Absolute clowns! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! No one in the office has any clue what is going on. They seemingly do not talk to one another and take FOREVER to respond to complaints, emails, and phone calls. NOT WORTH IT! I have been a customer of C3 Tech for more than 15 years. During that time I have leased a dozen or so new copiers, a used copier that I got a great deal on and that performed great for more than 5 years, and used their managed printer service as well. In all of that time they provided excellent service at a fair prince. This past weekend they outdid themselves! I was running several large print jobs for multiple clients that had to get out in Saturday's mail. Halfway through the first print job the machine went down. C3 Tech is not open on the weekend but I had nothing to lose, and I had technician Dennis's number, so I called him. He was gracious enough to not only take my call, but to check with a co-worker if they had the part that my machine needed, drive to the office to get it and then bring it to my office and install it! Let me make this short and sweet as I do not like to throw negative stuff out in the world. On the other hand I hate to see other offices go through what we have been through. So this is for those of you doing your research. We leased a Sharp machine from this company over two years ago. We have had non-stop issues from the beginning and have clearly and regularly communicated our dissatisfaction. We also asked that this be communicated back to their office requesting a solution....specifically a machine replacement. That could be a replacement of the same machine or a different model. We were simply looking for a functional copier. The only solution we received was to buy out the current machine and get another one substantially more expensive plus have to start my lease all over again. There is more but I will stop here. I have to say my decision to partner with C3 has been one of the worst business decisions I have made in my 35 years in business. Our business is heavily reliant on quality printing and scanning for our presentations. The quality is terrible - the copier completely unreliable. We literally have to completely shut down and restart the printer several times a day. EVERYDAY... Two days later you come in and it has printed all the documents that wouldn't print and didn't show in the pending jobs. The expense is crazy... as we have a monthly lease that they are unwilling to let us out of and we still have to outsource our printing. I had really stressed our need for Quality and Reliability when talking to C3 about Canon, they talked me into adding the Fiery as the answers to all our problems. "Best of the Best" in printing. BEWARE - It is literally the worst printing experience I have ever encountered. Their "Expert" in the Fiery is no longer with them - anything that has to do with or is connected to the Fiery no one wants to touch. It did not improve our printing but it really really slowed down the printing. It takes forever for it to print a document 'if at all' - Our IT guys won't / can't touch it and C3 charges you a high fee and when their technicians leave it still doesn't work or something else is messed up. The customer service has been as bad as the printing - the Owner (Tony) super rude and unwilling to take care of our issues - just wants to push them off on being our own IT issue. We have had a couple of different IT companies look at these issues and it always ends the same way. It's something your copier technicians will have to take care of it's on their end. Everything else seems to function just fine. But our copier is a non-stop issue that monopolizes our time.!!! read more
