The first visit to the practice for myself and my fiancee and we were very pleased with the staff and doctors. Everyone is super friendly and the doctors know their stuff, even correcting the prescription on my fiancee's glasses from her former optometrist. They were well-versed in insurance coverage and promotions on frames from our providers. Every one on the staff that wears glasses has a great set of frames (which inspires confidence that you too will find something you like) and about half of the front office is filled with designer frames so we both found frames that we liked pretty easily. I also appreciated being able to fill out the new patient form online before the appointment instead of being handed a paper form in the waiting room. Doing it beforehand allowed us to look up any medical and/or insurance info we didn't know offhand. read more

Never got to see an Optician. I made an appointment online for Monday at 4:30 PM. When I got there they said they don't see patients at 4:30. So why do they set appointments at 4:30? Then they said the appointment has to be confirmed by phone. The email says "You will be contacted shortly by our office to confirm or reschedule your appointment based on availability." They never contacted me at all. and there was plenty of availability Finally they called me to reschedule. I drove 40 minutes to keep an appointment and got turned away and they want me to come back? The staff were very friendly. The service was very fast (maybe a little too fast) it was efficient but at times it felt rushed. I was in and out very quickly but since since it was my first visit maybe I wanted a little more relationship building as I am hoping to stick with them for the long run. I wanted to like this office but I had to come back twice for my glasses. First time was they forgot to put my progressive lenses on and now after getting my eyes checked again it turns out the lenses they put had progressives lower than what I was prescribed. No wonder I still couldn't read properly. I thought it was just me not adjusting to them. Sorry I am not going back. read more

I brought my son in for an appointment yesterday. They are clean and have taken the necessary steps to make me feel comfortable in this new world we're in. Everyone was in masks and kept as much distance as possible and there was hand sanitizer placed in all the rooms. They are friendly and cautious and I highly recommend them. They were also very patient with my 5 year old and his anxiety about the appointment. We successfully found him a nice pair of glasses that he is very excited about. The wrong frames were ordered by mistake by them. The doctor instead of trying to make things right said that if I do not trust them I can go elsewhere. I started coming here only because the old place I went to gave me bad service. I am so glad I switched! Everyone here is really friendly and I noticed they stay up to date on technology. The Dr is really kind and you feel really comfortable here. They go over your insurance in detail and do not expect you to buy glasses from them if you do not want to. I usually have a very quiet and quick check up at other optometries but I enjoyed my experience at Ebright Optometry. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly had a fun time getting my eyes checked. I like how they run the business. I am new patient to this clinic so prior to arriving for my first check up, they sent forms via email to expedite the processing of a new patient. It made my check up more time efficient. As soon as I got to the clinic I was able to be seen right away and filling out the forms ahead of time made it so much easier for the doctor to assess me. I felt comfortable to ask questions. My exam was handled by Dr. Liberman- he is fantastic. He explained what he was doing during the exam and was very sweet and patient througout. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but the women who handled my pre-exam tests and helped pick out my first pair of glasses respectively where both so awesome as well!
