Love this studio!!!!! The instructors are amazing, did I mention they're quite gorgeous!! Total hotties! I've taken Heidi, Jill, and Allie's classes. Each has their own flare, their own touch. I enjoy YIN for that deep stretch! Even though I'm totally not flexible. I enjoy it since I flip flop with yoga, running and crossfit. And flexibility and stretching is needed for all of this madness. haha Power Vinyasa and Barre are my favorite... I always come and sweat bullets off my entire body. By the end of the class my hair is wet like I took a shower in the middle of class... and I'm rejuvenated! I've had the privilege to work on a small project with these ladies. They asked me to do their chalk art board for them. I am very honored to leave a piece of my ART with their studio. LOVE those girls! They have a Breath, Beats, & Brew event every first Friday of the month that I fully enjoyed! You get to enjoy a class with a special guest instructor, then refuel your body with some food, and brew after and enjoy the company around you! GREAT experience! read more

Came in for their community yoga class a day before Christmas Eve but the instructor couldn't make it to class. The owner was nice enough to come in last minute and do the class for me and 2 other yogis. You can tell she is very passionate about her business and I appreciate her turning our experience around. I've heard good things about barre for a while, and when I saw the groupon (two classes for $10!) I couldn't resist. I have a bit of history with yoga: I did it for an entire year (somewhere else), saw little to no progress, and felt like a fool pretty much the whole time. I'm in decent shape, but I'm so inflexible I can't even touch my toes, so I wasn't sure how barre was going to go. Both of my classes were with Jill and they were amazing! My friend and I (both newbies) showed up without even yoga mats. Jill got us totally set up, showed us around, and was very welcoming and patient. The first class was a butt kicker!! My abs were sore for a few days after. (My friend was sore in her arms!) I just finished my second class this morning (also a butt kicker) and this time I think I'll be sore in my butt and quads- but who knows because it was truly a whole-body workout. I love how this class combines elements from yoga with fast-paced music. I might even be willing to give more traditional yoga another chance at this place. I've taken classes from Heidi and Jill when they were teachers elsewhere for well over a year so I can firmly vouch that these two are skilled, compassionate, and exuberant yoga teachers. The studio is a cozy space with appropriate lighting and ventilation. Yoga studios succeed on the strength of the teachers and you can't go wrong with these two. Absolutely obsessed with Ebb and Flow Yoga Studio. I started taking barre about a month ago and I am hooked!
