Cutest restaurant if you blink you miss it! Immediate and friendly service! Menu is right at the counter place your order and be seated they bring the plates HOT off the stove which I LOOOVE it's kinda like a take out with limited seating but it was just enough to be nosey with your neighbors to ask what delicious plate they are enjoying! Service is 5 out of 5 Food flavor is 5 out of 5 Parking spaces are limited we arrived at 4:50pm there was parking by 5pm the lot was full and so was the restaurant. It's kid friendly and they have WiFi. Water is in a carafe with no ice so if you want ice in your glass please make the request before sitting down.

Amazing little Thai place that was so fresh and inviting from the inside to the service! So bright and welcoming with great staff that were super helpful. The Thai wings were beyond amazing with so much flavor. The pad Thai was so fresh and was one of the best pad Thai I have ever had. Huge portions especially the meat in the dish, most of the pad Thai was beef lol. Nothing but great things to say about this little place and they were super busy which speaks volumes about how good it is. Definitely stop here for a nice Thai lunch if your in Bismarck!

Such a wonderful spot! Sooo pleasantly surprised to have found amazing Thai food in Bismarck! Eat Thai Cafe has a variety of options from noodle dishes, stirfrys, soups, fried rice, curries and apps. Everything looks absolutely amazing! I was suggested to try the Thai basil with Tofu. It was so fresh, colorful and flavorful! Mushrooms, carrots, peppers, and basil. Defiantly returning to try out their noodles and curries. Staff was super friendly! Gave plenty of suggestions! The restaurant itself is adorable. Garden outside with tons of herbs, inside it is small but with plenty of seating, cute decor.

Do not miss out on this place! A hidden gem in Bismarck near the airport. Ryan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Milky Thai Tea made from scratch is hard to find especially in North Dakota! Not to mention it is delicious and quite possibly the best I have ever had. Green curry Pork jerky Spring rolls, wings, Thai Tea Food was piping hot and took maybe 15 minutes to be served. Atmosphere is top notch and service is best in North Dakota. Try to find the 16 hidden elephants in the dining area or admire the flora that is flourishing!!!

There are barely any vegan options in Bismarck, so we can't be too picky here. I found the food here to be ok. The flavors and spice were 100% dialed back and lacking any excitement. Even the veggie rolls were bland. But again, if I was sent to this area for business again I would come back. Maybe some of the other veg-friendly dishes are better than the Thai Fried Rice that I had.

Even though I didn't get to dine in and eat, food was delicious as always. The ingredients are always fresh and I appreciate them having so many vegetarian options. My ride or die choice is always pineapple fried rice, popes with crunchy tofu and cashews, it's salty yet a little bit of tart and sweet from the pineapple, to some it sounds like an intimidating dish, but it's such a comfort meal. I always love their Thai tea and papaya salad, they also let you choose the spice level of any dish and you can sub the meat with any choices or tofu. Online ordering is very easy to do and convenient. Hope to make a a stop when I get more time

I wish I could give zero stars. The woman that I spoke with said that if I lived on the South end of Bismarck, there would need to be a minimum of 60.00 spent, if I wanted delivery. At those prices I'd go to the Brazilian restaurant in Mandan. read more

I just happened to come across their place while driving. I just had to go around the block to try their stuff! I have missed good Thai food since moving to Bismarck years ago. Placing my order was easy, but the wait was a tad long for the few customers (less than 10); it took them 30 minutes to have my food ready. I ordered the Chicken Satay, and can honestly say that it looks as if Bismarck now has a decent Thai place to go to! read more

This place was great! I've eaten at a lot of different Thai places, and this is one of the better ones by far. Very, very good food. I was stuck in a hotel because of a snow storm and saw that EAT did delivery. I asked if they would come out in the snow, and they said they would. They were very friendly over the phone and delivered promptly. My partner is a vegan and I'm a meat eater, and we both loved the food! If I lived in Bismarck, I would definitely frequent this place :) read more

For a small restaurant, they also have an impressive wine selection. We started with the garlic bread, hot olives, and meatballs -- all of which were flavorful, balanced, and absolutely delicious. For entrées, our table had the breaded walleye, the Bolognese pasta, and the Porchetta. The walleye and Bolognese were outstanding, but unfortunately the Porchetta was a big letdown. The skin was chewy rather than crisp, with a thick layer of unrendered fat beneath it, and most concerning, it still had visible pig hair. I was expecting the classic combination of crackling skin, melting fat, and tender pork, but instead it was oddly undercooked on the outside, dry inside, and after biting into hair, I really lost my appetite for it. We finished with tiramisu and a torte, and both desserts were excellent -- a strong way to end the meal. Overall, Anima Cucina has a lot going for it: charming atmosphere, friendly staff, great starters, and standout entrées (other than the Porchetta). I'd happily return for the appetizers, pasta, fish, and desserts, but I'd avoid the Porchetta based on my experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and ambiance really added to the overall experience. Of course, the real star of the show was the food. Every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. I especially enjoyed the drunken noodles and green curry chicken. It was obvious that the chef put a great deal of care and attention into every dish, and it really showed. I also want to commend the waitstaff for their exceptional service. I usually get the Thai Basil with chicken since I love stir-fried vegetables and I prefer to only have a little bit of the rice. Other dishes I've liked are The Drunken Noodles, which I have usually ordered with pork or chicken. Yesterday I ordered Drunken Noodles with Beef. WOW... so incredibly GOOD. I will always order this dish with beef and highly recommend it from now on. Amazing flavor!! So good that I brought my leftovers with me on a trip today and now lunch even the next day is also just delicious. What gem this place is for Bismarck. Soooooo good. Been here a couple times so far and it's been just....wow. The staff are awesome, the dishes divine. Can't wait to return, I want to try something new again! Very cool building, inside and out, nice outdoor seating, relaxing indoor seating. I think they do have takeout through one of the takeout companies or a few of the takeout companies, also. We where traveling through Bismarck looking for places to eat. We are from a small town so I was excited to find something new. I check reviews and thought it would be great to find something we never had. Eat Thai was Beyond my expectations. Small but beautiful and chill atmosphere . The food and staff was beyond what I could've imagined.The staff was able to explaining what I might want to try.My spice level of 2 was a bit high. We were not disappointment at all. Their food is possibly one of the BEST choices in this town. And yeah, be careful if you ask for spicy, because these folks KNOW what spicy is and they are not fooling around, they will deliver spicy to you on anything over a "1". read more
