Very easy to work with. Arrived and they fitted us with bikes and a short explanation on how the settings work. They supplied us with a helmets and away we went. We had downloads the self guide for the full day and at each stop we read the next stop. It was very easy and you do not need a guide. We were 2 older adults and had ridden e bikes before so we did not have any issues. But if there were you were provided a number to contact them. I would not suggest this tour for anyone not comfortable on a bike or families with young kids as the roads are VERY curvy and there is no bike lane to ride safely. With that being said you just pull over, When you a re able and let the cars go past. This is a busy road so you need to use the mirror attached to the bike. This is a fantastic way to visit Multnomah Falls and the much less crowded surrounding falls. My wife and I did the half day self guided tour (3.5 hours) to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. We stopped and hiked at three of the suggested falls on the route. We're looking forward to coming back to finish the ones we didn't have time for. We're both active runners, but spend little time on bikes. The Ebikes made life easier, though our backsides are glad we chose the half day option. Historic Highway 30 has some traffic coming to visit the falls, but the speed limits are reasonable and drivers were sufficiently cautious and respectful. This is a great way to see the falls, especially if you want to minimize your time in the crowds at Multnomah Falls. read more

Overall great experience with the company, ebikes and tour. Booking and check-in were simple and we got on our bikes quickly after some pointers from friendly staff. There was lots of helpful information on the website and we were glad to bypass the crowded parking at Multnomah Falls even early on a weekday morning. Following the route and information about each stop on our phones was easy, and we had a great time seeing the falls on the half-day tour. This was my first time riding an ebike and it didn't take long to get the hang of it. The scenery was stunning and we got to enjoy it at our own pace without parking or traffic hassles. Ebike Multnomah Falls was great! I did the full day tour. The waterfalls and suggested hikes were amazing and the provided guide even suggested where to lock up the bikes. The bikes meant that I didn't need to deal with permits or fighting for parking either. The only thing I wish was that the bikes had gears in addition to the motor assist, and different seat options. I appreciate that I didn't have to pedal hard, but I would have liked the option to do so. Also the seat was super wide, and for me, uncomfortable. Overall though, it was an excellent experience and I had a great time. read more

What a great time! I am from Reno, NV and came down for the Bridge of the Gods half marathon. We had a few days to explore and went on the most beautiful E bike ride. The owners were awesome and gave us a quick explanation of the bikes and the safety issues and we were off. Saw some of the most beautiful waterfalls I've ever seen! Multnomah and Bridal Veil falls were the high lights for me. Wish I would have rented the bike the entire day. Just felt like I needed more time to explore, than the half day that we rented the bike. What an adventure!!! Previous reviews were very accurate.... Went on the self guided 2hr tour 6/4/2023 and the staff was very professional and accommodating. We parked no hassle. We had our luggage in the trunk and felt very comfortable leaving it locked in the parking lot. Tutorial was fast and we were off.. equipment provided was in great shape. I'm 300+ lbs. limit is 350lbs. And the bike carried up and over the hills with no problem. My two traveling partners were just as impressed. A fun and unique experience. The falls are all worth the time and the e-bikes are easy to use and very efficient. Many of the falls have more hiking around then that is plentiful, to keep the time under 3.5 hours stick to the recommended viewing hikes. Pro tip: while it is a great waterfall, consider skipping the 2nd one Multnomah Falls and visiting another time by car, it sits right on a highway exit and is over run with people, join them next time you're driving by. Or swing in on the return and grab a coffee if there's time. read more

This tour was AMAZING!! I'm so glad we decided to do this. We took the 3.5 hour tour and it was perfect. It was a little chilly, as the bikes can move quite quickly!! They sold mittens and hats at Multnomah Falls. Brian, the gentleman the explained the bikes, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Having the e-bikes was great. You got that extra power going up hills and it made pedaling a breeze. I would recommend the early tour, as when we were making our way back, it was getting pretty busy and auto traffic was picking up. read more

The Ebike Multnomah Falls was such a great experience, from the great customer service to biking to seeing all the falls. We got the all day option and would highly recommend it to get the most out of the falls. The guide is very clear and easy to follow, the bikes were and great condition as well gave you alot of assistance, if you're tired on your way back you get a solid 20mph with little to no peddling. We did the 2 hour self guided multnomah falls tour and had a blast! The downloadable guide was easy to follow and the employees set us up super quickly once we were there. You just sign your waivers, get a helmet, get a quick how-to on operating the bikes, and you're good to go. All of the stops we made were along the one highway so there was no guessing where to go which we were nervous about before showing up. We would def come back for a full day sometime!! read more

Better than expected! Even the little bit of rain we had did not interrupt the wonderful experience. This was way better than I had expected. Those bikes are amazing, We went from Bidal Vail all the way up to the top of Vista with little effort. We spent two and a half hours getting to intimately tour waterfalls without having to deal with crowds, parking or traffic. I will definitely be doing this again and can't wait to take all my friends and family! read more

A great way to see the Columbia Gorge. 3 and 1/2 hour rental was plenty of time to bike ride and take side trip hikes to see waterfalls. The staff was very helpful and friendly providing great suggestions for what to see plus a post ride lunch spot. I was late arriving for my rental and the staff adjusted the time so I got the full rental time. I had a great experience and recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Gorge who likes to bike. read more

This experience was amazing. Riding the bike through the mountains felt incredible and these bikes make it so easy to go up the incline. The battery lasted so long - I took a half day tour and the bike only went down 1 bar. My husband and I were able to explore so many waterfalls and still get some hiking in. We loved this - Friendly reception and tutorial on bikes - We are converted to ebikes - they were so much fun to ride! 3.5 hours was enough to see all the waterfalls, but if you do what we did and hike up to the top of the Horsetail Waterfall, then not enough time - so decide what your priorities are. This is the BEST way to see Multnomah Falls! The E bikes were so fun and easy to use. We got to see all the falls at our own pace without the hassle of parking. We even had enough time to grab a quick snack and drink at the Multnomah Lodge . Brian was very friendly and accommodating, he even gave us pointers on which falls were worth the hike. I would not see Multnomah falls any other way than on ebikes! They were so awesome and made seeing the waterfalls so easy. No worries about parking or passes. The staff was great and worked with us when we went over on our time because we did the hike to the top which I highly recommend! Absolutely amazing. we had a blast on a half day tour visiting all the waterfalls. A little tricky to figure out where to go (we took the CAT from Portland), but one quick text and they responded right away with direction. Very accommodating.
