Wow, where to start with Yoga Core Fit?! Carol is so good at what she does! The space she creates in her studio is so welcoming. I have been coming to this studio every so often over the years and love when I am able to make it work in my schedule. Raising 4 kids from ages 14-2 is wild. But this place... this is self-care for me. I can turn off all the mom needs and really tune out the world. Truly appreciate this gem in our community!!! Located right off the freeway, Yoga Core Fit is super easy to get to even though I live in Fairfield. The studio is usually open at least 15-30 mins prior to class start time so you are able to ask questions, look around, get a vibe for things. She always has cute things in her little shopping area. As you enter the big yoga room with all the silks hanging it can feel a little intimidating but don't worry, Carol or whoever your instructor is will walk you through how to use the silks safely. I have also taken a class with Lorianna and she is awesome too!! Always feel super comfortable in her class. There are different types of aerial yoga classes so sign up for the one you feel would align best with your goals. Try one of the free ones or try the new student special! She also has a monthly unlimited plan I've been wanting to start but it's hard for me to commit to at this time. Once my oldest can drive though! Lol!! read more

I attended a second puppy yoga class. It's a great opportunity to help raise money for a good cause, pet puppies and do yoga. I was disappointed at this months as there were way too many people to puppies. And many individuals chose to hold onto the puppies for long periods of time. I brought my son as I had informed him it was fun with all the puppies. Will look for another location that does this, due to this last experience. read more

Tried the Aerial Yoga class with instructor Carol & I'm sooo glad i did!! It was so much fun!! From the moment you walk in... you get a whole feel of oasis going on and feel like you're at a spa.. so relaxing! We came on a Saturday and it seemed like there was a lot of new people who also wanted to try Aerial yoga. There are a lot of fun poses, some more comfortable than others. I took my first aerial yoga class with Jeanette and Mary, and they were so friendly that I immediately felt at ease. Jeanette gave me a quick tour of the studio, which is clean, calm, and welcoming. Aerial yoga is all about letting go and trusting your body to find its balance, and both instructors provided excellent guidance to help me trust the process. Thank you, Jeanette and Mary! The second class with Lorianna was also fun. She helped me do the back inversion and showed us how to place the fabric at the sacrum. The teacher was really friendly and easy to follow - she would walk around the room in case anyone had any trouble. The studio is spacious, clean, and inviting. Great place, great classes. I was given a two-week introductory pass to this facility as a birthday gift. I like this place a lot! Very comfortable with great teachers so far. I'm a beginner, and have been the last 10 years. Ha! I always leave this place feeling calm and renewed -- huge plus! Grab a friend and check this place out! Go for the two week introductory offer for $20, and try as many classes as time allows you. This places accommodates all levels, so don't be afraid to tell your instructors you're a newbie. She'll look after you and help you if needed. They also give you a two-sided card to tell the instructor whether you're comfortable with physical assistance through touch, or if you prefer verbal instructions only. They will respect your space. I wish there was one that said "Yes, but don't use DoTerra brand essential oils on me" Ha!! I like Young Living so much better. The aroma is cleaner and more pure. Otherwise, I love this place!
