Our takeout order was completely messed up--two "cheeseburgers" that were just dry meat and bun, plus cold, we paid extra for a loaf of bread, honey, and butter but the bread was cold and missing the honey and butter. I ordered a meal online that explicitly stated it included dipping sauce. There is nowhere to mark the type of dipping sauce you want for your chicken when you place an online order. I wrote in the notes that I wanted ranch with each chicken tender meal. When I picked it up, the manager argued with me about the sauce. After I left, I received an email notification showing the restaurant had retroactively altered my credit card charge and added an extra $0.55 without my consent.While the amount is small, altering a credit card charge after a transaction is finalized is completely unauthorized and dishonest. To top it off after ordering four meals for $82, I arrived home and had no bread to enjoy with my meal. Check your receipts carefully if you order here. This is a great place for an ole fashion sit down lunch or supper. Jamie was our server and was outstanding. We started off with the Southwest Egg Rolls, which were fresh and delicious. Stopped in on a Friday night. Crazy packed by 6pm. Had to wait 45 minutes for a table for 3. Our waitress was quiet but friendly. Drinks and salads came out quick. They have great prices on all of their drinks. I got a glass of merlot ($5) and hubs got a tall beer. They had $4 margaritas I will try next time. We split a filet with loaded baked potato, salad and side of okra. The steak came out more medium well than medium and didn't melt in your mouth like a filet usually does. My husband and I went here twice while we were out of town. We both really enjoyed their Fried Green Beans and would give them a 5 . My husband got a hamburger both times and he would give it between a 3 1/2 to a four. I had a mesquite bbq chicken breast and would give it a 3. I ordered the bbq sauce on the side and I'm so glad I did because I did not enjoy the flavor of it. I did, however, like the mashed potatoes that came with my meal. We both enjoyed their French fries and that was a plus. Our waitresses were nice both times we went and that was a positive. The restaurant was slammed the second time and the waitress, on her own, apologized for the long wait for our main entrees. The food is good. Can't go wrong with a steak here. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Overall I like this place and we do come pretty often. The steak is hit or miss, which is unfortunate being a steakhouse, but the sides are always cooked to perfection, the salads are always so fresh, the drinks are fun and delicious, and we've always had wonderful service. When I'm not willing to play roulette with their steaks I do love their chicken fried chicken. It's not as thin as I usually like, but the flavor is really there. Server spilled Mountain Dew in my lap tonight. He felt horrible and I for him. He offered towels, wet towel but no manager came. I rolled with it because we were a party of nine, celebrating our father. Nothing was communicated, so I asked the server if the manager was going to take your meal off the bill, he said he would check. Bill time came, and I was told his manager told him, it's his fault so he had to give his employee discount to the bill. Manager never came out, never checked on me, never offered to clean up the drink on the ground that now is under most of our feet. Nothing! What a disappointment! We wanted steak but what I received versus what I ordered was very questionable. I ordered a rib eye steak, medium rare. Got, in my knowledge of steaks, served a tough, gritty, New York cut; medium. The steak was horrible! I told my server about the quality, then told the manager. They said; you got a rib eye. No, nada, I did not receive a rib eye! Rib eye have a bit of fat and is tender. The steak I was served, was tough, stringy, and unchewable. Nice and creamy with large chunks of potatoes, little bits of bacon topped with a Jack & Cheddar cheeses. Yum! The salad was crisp, topped with cheese, croutons and drizzled with creamy Italian. Hostess was stressed & rude. Restaurant wasn't half full, they had two or three large top tables ahead of us and told us it would be about a 10 min wait at 4:45pm on a Sunday. No issues. Then we heard them tell another family that came in after us they were out of high chairs after we stood and waited longer than our alotted 10 mins having specifically requesting a table for two and a high chair. So then I go up and asked if they still had the high chair we requested, and they said no they ran out. Didn't let us know, just continued to waste our time letting us what for a table well longer than we were told it was going to take. read more

Okay, we were in Siloam Springs and stopped in on a recommendation. First, our server Stephanie was tops. Kind, friendly, personable and just made us feel at home. Fried mushrooms to start, piping hot and delicious. Salads arrived timely to the order. We ordered a Rib-eye & a filet both were cooked to perfection. Sides were mashed potatoes and gravy. I've got to say it was the first time in a long time that I could actually taste the potatoes in the potatoes. All the food was served at a nice hot temperature (which is rare these days) usually lukewarm. And we topped it off with the out of this world pecan cobbler. We loved the atmosphere but it was chilly . Sorry guys but the a/c is for the people that pay your salaries. We enjoyed our visit. We were a party of 5, and got two tumbleweeds (they were a little done for our liking but still tasted great), 4, 9oz sirloin steaks, and one chicken fried steak. All of the steaks were flavorful and cooked accurately, except the rare. One end was rare and the other end was medium. The taste and flavor was great. My husband loved the chicken fried steak; he said he could cut it without a knife and the flavor was spot on. Salads had homemade dressing. Bread was fresh out of the oven.
