm and got the coconut cloud latte, one of their signatures with coconut milk & maple which absolutely hit the spot on this sunny day! They sell "coffee & sundries", the sundries being beachy things like hats, bags, sun screen, all the stuff you may have forgotten on your way to the ferry or the boat. Definitely check it out for the vibe!

This is a super cute cafe/shop in Mayport village, where my family and I frequent for seafood. We happened to go on a day when there were flower bouquets also for sale by a sweet duo, and the coffee was decent! If you're a fan of coconut, this is definitely the place to go. The only thing I'd mention is this place specializes in iced coffees, so I wouldn't recommend ordering a cortado or a macchiato and expecting a small coffee.

Half Red Foreman sandwich and Coconut Cloud. (Couldn't wait to take a bite of her half - sorry)

Great little cafe! Wonderful addition to the Mayport area. We got the churro latte, the coconut cloud, and the Red Foreman sandwich, which was pretty substantial. We split it between two and it was plenty for a quick bite. They also sell some pastries and some small trinkets/beach gear! Overall great lil spot, the customer service is great - very friendly staff!

This place !!! Yallll!!! I found it by a TikTok the night before and I have been comparing every other coffee to the one we got from here and my god, none match! The barista was friendly and helpful! The little shop is so adorable I do wish they would've had some of their own merch tho cause I would've bought it all up!! They're dog friendly with some outdoor seating!! Don't blink or you'll miss this place! It is off the path but the views and drinks are worth the detour.

I dont eat a lot of strawberry shortcake so I'm not sure what I was expecting. This shortcake seemed like it had more whipped cream than anything and maybe that's how they are supposed to be....but Im not sure. The vanilla bean cheesecake was also very good. I will be going back for another slice. Not too sweet, not dry. Nice and creamy. The service was good.

I made it my mission to find the and send her fresh mooncakes. I was thankful for this establishment, as they had five different flavors of mooncakes. This was the only place I located, close enough to Callahan, that actually sells mooncakes. They are located inside of R & D International Market. The bakery is well stocked with a very off sweet treats or savory baked goods. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They labeled each mooncake so we knew the flavors, as they are indivvidually wrapped. We shipped them overnight to her. We also bought doubles so we could try them.as well. The flavors were black sesame, green tea, pineapple, red bean and lotus. The black sesame and red bean were very dense. The lotus and green tea were a lighter texture with great flavor. Our favorite was the lotus with the red bean in second place. It is a quiet, quaint spot among the food court with a few tables to enjoy your purchase while you are there.

The next morning, we had the sausage and scallion bun at home. I liked it, maybe more than the pork bun, and would get it again, though it had the advantage of being reheated at home in the microwave. My wife liked the dough, the hot dog less so (and I must admit the hot dog in the croissant we had a while ago at Cruffin & Tea was better). I'd get this again, though probably trying the regular hot dog bun instead of the scallion one next time. I'd asked the server if she could reheat our items when I bought them, but she said no, and didn't seem to understand English well. So far, I've preferred the savory things to the sweets here. Each item was $3-3.25, so a better value than the other bakeries I go to. I will return to this place periodically, but I still prefer places like Cruffin & Tea and Le Petit Paris, so I'm giving Mai Xiang Garden Bakery an average rating, 3 stars: pretty good, but not above average for a bakery, other than the good value.
