I had booked through Booking.com, and canceling my reservation became much more difficult than expected. Lisa went above and beyond to help me, offering guidance on how to communicate with the third-party vendor and personally following up to escalate my case. Adreanna was equally wonderful, working alongside Lisa to ensure the issue kept moving forward. They stayed on top of everything until Booking.com ultimately approved a full refund of my reservation fee. What impressed me most was that they had no obligation to keep helping since I had booked through a third party, yet they never gave up. Their genuine concern and willingness to advocate for me during a stressful family situation meant more than they know. Even though I never actually stayed at the hotel, this experience showed me what true hospitality looks like. The continental breakfast was surprisingly decent and gave us a solid start to the day. While this isn't a five-star resort, it provided all the amenities we needed without any fuss. But it was a scary wait not knowing if anyone would show up! 3) Next morning I couldn't get the internet to work so I decided to go to the front office. No one was there. Waited 10 minutes then left. 4) After an outing in town, my key wouldn't work. Went to the front office and again had to wait for about 30 minutes (this time with an older couple having the same key issues) for someone to show up. The front office needs to be constantly staffed. It is a huge error to have customers sitting around just waiting for someone. I've never had this issue anywhere else and I have to say, it was not pleasant having to wait for someone. Staff is VERY friendly once they get there. Would go back again, hoping that they've fixed the staffing issues.

Our room was on the bottom floor- the floor creaked when people walked around in the room above us. Which unfortunately, they did a lot throughout the night.
