They are not responsible at all, I went to their shop at 1:30 pm and they were closed, after calling several times they answered me and said they would send someone to come to the shop, then she called me at 1:50 and said I can be there in half an hour. I said okay, she said forty-five minutes, I said okay, she said then at 3 pm I said okay she said 3:30 I said okay, now after half an hour she texted me saying you can come at 4 pm or come on Monday and I said I will not come to your shop again. I highly recommend them and will tell all my friends to use them. I bought my printer with my wife and 2 years ago she died and this unit means so much to me. We used to do shopping on line and I would print the order and she loved that ability. I printed recipes for her and anything she wanted. This company takes advantage of senior citizens. If you are a senior citizen, do not let them into your home! They misrepresent the capabilities of the equipment they sell, take advantage of their customers lack of knowledge, and then refuse to refund when it doesn't work. They also misrepresent their service actions. They rolled back our windows office system to 2004 to make their refurbished printer work without regard for what that would do to the rest of the system. It took six weeks and another consultant, and significant expense, to fix. read more

i can't give 6 stars to this rating,but they deserve it! Family owned business here in Huntington Beach that repaired my wife's (elem. teacher) home Canon copier. They serviced it about 10 years ago and were honest,fair,and fast! When it quit working and almost brought a new copier I remembered how honest Hugo ,brother along with his wife were before. Well I dropped it off and they performed another "miracle ", it's back working just like new again! Thanks for reviving this 20 year old copier! Job well done! They are the BEST. read more
