We had a 14 person SUV limo, 31 person Shuttle bus and a 55 person Motor Coach. They all made multiple trips to and from the hotel and the venue before and after the event. Other than running errands and little thinks like making cookie boxes, stuffing guest bags, putting signs in frames etc... so I wanted this to go perfect and it did. How would you feel if this was your mother or wife? This conformation clearly states a town car will be picking her up and your company sent a party bus. There was no communication of any other vehicle changes. The driver saw she was clearly has trouble getting around due to her age and recent surgery yet he still pushed that she gets in this high giant bus and her had to help her physically to do so. Then insisted she stepped on this child booster seat to get out which he didn't even hold in place so it slipped out from under her so fell out of this party bus into traffic at the airport. She was completely on the ground! There was no help called to tend to her in anyway. A passing bystander stopped to help her off the ground. She was completely flustered and upset. After waiting for 30 min we had to leave and we're forced to take our car into the city and we were stressing. When I landed I wrote another text and again no response. I was concerned that I would get charged for a service I never got a courtesy response no apology. I wrote another e mail and again no response .
