I love to travel with my motorhome and have visited many sites on the Colorado river and Havasu over the years. This location is great, I got a spot first row on the water. Overall the resort is very clean and having the motorhome straight on the water is a big plus. It was a bit disappointing that they only have a 30A service at the resort and that means only one AC running and that's not enough with the high temperature in that area. The store is missing many things such as a 30 A adapter that you think they will have plenty of due to the idea that they only have 30A service on site. Overall it's a nice place and I would definitely be coming back here

Our 3rd year staying at Echo Resort. We rented spot 131 on the water for 5 months. We parked our rig in November and no one was parked next to us. In January when we came back we were greeted by our neighbor with vulgar language, screaming at us that we were trespassing that our rig was on part of his site. All of his cussing and yelling to the point he became threatening. We immediately called the manager and left a voicemail explaining the situation and that I was scared with our neighbors threatening us and his vulgar speech. The manager and security in the park were called several times and we even sent an email asking management to intervene. When Tom and Security did come to the Coach they were good listeners. However, The manager Tom Was not proactive in solving the problem. Tom tried to come to more of a resolution by placating both parties. This man Phil even put a fence up so we could not open our bins. Phil also placed Cat litter boxes out to keep people from Parking in his spot. For management to allow a guest to bully another guest, Put a fence up Restricting us from Getting in our bins and threaten us is irresponsible. In This day and time all threats should be taken seriously. We Left Echo 2 months early due to the fact that our neighbor was literally out of control In anger and insults. Many other long term returned campers said Phil has had conflicts with many!! The location and facilities are nice.

Before posting, here's a draft you can edit if you'd like:…read more I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience deserves one. First, let me say that I'm not a high-maintenance traveler. I stay at budget motels like Motel 6 all the time, so I'm not expecting luxury. We stayed at Fox RV Resort last year, so we knew exactly what we were booking--a dated RV with 1990s decor and basic amenities. Last year, our only issue was that the grill had no propane. This year was a completely different story. We arrived on an extremely hot day only to find that the RV had no power. It was unbearably hot inside, and after checking the breakers ourselves, nothing worked. We called the main number, and someone came down to turn the power on. He even acknowledged that it should have been turned on before we arrived. Once we started unpacking, we noticed the back window was covered with a piece of cardboard to block out light. Then we discovered the bathroom smelled like raw sewer. After reading older Yelp reviews, I realized this has apparently been an ongoing issue with this same trailer for years. Next, we found out there was no grill, even though the website advertises one. We had brought a cooler full of food specifically to grill during our stay. We called and were told someone would bring one over. Forty minutes later, still no grill, so my husband called again. The owner answered sounding irritated and basically snapped that it would get there. Later that night, around 9 p.m., the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We weren't upset--we just wanted to make sure there wasn't a switch or something inside the RV that needed to be turned on. Instead of helping us, the owner answered the phone by saying, "Do you know what time it is?" He then went on a rant about how we'd already called twice that day with complaints before telling us to "pack your shit and go." My husband stayed remarkably calm. I honestly would have hung up. The owner also told us, "This isn't the Ritz." No kidding. We weren't expecting the Ritz. We were expecting the amenities that were advertised and basic customer service. The issues with the RV were frustrating, but things happen. What made this experience completely unacceptable was the owner's attitude. I've never been spoken to by a business owner that way in my life. If you value even basic customer service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Being first time campers we absolutely loved the campsite in Julian. We agreed to the sales meeting during our free stay and of course fell for the sales pitch and bought in. I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews on the member services and reservations system they have in place. For start, the girls that handle the calls are definitely not customer service oriented at all. When you drop a call with them or get disconnected (it's happens often) nobody bothers to call you back. So it's back to sitting on hold again. One girl will tell you one thing and the other has a power trip and makes you call back on a later date. Then if you're tired of being treated with disregard and ask to speak to a manager. They tell you the manager is busy and send you to somebody's voicemail that never calls back. If they had a better member service system in place I would definitely change my review.

My major concerns was no one answers the phone most of the time, and also when we asked them about selling our membership due to some unexpected family changes, I was shocked at all the changes (Hidden) that made it hard to sale the membership. Never were we told about the extra added cost to sale the membership and the changes that would happen to that membership with the new owners. Very Unhappy with their sales department.
