Second visit this year at this location. LJS never disappoints. Fresh food, clean restaurant, and service staff were awesome. We only stop here due to my husband and his chicken-Krums fix. I really miss our LJS when we had them in Muskogee.. certainly, I can't eat this type of food everyday, but he could. Just came to Siloam Springs for antiques and chicken. You know it's really a place that if you like fast food sea food you wouldn't complain too much. One problem though you gotta stop with the precooked left sitting on a heating rack. They bring the food to you now that's nice you don't expect that at fast food places to often the lady that took my order was extremely rude tho. I love long John silvers. Your food is always crisp, flaky, hot, and fresh. I went in today (starving) and ordered the fish taco combo w/coleslaw. We waited an extra long time on our food (it's normally fast to arrive). My fish looked like it had died in the grease. It may have been cooked and then recooked? I'm not sure. It was the worst I've had EVER. I brought it to the manager (Marvin) attention where he offered to make me another fish taco. Great!! I was so thankful. He comes out with some greasy salmon, a bit of coleslaw slapped in the middle (no side added). Still starving, I requested a refund. I don't normally do reviews. I was very disappointed with the meal served not once but TWICE in one setting. read more

Horrible service and worse food. The young lady helping us was also running drive thru, but no surprise it was empty also. The manager and drive thru guy show up after their break , obviously together. After tasting our food, we asked how long it would take to get fresh food. Guy from the kitchen said oh boy probably awhile. We knew right then they didn't want to make fresh food. I took the fish back up to the counter and heard the manager say that fish is only 10-15 minutes old. Well Ms manager, it tasted 30 minutes old. And nobody offered to cook fresh food. No wonder this place was empty and has the reputation it has. No wonder they can't keep employees. The manager doesn't understand the first thing about running a qsr or fast food restaurant. The young lady helping us was also Quality food and quality service goes a long way... and this place has neither. Way too many other options in Siloam, go try those Employees don't want your business. Guy in the back doesn't want your business. Management doesn't want your business. R Owners obviously don't want your business. S This place is a ghost town and it's extremely apparent as to why , everyone in Siloam has had the same experience . The last few times I ate here it wasn't good the portions of fish and size of the shrimp were small. and saw much cleaning and repair was needed, I decided to give them another chance and was pleasantly surprised. The price for the quality and the portions were back up to par and the shrimp were actually good sized unlike the salad shrimp I got last time. The one staff member that really stood out was David very polite and respectful when he brought our order out. There were tons of crunchies always a plus LOL. The only advise I could offer is don't mop the kitchen and lobby with the same mop. or use a strong degreaser and dust the vent registers and clean the fingerprints off the glass. I know kids with greasy fish fingers ... but there were only 4 tables of customers. That being said It was a very nice dinner. read more

Ruined. I was excited to eat some LJS because I hadn't had any in a while and had good memories of savory flaky fish. It was not worth it. There were barily any people inside and they were already eating. I had to wait a long time for a to go order because the person at the register kept talking and goofing off with the fryers in the back. When I finally got my food it was just thrown into the box and looked beatup and over fried like they forgot about my order in the fryer. I don't have too many high expectations for fried food but goodness. Poor service poor food. I wish I had a dog to give this to because I just wasted money and food. read more

I drove 45 minutes for the "All you can eat " All Day Sunday special to arrive at 7:05 pm. I was shown a sign stating they STOP serving all you can eat at 7:00 pm, even though they close at 9:00 pm! I was not pleased with my answer when I stayed the tv add said "All Day". I will not be eating there again even though it's the only LJS within 3 hours from me. This is sad as it has been one of my favorite restaurants for the last 45 years! read more
