I love to travel with my motorhome and have visited many sites on the Colorado river and Havasu over the years. This location is great, I got a spot first row on the water. Overall the resort is very clean and having the motorhome straight on the water is a big plus. It was a bit disappointing that they only have a 30A service at the resort and that means only one AC running and that's not enough with the high temperature in that area. The store is missing many things such as a 30 A adapter that you think they will have plenty of due to the idea that they only have 30A service on site. Overall it's a nice place and I would definitely be coming back here

Our 3rd year staying at Echo Resort. We rented spot 131 on the water for 5 months. We parked our rig in November and no one was parked next to us. In January when we came back we were greeted by our neighbor with vulgar language, screaming at us that we were trespassing that our rig was on part of his site. All of his cussing and yelling to the point he became threatening. We immediately called the manager and left a voicemail explaining the situation and that I was scared with our neighbors threatening us and his vulgar speech. The manager and security in the park were called several times and we even sent an email asking management to intervene. When Tom and Security did come to the Coach they were good listeners. However, The manager Tom Was not proactive in solving the problem. Tom tried to come to more of a resolution by placating both parties. This man Phil even put a fence up so we could not open our bins. Phil also placed Cat litter boxes out to keep people from Parking in his spot. For management to allow a guest to bully another guest, Put a fence up Restricting us from Getting in our bins and threaten us is irresponsible. In This day and time all threats should be taken seriously. We Left Echo 2 months early due to the fact that our neighbor was literally out of control In anger and insults. Many other long term returned campers said Phil has had conflicts with many!! The location and facilities are nice.

This was my first time at Parker Dam and at Echo Lodge and it was awesome. We arrived late for the 5pm deadline check in,arrived at 8 and our trailer was open for us with the air conditioning on . Yes the trailer is outdated but it was clean and bug free, that's all that mattered to me. The next morning we checked in and was greeted with waves and "good morning" by the residents who live on the property. We reserved a RV on the beach which was perfect to park our Jet skis for the evening and to simply sit outside enjoy Mother Nature and a cocktail by the river front. When the sun rises over the rocks and mountains you can hear the first boat taking a drive on the river, which had us enthusiastic to put our swim gear and life vests on and enjoy the day! We ate at Paradise restaurant on the property which was great the both times we ate and drank there. The bartenders were really nice and struck up conversations with us new comers. I enjoyed our three days at Echo Lodge and will return next season.

Customer service is horrible, staff is rude! It's 120 degrees out and our whole row's power went out multiple times.

A sign in the window said "be back soon". After waiting in the heat for about 20 minutes I called the number I had for them and was told to use the microphone by the building and someone would come help. Well ok nice to know. We got checked in and were told they had no power or water. It would be on before 9 pm. And then they put us in the second row and said no one but members get the front row. Well you would think if they are trying to sell you a membership they would try to really treat you. There were several spots open in the front row. Our neighboring RV in the 2nd row was about 15 feet away from our front door. Their sewer hose ran right next to our picnic table. By the time e finally got settled in and were able to turn on the AC it was time for bed. The next morning we took our dogs down to the dog beach. Where exactly is it? Had to walk thru other people's camps to finally get to it. It was a pretty good walk from our location which was a bit hard for seniors with mobility issues. After the dog park we were pretty much ready to leave. The park has no shade and unless you want to sit outside and smell your neighbors sewage you have no other choice than to just sit in your RV. With dogs, we didn't want to leave them in the RV to annoy our neighbors who would surely be able to hear the if they barked. So we packed up and left and found a beautiful Arizona state park to stay at. Emerald Cove might be okay for some but it just wasn't it for us.

Windmill Resort - We kept our trash and patio clean. Could cook our food, no propane. Had to use someone's BBQ to cool.

Either no one would answer the phone or it would go to voicemail and the message was inaudible, nothing but static. The voice mail I did leave went un answered. When I finally reached someone, I could barely hear them but managed to make a reservation which I thought was for 3 days. Windmill has no actual Website, they dont send confirmations, and they have no email. When I saw my credit card statement, it seemed excessive so I tried to reach them to discuss. Over 2 weeks before I was to arrive I started calling and experienced the same problem as I had when making reservations. I left numerous messages and they all went un answered. 2 days before my arrival date, I reached someone and was told that my request would not be honored because my call didn't fall into there cancellation guidelines which wasn't explained to me in the first place. I wasn't trying to cancel, just trying to get them to knock a day off that I didn't reserve. When I arrived, no one to check you in so I proceeded to the spot I reserved. Where I was supposed to plug in, there was no receptacle. In a different spot I did find a plug in that did work. It was next to a leaky water faucet and there were exposed bare wires, very dangerous to say the least. finally got the electrical working but only for 1 day, and of course nobody around to help me. The public restrooms were absolutely disgusting, haven't been properly cleaned in weeks, trash all over, fecal matter all over the toilet, inside and out. In short, very poor management, not senior friendly, no one to help with problems. Never again, I would not recommend this place to anyone, plenty of other places on the river.

Before posting, here's a draft you can edit if you'd like:…read more I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience deserves one. First, let me say that I'm not a high-maintenance traveler. I stay at budget motels like Motel 6 all the time, so I'm not expecting luxury. We stayed at Fox RV Resort last year, so we knew exactly what we were booking--a dated RV with 1990s decor and basic amenities. Last year, our only issue was that the grill had no propane. This year was a completely different story. We arrived on an extremely hot day only to find that the RV had no power. It was unbearably hot inside, and after checking the breakers ourselves, nothing worked. We called the main number, and someone came down to turn the power on. He even acknowledged that it should have been turned on before we arrived. Once we started unpacking, we noticed the back window was covered with a piece of cardboard to block out light. Then we discovered the bathroom smelled like raw sewer. After reading older Yelp reviews, I realized this has apparently been an ongoing issue with this same trailer for years. Next, we found out there was no grill, even though the website advertises one. We had brought a cooler full of food specifically to grill during our stay. We called and were told someone would bring one over. Forty minutes later, still no grill, so my husband called again. The owner answered sounding irritated and basically snapped that it would get there. Later that night, around 9 p.m., the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We weren't upset--we just wanted to make sure there wasn't a switch or something inside the RV that needed to be turned on. Instead of helping us, the owner answered the phone by saying, "Do you know what time it is?" He then went on a rant about how we'd already called twice that day with complaints before telling us to "pack your shit and go." My husband stayed remarkably calm. I honestly would have hung up. The owner also told us, "This isn't the Ritz." No kidding. We weren't expecting the Ritz. We were expecting the amenities that were advertised and basic customer service. The issues with the RV were frustrating, but things happen. What made this experience completely unacceptable was the owner's attitude. I've never been spoken to by a business owner that way in my life. If you value even basic customer service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
