Drove past this place often and assumed it was just a pizza/sub place. WRONG!!! This place is awesome. They have a small to go window for take out orders and then there's a large dining room with booths and tables. We were greeted and seated immediately. Every single interaction with any staff member was positive. They were very attentive and helpful. They are super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. She offered great advice about the menu and explained how everything was homemade. Started with delicious cocktails - Blueberry Lemon Tinis which were delicious. They have a terrific selection of cocktails, as well as an extensive selection of wine. There are specials available as well and even a happy hour with some great deals. The Brussel sprouts were a great app to start with. Do not skip the bread that is offered. They are literal pillows of delight. No butter needed. So airy and crispy on the outside. The entrees came with a salad. Get the house balsamic dressing!!! So good. The salad was a perfect size. Main entrees - WOWZER! Salmon Florentine and Shrimp Risotto and both were incredible. The flavor profiles were lovely and the risotto was super creamy. The sauce that was on the salmon dish was also spectacular. The portions are massive! You will have leftovers. Such a good value for the quality of the food. Do not skip dessert. I repeat, do not skip dessert. Lemon blueberry cake was fantastic. This little place is a great spot to get an amazing meal!!! We arrived at noon on a Friday and, outside of a group in the party room, it was just us. Smaller Dining area with Booth seating and couple of tables outside. We both ordered half salads-Greek and Caesar-excellent! Complimentary Garlic Knots were decadent and a nice touch. I asked our Server which one between Veggie Stromboli or IL Capo (Detroit Style)-without hesitation it was IL Capo and what a great suggestion. Some of the best Detroit style pizza I've ever had! We returned and picked up a couple of dishes for dinner. Creamy Sausage Tortellini -generous portion of local sausage with a delicious spinach cream sauce-crave worthy. Chef's special Starter was Truffle Fried Mushrooms-lot going on here with Goat cheese and Italian sausage -it worked and we liked it. Both Dine-in and pick up service were excellent. Food was very good! I was at a luncheon which they catered at Akers Financial Group. The meatballs were huge and great. Usually, I don't like Italian food, but I went up for seconds. The salad was also delicious It was a real treat! I also learned all about paying RMD's and paying the government more of my hard-earned money. read more

Love Tutto Fresco! I ordered 8 pizzas all different kinds ( 2 with special requests) for Fathers Day. I placed the order online the Sunday before requesting a pickup time Fathers Day at 3:00. The online ordering was a breeze and as we got closer to the day I was going to call as a reminder but they beat me to it. I received an email reminding me! My sons pick up the pizza and brought it home and they were perfect! Nice and fresh and hot. They were all so delicious and a big hit for the day. I am very sensitive to foods and this is the only chicken cheesesteak that I can eat and not feel absolutely sick after eating. I ordered soup. The soup of the day was Lobster Bisque which my husband had. I tasted it, and it was delightful! Unfortunately, I ordered cream of crab soup. I am sorry to say, I have never had worse soup (of any kind! There was nothing creamy about this soup. When I took the lid off of the carry out container, I was shocked at how it looked. It had a grey, grainy appearance. It tasted like someone had put celery (and maybe crab?) in a blender with a cream base. I detected no crab flavor or crab seasoning. There was maybe a black pepper flavor in there. I added a LOT of old bay and tried to eat what I could. Eventually, though, I had to discard about 1/4 of it. Needless to say, I would not recommend this soup, and will never buy it again. Since the lobster bisque was good, I may consider trying something else on their menu. However, the way my stomach feels right now, it will not be soon ! read more

Overall its okay... Not the best restaurant I've been to, but not the worst. When we were there it took a long time to be greeted, put in drink and app orders, and get our food. They weren't busy when we went either so maybe just slightly under staffed? We didn't mind and our waitress was very nice. The parking lot is small so you might not be able to get a spot in their lot, but we just parked in the lot next to them and walked across. We came here for lunch and really enjoyed our meal. The waitress was so friendly and pleasant and loved it so much we returned for dinner the following week. Unfortunately, our meals were not so good. Two of us ordered the Salmon Florentine which was not as described on the menu. There was no spinach or tomato in the dish. The salmon was good but there was too much pasta, probably because the other two ingredients were missing. It was very disappointing after the lunch we had the previous week. Got there half hour later and was told it would be right out...20 minutes later I asked what happened to my order and the young lady told me it would be right out...I asked if that lost my initial order and she disappeared and then brought my order out and did not apologize for the 55 minute order................ Then we tried it 2 weeks later and I gave them ample time and the order was ready on time but the cheesesteak seemed saturated with salt and was very gristly. The 16 inch pizza was a big disappointment. Scant sausage and the cheese was also sparse....and the price of $22 for it was not worth it.....I have gotten 2 pizzas at Cesar's for less money and the toppings were very ample. This poor review is due to this restaurant NOT at all complying with MARYLAND GIFT CARD CODE / LAW § 14-1319 . Simply put , This place was trying desperately every way possible to deny customers the use of gift certificates that are 100% VALID to be used in this establishment . This causes embarrassment as the manager pleads his ignorant case . If a Business changes ownership , but the name stays the same, it will NOT VOID a gift certificate in any way no matter what the agreement is between seller and buyer of the business just as long as it has not been longer than 4 years since the GC was bought. Just ate here with some out of town friends from California. They were staying with family in Forest Hill and this happened to be the closer restaurant to us. I was a little skittish due to the correct 3.5+/- rating in Yelp but we decided to give it a try anyhow. I must say we were all surprised with the quick and friendly staff, the great tasting food. First time to Tutto Fresco this past Sunday for dinner. This restaurant turned out to be a real gem. Tori was a great server and also made some very good cocktails. We tried the shrimp topped fried green tomatoes and they were great. The eggplant rollatini tasted good but need a splash of sauce for presentation and added taste. Tori briught us some red sauce when we asked. My wife had the homemade lasagna which was delicious, though there was too much sauce. I had the spaghetti and meatballs which was also delicious, it was a very large portion of pasta. We tried the Detroit pizza and really enjoyed it. Great service, great cocktails and great food.
