Iron Skillets are pretty common at truck stops, but this one really stood out for the service and consistency. Hot food, quick service, and our drinks were never empty. It's always such a nice break to sit down and enjoy a real meal instead of grabbing deli or fast food. The menu is familiar, the portions are solid, and everything came out fresh and fast. So when my server brought me a true medium rare steak, there was this aura of sacredness to it. I simply didn't expect the chef was going to make it to that likeness...and he proved me wrong. It just shows, that there are still individuals on planet Earth that know how to grill up an everyday New York steak and not destroy it. , Thank you Jesus this art form is still alive and well. That's when I reminded them that malfunction voids all pays and pays and I wanted my money back because the machine should have been out order because it was not 100% functional ... The manager said that wouldn't be possible and I said yes it is very possible and it is illegal to have a machine operating on the floor that isn't 100% operational and I reminded him that these were their rules... They went to the office and 10 minutes later while I'm waiting my friend to leave they come and take to the cashier's and give me back every dime I spent from time I walked into the place ... Then I was told I was not welcome at their casino anymore ... It's a trick of the casinos to take as long as possible to respond to a complaint because people have no patience to wait ... My little ordeal took three hours of waiting for the slot manager and then the tech and then the casino manager but I waited them out most people won't and they know that so they use it . Just like shutting down all the ATMs at the same so customers have to wait in line to cash out ... They know most people won't wait and continue to gamble ... These are practices that would get a casino in a state with real gaming commission heavily or shut down if it was continued... But not in Oklahoma ..
