Initially, I was satisfied with my purchase at EchoPark. Elijah served as my salesperson and provided excellent service. However, a problem arose shortly afterward. Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12. The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience. Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner. I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options. This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion. Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle--an act of kindness--it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization. The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty. EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem. read more

The first time we went to Echo Park to test drive a car, the process was pretty quick and smooth. We ended up not buying that car. Fast forward a few months and we recently went back to Echo Park. Set up an appointment online for between 7 and 8. Got to Echo at around 7:30 and were told to sit in the waiting area. There were a lot of other people also waiting. My husband and I sat there until around 8:45, watching as employees looked frazzled and like no one had any clue what was going on. I finally went up to the desk to ask how much longer? Guy at the desk says they tried to call me multiple times on my phone (why? I'm sitting just a few feet away) which was a lie, I had no missed calls. I'm then told someone will be there right away. We wait for another 15ish mins and then leave. While I do appreciate Amber following up by text and answering my questions, Duluth is a long trek for us to go test drive a car only to sit around with no updates, no "we're busy, we'll be with you soon," nothing. Seems like this location has a management problem and maybe needs to hire more employees? Once we got the details about the car we were interested in, including an out the door price, it wasn't such a great deal after all. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my next car and cannot in good faith recommend shopping at Echo Park. read more

Recently had a great experience here with Lens. Never felt pushy, or persuaded and he was there to help in any way along the way. A phone call away for any questions we had. The space itself is huge and was actually an old Fry's building which makes sense when you pull up. Plenty of guest parking available directly in front of the entrance. Inside there is tons of seating spread out throughout, along with a little kitchenette with complimentary waters and coffee available. TVs also, and some had kids channels on to keep the littles entertained for a bit. Everything felt clean, organized, and the whole process was fairly smooth. Thank you Echo Park! read more

Got a Audi 2024 with 21,000 miles on it they told me it had no accident all original parts except the car didnt have mats so i would have to get it myself, said it still had factory warranty on it and i even bought their extended warranty that they were pushing on me. 6 months later my car broke down in the middle of the road due to electrical malfunctioning, took it to Audi and they said the battery was replaced with a cheap after market battery and that factory warranty doesnt cover it because it's not an odm battery. then echo park's extended warranty said they wouldnt cover it bc it doesnt cover batteries even though they said it covers electrical malfunctioning. Short version: I ignored other buyers' warnings and almost ended up paying $8,000 for a new transmission less than 3 months after purchasing a vehicle from this EchoPark location. I reported the issue on day one, yet their much-advertised "190-point inspection" reported no transmission issues at all on the car. I was ignored for months with radio silence on their end. Longer version: I bought a 2019 Subaru Ascent from EchoPark in Georgia in May 2025. Within a day I reported an issue under their 30-day warranty. EchoPark attempted a repair but failed to follow through on a good faith repair, then told me the car was "out of warranty" even though it was the same problem brought up day one. Their 190-point inspection reported no transmission issues, and after June I was met with complete radio silence despite repeated calls. I eventually had to take it to a third-party shop, where it was diagnosed as a known defect covered under Subaru's extended drivetrain warranty. If EchoPark had simply looked into the issue, they could have determined this themselves. Instead, I was brushed off, and if not for the extended warranty, I would have been stuck with an $8,000+ bill for a problem EchoPark should have addressed. read more

We arrive at the Echo Park Duluth dealership and were placed with a young salesman where the first thing he says is "I hope you like me." - First Flag. Next flag - his disposition changed when I told him we were already approved through our bank and wanted to see the approval letter as if he didn't belief us. Final flag - he proceeds to tell my wife and I that at his previous car sales job, he was speeding and damaged a customers car that has just paid for the purchase of the car! - as if that was funny to tell a potential customer. You can't make stuff this up! I was in disbelief and decided firmly at this point not to purchase the vehicle we wanted to look at. The salesman brings the vehicle out so we can see it and my wife mouth dropped. The drivers side leather was ripped badly and the body work was horrible. My father has an automotive repair business, so I know how to test for body work. The vehicle had obvious paint and body work that they didn't even try to correct or hide despite the 190 point inspection every car supposedly goes through..lol. I pointed it out to the salesman and he had the nerve to say "that's what you get with a used car." I told him that we are leaving despite his insistence on bringing another vehicle. I told him he wasted our time. Unbeknownst to him, I called Potamkin Hyundai in Stone Mountain to look at the same vehicle that was a year newer and had lower miles when stepped away. Overall the buying experience was pretty good. We bought a Mazda CX5 for a good price and are happy with it. But unfortunately we bought a warranty through EchoPark that they said we could cancel by calling them. I tried to call and ask and as soon as I said i wanted to cancel the warranty, they hung up and never picked up a call from me. They made it really hard for me to cancel the warranty. I would buy from them again if the price is right, but never buy something that would require you to communicate with them again. I will definitely not be getting warranties with them either. The problem happens when you try and contact them when you have an issue - you always get an online sales person and they say they will leave a message. We have called several days in a row....yes, no exaggeration...because we have yet to get our license plate. We have spoken to people and have also left messages. One of the 2 civics they had at this location made a weird sound on the test drive and as soon as the sound started to get louder the salmesmen turned the radio up as to try and hide the noise. I can't verbalize how happy I am with EchoPak Automotive in Duluth. They were able to find me an awesome car, in my budget and with every specification I wanted/hoped for. The salesmen do not work on commission. They are salaried, so they simply don't push a car on you that doesn't fit your criteria. On the contrary. They try to make their clients happy in every possible way. They actually listen. If you have not so great of a driving record, they work with you, and suggest car insurance companies that work with people in such situations. I also liked that on the inside of the dealership, they had different seating section, but they are far enough from each other that you actually have privacy to discuss your wants and needs, as well as your financial situation. I have bought a few cars in my life but have never had even a similar experience such as the one at EchoPark Duluth. I know that absolutely I will never buy/upgrade a car with anyone else ever! Also, ask for Kevin Shaw! Kevin was amazing he worked with me and his service was impeccable. I do have a feeling that you will be happy with any of the sales staff. I must say that the service here is impeccable and Stephanie (I'll mention her name multiple times in this review) is amazing. Upon arriving, the car was already parked in the front, detailed, cleaned, and ready to go for a test drive. Stephanie was very organized and arranged the appraisal while we test drove the car and was ready to move on to the next steps when we got back. She recommended the Perma Plate service, which is an amazing program, and thoroughly explained how it works. This location is very well maintained, clean, and the coffee/latte machine is amazing (try the vanilla latte) :) I have never personally shopped online and selected a car online but Echo Park truly made this process a breeze! read more

I purchased two vehicles from here and at first, the experience was great. Until I signed the paperwork and it went downhill from there. One of the vehicles I purchased sat at the dealership for a week before I could even drive it home due to it needing repairs. Just to have to bring it back a week later for more repairs. The other one had to be brought back in within 3 weeks due to check engine light even though they raved about their 100 point inspection. The car was also there for another week. All in all, I've had to return to the dealership for service about 4 times since purchasing the vehicles. I was told they would remedy this for me, but ghosted me every time. Save yourself the headache and buy your car somewhere else. The one positive to the experience is there was no haggling when it came down to the price. read more

It is not the easy experience they claim--we experienced very long waits, a little too much of a sell on the warranties, and a heist of a financing experience. We walked out without a car, despite being very motivated (as well as informed and prepared) to buy. Be careful during the financing process, they definitely tried to squeeze us a little--they went so far as to enter a lower credit score on our application to manipulate the rate available. Also, watch for the added fees. This felt like your typical dealership experience, and not in a good way. Super unfortunate. read more
