Just first impression without having food in front of me for over 20 min. Register...don't put my cup face down. Germs are all over your counter and I'm putting that cup to my mouth. And damn, no fried okra!? Beverage/condiment/ silverware....no forks, and only spoons. Table...cleaned off but definitely not wiped down from gresy and elbows or food. Food just arrived, hot: ordered three piece catfish, glad they gave me 5 cause these little fried catfish strips or it would've set me off! Great catfish tho! Now I'll shut up and eat but should've had at least one more person on the floor. Ambiance - very nice. Brand new, clean facility. This got them both stars. Service - it's a self serve place. Stand in line, place your order, take a number. Get your own drink and condiments. They do bring your food to the table. I have no problem with this style but I think it should cost less than a full service, sit down restaurant. Food - edible... I got the blackened catfish - 3 very small filets. The flavor was fine. But sticks of rosemary ruined the dish. So, If you like sticks in your food you might love it. TONS of rosemary STICKs coating each piece. Tried scraping them off but still many made it to my mouth. Yuck! My friend had the fried catfish - it was ok but certainly nothing to brag about. Bland. No seasoning. The tarter sauce was different - I would call it a spicy mayo. Missing the chunks of pickles, onions, and such that are the hallmark of a good tarter sauce. Not bad but I wish they had real tarter sauce too! Hush puppies are usually my favorite part of a catfish meal. Here they were the worst part of the meal. Tiny, hard, very dense balls with zero flavor. It's sad when you'd rather have ones from a cheap, fast-food place. Sides - had baked beans and coleslaw. Tiny portions - 1/4 cup of each. Not bad.... I'd say they are almost exactly what I get from tubs in Harps' deli section. Price - high (for what you get). I could tell you about a catfish place in Fayetteville that has amazing hush puppies (crunchy outside, tender inside, well seasoned!), unlimited sides (yup, all you can eat hush puppies, slaw, tomato relish, and pickles). And they're full service - they take your order, refill drinks, bring more sides, etc! They serve larger portions of fish too. And the price is almost exactly the same!! Overall? Not impressed. We've been to the one in Fayetteville and we loved it so much but it unfortunately closed so we decided to make the drive to go eat there! The staff was super friendly and the food came out so fast! This was the first time for my wife and I to visit Eat My Catfish. We were the at 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. It is in the fast food type of restaurant category. You can order to take out or dine in. The place is clean and has adequate seating for dining in. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. My wife ordered the Cajun shrimp. I had the Cajun catfish fillet. We served ourselves for our drink order. We both enjoyed the flavor of our meals. The blackened Cajun has a spicy taste. The person at the counter and our server were friendly and helpful. We will be back and recommend it to others that like catfish or shrimp. They also have chicken dishes and salads. read more

Great little spot, we had a group of 6 for dinner, Trinity took our order at the counter and we had a seat near the back of the dining area. Wish I had took a picture, but we had a variety of meals, Po' boys and combos. Food was great and just a little larger than what's needed portion wise so that was nice. A young man working the dining room was super polite and helpful. We will definitely return. read more

The last time we ate there, my husband's and son's food had way too much salt-wasn't edible!! We spoke with management and she argued with us, and did not offer to make it right. That's enough for us. We will go elsewhere, even if we have to leave Siloam. read more

First time here. As you open the door you can smell the fresh seafood in the air. This place is spacious clean and friendly. I was pressed. I ordered the Try it' all combo. It came with 2 fish, 2 chicken, 2 hush puppies, couple shrimps and two sides. The sides we tried was Cajun rice and bbq beans. They were both delicious. You can taste all the seasoning in it. The catfish was fresh and shrimp were nice size. I really enjoyed it. Even though this was an order up restaurant Hannah the server was very nice and friendly and attentive and cleaned up our table. We love a certain catfish restaurant in Fayetteville but don't want to drive 45 minutes for dinner, so we were very excited when Eat My Catfish opened in Siloam Springs. We took our kids to dinner, looking forward to a good (if not necessarily healthy!) meal. We were so disappointed by the food! We ordered catfish, chicken tenders, and po' boys. All of the meats were crispy and fresh, but terribly bland. I don't care for spicy food but even I thought the food was flavorless -- so much so, that my husband and I each took a Covid test when we got home, because I thought we might be losing our sense of taste. (Both tests were negative.) We've heard some good reviews from others and may give Eat My Catfish another chance in the future, but not until we've had time to forget the disappointment of our first visit. read more

Decided to give this place a try while traveling and it didn't disappoint. The blackened catfish and shrimp were excellent along with the cajun rice and mac n cheese. I had a tough time deciding what to actually try because it all sounded good. I ordered and my appetizer (fried green tomatoes) came out in roughly 5 minutes and then my main dish probably 5 minutes or so after that. There was a steady flow of people for a Tuesday evening. Definitely warrants a return visit to one of their locations when I'm in Arkansas. My only recommendation to the owner would be incorporating a small piece of cornbread with the main dish as it would have really completed the meal. read more

I think reviews are good here because people who get a bad meal here just dont come back or bother telling it like it is, we had the blackened catfish. it was served and we thot we had gotten the childs menu, 3 tiny (tiny) pieces of ash covered fingers of something. i tasted it, and it indeed tasted like dough rolled in an ashtray. my husband felt sorry for both of us and ate the tiny fries only. we told management and he was nice but did tell us they have had that problem before, and "please come back soon". we dont make a fuss at restaurants like this because theyre trying to make a living too;, but walked out and will never go back. two stars because of the cleanliness of the place, NOT the food, or lack of. friendly wait staff too. read more

First time trying seafood at this location, and I loved it. The fish melts in your mouth and has a nice crunchy outside. I also love the shrimp, fried and in po'boy style. The beans are delicious, with a little bit of spice. The customer service is always on point, someone checks on you a couple times while you're there to make sure everything is good. Cant forget about the pies, they come out super hot with ice cream to cool you down. read more

We are from out of town so we hadn't heard of this place before. We got the ultimate family pack that had a large mess of catfish, 4 chicken tenders, a double handful of hush puppies, baked beans, coleslaw, tomato relish and corn on the cob. The 4 of us (2 girls and 2 hungry guys) all walked away stuffed and took home enough to make a meal for at least 1 more and still some leftovers. The staff was friendly and Travis stopped by to make sure everything was good. Next time we drive through we will be stopping in. Oh, and the tarter sauce was EXCELLENT! read more
