Found this little gem on Facebook, and decided to give it a try on a cold winter day. I'm so glad we did! The food was all delicious, the pricing reasonable, and the service was great! I had the Cowboy burger with their homemade fries. Delicious! My boyfriend ordered a cheesesteak with homemade chips and cole slaw. He said all were excellent. We had homemade chocolate chip cookies for dessert which were fantastic also (these can be used for an ice cream sandwich with any of the many flavored of ice cream they offer). My one suggestion would be to offer these warmed! I took home to eat later an order of cream of crab soup (perfect!), a chef salad (with actual cooked ham and turkey, not with processed lunch meat), a chicken salad sandwich (served on a soft flaky croissant), and a BBQchicken flatbread. Everything was delicious and fresh. The salad came with homemade ranch dressing, which was so good! We will patronize this place again and again! Next time I hope they offer some of the incredible looking cheesecakes they show on their website. If not, we will definitely leave room for ice cream! read more

Delicious food and friendly service. Can sometimes be slow, but not a big deal. Portion sizes tend to change randomly and the cost is a little insane $$$. Would definitely eat here more if it wasn't so expensive. read more

This is a Mom & Pop kind of pizza & ice cream joint. Don't think you're getting fancy. Just not fast food store fast food. It's OK for the HS kids or those getting done with a game from the sports fields next door. And it beats driving 20 miles to a fast food joint. Not a dinner hot-spot. Do yourself a favor and go check out this joint. Seriously, this place is on point! Fresh food that you can tell is cooked with care, set in a 50's diner-like backdrop in a scenic area of north Harford County. Menu has very good variety to it and the customer service is always friendly and attentive. They do the little things like make their own fries, chips and dressings (their ranch is unbelievably good-no seriously don't leave without trying it) and they have hand-scooped ice cream, malts and shakes. Easily one of the best lunch spots in Harford county. It's clear that the proprietor knows what he/she is doing and has a pulse on what people want and how they want it. Great job!! read more

Stopped by last weekend for a late lunch. Excellent HOMEMADE food. Had the fresh mozzarella bites over creamy tomato sauce app which was really good however on the smaller side. For our main meals, my hubby had some sort of burger which he really liked. I had the french dip which I highly recommend. We both upgraded to fries which were tasty. Ask for a side of ranch for your fries, you wont regret it... homemade ranch dressing. Yumm! Main dishes were large and very filling. Got a cup of cream of crab soup to go which ended up being good as well. For a nice lunch including 2 drinks and even the cup of soup to go came in under 30.00 which wasnot bad at all again for good actual homemade cooking. Nearby table ordered nachos which looked gigantic. Definately will return! read more

Just stopped by to pick up a carry out sandwich and was surprised by how much they changed the look from the way it was for so many previous owners. The second surprise came when I got home and opened up my bag to find one of the most delicious Rueben sandwiches that I've had in years!!! Gorgeous marbled rye bread with a very generous portion of tasty real slow cooked corned beef brisket with sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing, the real deal!!! Ate here for the first time this weekend. I must say I was impressed by this less than impressive looking on the outside restaurant. I saw on the reviews about the crab soup being worth a try and it was very tasty. Also had the Reuben sandwich which was better than most I have had in the Bel Air area. The food was good, service was nice and on time, and ice cream was great. They have mini corn dogs that were ridiculously good, huge hit with the kids. Ordered the hot dog and it was fried, which threw my kid off so keep that in mind. I had the Ruben, which was on point. I could have used some hot mustard on it, but that's my personal preference. They have a great homemade chili, added some raw onions to it. Then there was the ice cream, which was good. However, their banana pudding ice cream was bananas! It was an all time great ice cream for me, and my stomach can attest that I have had quite a few. Highly recommend if you are coming through here or in the general vicinity. read more

Decor was nice and clean. server was kind ( but did forget quite a few things). ultimately the food did not meet our expectations. i ordered the roast beef and gravy over potatoes which was roast beef like you would put on a sandwich. it was undercooked and some parts raw. we ordered wings which were also undercooked and bleeding. they were good when we sent them back and got them back. the cheesesteak was good but the chicken cheesesteak was not what you think, it was grilled chicken slices and not enough to fill a grown man up. the housemade chips were amazing... crispy and not greasy. we put old bay and malt vinegar on them as well. the cream of crab - no crab hardly at all, and needed old bay, had the sour taste to it. my son ordered a create your own chicken sandwich on the back of menu and was very pleased, had a large chicken breast, bbq and tasty bread. all in all - recommend the create your own, the chips or a cheesesteak (but check to see if its done). would have rated this place a 3 or 4 if two of our dishes were not undercooked but that is extremely important and definitely disgusted us! read more

I have never written a review before but felt the need to for Eats & Sweets. Some one on Facebook kept posting they liked it but with so many so so pizza shops around Bel Air I wasn't expecting much. I'm glad to say I was wrong. The food was homemade and very good. Great soups and sandwiches. I wanted to give it 5 stars but that would be too perfect. They are waiting on a permit to make homemade ice cream (its Hershey's now) so they could get 5 then. Really good food, good prices, good clean atmosphere, nice people. Its now on our list of yes lets go spots. read more

I went twice in the same week while doing a training in the area. The customer service was great and the food was even better. I wish it wasn't so far from where I live. I had a burger and fries the first trip and the turkey and mashed potatoes the second trip. The burger was a little too red in the middle but it was overall good. And the turkey was amazing! read more

Went here after finding out the little deli down the street had closed down. My husband got a cheese steak and I got a cheeseburger. My burger was supposed to be cooked medium with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup and pickles. The only thing right about my burger was that it was hot. That's about it. It tasted like nothing and had none of the condiments I asked for. I couldn't even finish it. It's the only place to eat for miles so I can understand why people would think this place is good. read more

We live nearby and eat here frequently. Excellent homemade good with friendly owners. Nothing fancy but everything top notch. It's s bit noisy and the atmosphere isn't the best... But I don't care. We have never been disappointed in a meal here. We have an antiques store nearby and we always send our customers here for lunch.... In fact, we keep their menu at our counter, so we can tell them what we like! Good reviews from anyone I know who has eaten here.... And it's nice to support locally owned businesses instead of the big chains. read more

We've eaten here three times and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had the grilled veggie on focaccia, a BYO burger and a chicken salad sandwich and all were good. My boyfriend and I decided to go on an "adventure". We had no idea where we were or where we were going. As we were driving, the sign caught my eye. I made my boyfriend bust an illegal U-turn to go check this place out. As soon as we walked inside there were two teenagers at the front counter. Right away they greeted us with such a good attitude. I told them we had never been there and right away they explained how their service worked. I asked for the young mans opinion for a burger and gave me great suggestions. I had a burger that came with homemade chips at a reasonable price. As soon as we sat down they brought us our drinks in a cute little mason jar. We must have sat there for about 10 minutes and then put food came out. I practically swallowed the burger whole because it was so delicious. After we finished our meal we asked the young lady in the front about their ice cream and she mentioned they make their own hot fudge and whipped cream so I had to them. My boyfriend and I shared a hot fudge Sunday and loved every bit of it. This place has only been open for a couple months. I already see great things coming for these folks. So disappointed in the past two visits. Today the grilled chicken sandwich was so greasy it was dripping and sliding off the roll. They've never given regular-sized napkins with their meals-as if serving food is an afterthought-but now they've switched to giving you one bar napkin, the kind that most restaurants triple up under your drink glass. Unfortunately, we were being tag-teamed by a really sweet young lady and another who obviously didn't want to be there...in need of a serious attitude adjustment. Was there for the first time with my husband today. He got the reuben with fries and I got a shrimp salad sandwich on toasted marbled rye with the homemade chips. Everything was really good and tasted really fresh!! We also each got a scoop of moose tracks ice cream. The service was very good.
