Greg is passionate about clean water and knowledgable about the business, top to bottom and inside out. Mark arrived promptly, right on schedule for every appointment. There were several emails and calls to let me know exactly when he was en route and set to arrive. This is quite rare for any kind of delivery or repair service. I didn't have to wait around for two hours hoping to get on with my day which I appreciate. The softener and RO were installed the very next day after Mark came for the estimate. The installation was clean and professional and efficient. These guys really know what they're doing and they roll out the red carpet for their clients...seriously. There's a red carpet on the front steps to keep everything as neat and clean as possible. We needed a hole drilled in the quartz counters for the RO faucet and Mark and his team scheduled it for me with a company that also showed up that day and gave me some very helpful ideas on maintaining the countertops! Now on to the actual product. This water is amazing! The RO does not have any chemical taste that you might find in other systems. It simply tastes like delicious, clean water.
