    Damaged door handle

towed to Rick Case Service center for repairs, my car sat there for months, after several techs did nothing but gave empty words. Finally Victor was assigned to me and it was roller-coaster ride, they never offered me a loaner car, kept saying they would send the information to get on the waiting list never received it. Fast forward to the repairs, I received a call from Victor that my car would be ready on a Friday I said great, he called me back once my car was ready and said . . .unfortunately your battery is dead and it needs a oil change and It would cost an additional $500 + Rick Case let my car sit in their repair shop for months and let the battery die and it's my fault.....I told him I would buy my own battery and did so...the day I picked up my car the headlight on the passenger side was busted and I asked Victor what happened, according to Victor the tow truck delivered my car that way. If that was the case it should have been included in the repair total as my car had been vandalized and that's the reason for the repairs. I asked Victor did they take pictures when my car arrived he said they may have taken some pictures I asked if he would send them to me, never received them. Either the car was damaged while at Rick Case Service center and they don't want to take responsibility for it, or it was delivered that way and if so it should have been repaired with all the other repairs. headlight repaired. I took pictures before leaving Rick Case, and another issue, Rick Case didn't fix my door handle Victor said the Insurance wouldn't cover it, how they refuse to fix something a thief damaged breaking in my car, so now am driving my car with a broke door handle. It wasn't like that before my car was stolen and it should have been repaired with the other items that were repaired. I had one door key/clicker before my car was damaged, after Rick Case did the repairs I have 2 clickers, one to unlock the door and other to start the car, Rick Case failed to program one key to unlock the door and start the car, and left me with carrying 2 big clickers/keys, the craziest thing ever. Rick Case did a sloppy job repairing my car and I will never use their service center again never. My total repair bill was over $5000, and this the results I get. Very unsatisfied customer. Not happy with the service I received at all....I will attach pictures when I picked up my car, the busted headlight, and door handle, am not sure how they feel satisfied giving a customer their car in that condition, my guess they didn't care and don't take pride in their work.

I am highly disappointed about how I have been treated by the Sales manager, Jarred Perkins as well as the General Manager Kendrick Echols. I started the process to purchase a used car and signed all of the paperwork on Friday, Feb. 28, 2025. Due to my co-signer being out of town I had to have them UPS the paperwork and it was signed received by their office on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 10:17am to a Tia. I called several times to confirm that the paperwork was received to the finance Manager Jon Yi, Jarrad, and Monique. No one called me back. I was out of town at the time on business and then was called and left a message at 12:36pm that day saying that they just sold the car to sold someone else when my paperwork was already signed and returned to their office AND they had my pre-approval check at their office as well. Mind you, my paperwork was already delivered and received. This is highly unethical, unprofessional, and deceptive business practices. I have been in constant communication with them and have done everything that was asked of me. I called the general manager Kendrick Echols on his work phone, cell phone, and emailed him and did not receive a response. When my husband came to pick up the check and papers that were signed no one apologized or even offered any explanation as to why they so blatantly wasted our time. This is the rudest most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!

How to lose a customer in 22 days.   I purchased a 2024 Telluride SX-Prestige X-Pro SUV on Oct 17 from an awesome sales rep who communicated professionally and worked fair a deal that was reasonable. We even worked this deal via text as he was working with his Sales Managers to get me a deal I could sign off on. Came in the next day to sign all the paperwork which was easy peasy. My trade in had some undiscovered issues that required an adjustment to the initial offer which was explained to me and I agreed the adjustment was fair and was impressed how the Sales Manager presented the adjustment in a professional manner. Head back to sign off on the finance paperwork and was working with another great representative of the dealership trying to sell add ons like extended warranty which was his job. I tried to negotiate a better price and then he had to bring the Finance Director because the number had gotten outside of his wiggle room. The attitude,  arrogance and condescending nature of this person stopped the negotiating dead in the tracks and I proceed to sign without any add ons which we were very close to making deal on.   Now let me say I absolutely love the Telly and deal I got from the Rick Case sales team. Now fast forward to wanting to add a tow hitch to the Telly a few weeks after purchase. There seems to be a lot confusion about adding hitches to 24 Tellys so I stop by to see my Rep and asked for help . The parts counter rep seemed to be off putting and bothered by me asking about this product that just became available in August. When I shared a letter from KIA US in regard to the product the parts rep could not be bothered to check with others and basically through his hands and said not sure what else I can do. I was amazed as I was there ready to spend money and this guy could not be bothered to dig deeper let along go the extra mile.   So, my sales reps says give me a few day and then follows up a product print out at full retail and said the Parts Manager had to get in involved because of the newness of the part. This is when I reached to GM via email to ask why the dealership was charging full retail for a product that KIA US is recommending passing on the cost savings for customer satisfaction. After 5 days of no response, I decided to reach deeper in to the Rick Case Automobile Group and actually connected with Ryan Case, the son of Founder Rick Case. I shared my story via email and text and he even shared my frustrations and dismay at the situation.  A day later I get call out of the blue from a scheduler at the Dealership asking about scheduling a time for install for a product I had not even purchased yet. When I asked who had told her to call me, she informed it was the Service Manager. I explained to her the confusion and lack of communication and asked her to please have this Manager call me to discuss. Well guess what, no phone call from this Service Manager so I call him the next morning to leave a message. Still no return phone or communications from the GM.   As my frustration  continues to rise, I reach back out to Ryan Case who did call me back and we discussed and shared his continued disappointment and frustration at his leadership team at Rick Case Kia in Duluth.  I shared with Ryan in our phone conversation and detailed emails that the  GM and Service Manager need a serious recalibration of leadership expectations and falling woefully short of delivering on the Rick Case Brand.   Ultimately, I connected with the Parts and Service Department at Bulldog Kia in Athens GA who was able to communicate professionally to ensure I can get the tow hitch at a fair price per KIA US directive and it will also be installed by them at that shop at a fair price.   And this is how Rick Case Kia in Duluth lost a customer in 22 days.   5/5 Stars to Sales Rep 5/5 Stars to Sales Management 5/5 Stars to Finance Rep 0/5 Stars to Finance Director 0/5 Starts to Parts Associate for lack of effort. 0/5 Stars to General Manager for zero follow up 0/5 Stars to Service Manager for zero follow up 5/5 Ryan Case of HQ for accessibility and empathy   20/40 Stars Overall Rating

Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12. The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience. Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner. I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options. This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion. Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle--an act of kindness--it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization. The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty. EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem.

They have blowing up my cell phone non stop and saying they can't give me a price unless I come in. I normally have the price pre-negotiated before coming in. I asked the sales person twice for the price and he refused to give me one. I told him that I didn't have time for games and left it like that. A few days later, he emailed and sent me a video. I asked him twice for a price and he still wouldn't give me one. He asked me what price I was thinking about. I gave him a super low price to mess with them before I was tired of their games. I would highly avoid this place as they need to learn some customer service and how to sell cars. I already picked up my Jeep out of state bc they played no games and got to point. If the GM is reading this, please retrain your employees on how deal business with customers. When a customer asks you for an OTD price, just give it to them. Stop dancing around and playing games and telling the customer has to come in for to get a price or refuse to give one. I wish I can give this place -20 stars. FYI, this sales man has blown up my cell phone at least 20 times. They seem desperate but have 0 customer service skills. If you're reading this, you know who I am referring to.

Before finalizing the deal, I made it very clear that I was only moving forward if the vehicle came with a working charger. Well, I got the car -- but the charger doesn't work at all. That's bad enough, but what's worse is how everything was handled after. I tried reaching out multiple times -- called at least 4 or 5 times -- just to speak with a manager. No response. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: "If you're not happy, just bring the car back. We'll be waiting." Who says that to a customer? It wasn't just dismissive -- it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn't believe it. Let me be clear: this isn't about the car. It's about how they treat people after they get your money. That's when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. No one will care. No one will help. And if something goes wrong? Good luck even getting a call back. Trust your gut and shop somewhere else. I wish I had.

**Very disappointing experience -- potential customers should be extremely careful**…read more I am posting this review because I want other potential customers to know about my experience with Autoplex Atlanta before leaving a deposit or making the trip to the dealership. I went to Autoplex Atlanta with my son because I was interested in purchasing a used Mercedes-Benz for him. We had a confirmed appointment, and before we drove to the dealership, I specifically verified that the 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS was physically on the lot and ready for us to see. I also explained that I had a very tight schedule and needed to know that the vehicle was actually there before making the approximately one-hour drive through traffic. I was assured that the car was there and ready to be seen. When we arrived, we were told by Khris that the EQS did not have a windshield, so we could not even properly see, inspect, or test-drive the vehicle we had specifically confirmed was available. This was extremely disappointing and felt like a tremendous waste of our time. We were then told about a 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQE as an alternative. We became interested and began discussing the price. We were subsequently told that the vehicle had been sold and could not be sold to us. We were then told that the vehicle could be brought back to the dealership. At that point, we were asked to provide a **$1,035 deposit** so they could bring the vehicle to the lot. I want to make this extremely clear: **We NEVER signed a purchase agreement. We NEVER signed a sales contract. We NEVER signed anything committing us to purchase this vehicle. We never took possession of or received a vehicle.** We were told that the $1,035 was simply to demonstrate that we were serious about purchasing a vehicle and that the money would be **refunded if, once the vehicle was actually available for us to see, we decided not to purchase it.** We were then given a purchase order and told that we would receive a call once the vehicle was actually on the lot and ready for us to see and test-drive. **That call never came.** We never got the opportunity to see the vehicle, inspect it, or test-drive it. During the discussions, we were also presented with a **$5,000 paint-protection package** that I specifically said I did not want or need. Rather than removing it, the dealership reduced the charge to **$2,000** -- still $2,000 for a product I had clearly said I did not want. There was also a **$999 dock/dealer fee** that remained in the proposed transaction. After all of this confusion and repeated changes, I decided I was no longer comfortable proceeding and repeatedly requested the return of my $1,035. This is where the experience became even more disturbing. Despite repeatedly requesting my refund, I have not received confirmation that my money has been returned. Instead, dealership representatives have repeatedly asked whether I am still interested in purchasing another vehicle, even though I have clearly explained that I am simply requesting the return of my deposit. I feel that we were **seriously misled and taken advantage of** during this process. We made a long trip based on assurances that the vehicle was there and available, only to arrive and discover that it could not even be viewed. We were then given changing information about another vehicle, asked for a deposit based on the understanding that it would be refundable if we decided not to proceed, and then never even received the promised call that the vehicle was available. Most importantly, **there was never a signed purchase agreement or signed sales contract committing us to buy the vehicle.** As of the date of this review, I am still waiting for the return of my **$1,035**. ### My advice to potential customers Please be extremely careful before doing business with this dealership. If you are told a vehicle is on the lot, **verify it yourself before making a long trip or leaving a deposit.** Get every promise about a deposit and every fee in writing. Make sure you understand exactly what you are signing -- and if you do not intend to commit to purchasing the vehicle, do not sign anything that could later be interpreted otherwise. In our case, we never signed a purchase agreement, never received the vehicle, never got to inspect or test-drive the vehicle, and yet we are still having to repeatedly request the return of our $1,035. I sincerely hope Autoplex resolves this by immediately returning the $1,035. If they do, I will update this review. I am sharing this experience so other consumers can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid what has been an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience for us. I'm preparing a complaint with the GA Board of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers ( https://sos.ga.gov/sites/default/files/forms/35%20Form%20-%20Complaint.pdf ) and the AG's Consumer Protection Division ( https://consumer.georgia.gov/resolve-your-dispute/how-do-i-file-complaint/consumer-complaint-

Initially, our salesman was friendly, accommodating, and eager to show us the BMW we came to see. From the very beginning, I explained that I already had financing in place, but I was willing to hear what they could offer. Throughout the process, however, there was constant pressure to use their financing. After negotiating for quite a while, we finally reached an agreement on both the purchase price and my trade-in value. When I ultimately chose to stick with my own financing because they couldn't beat the rate I already had, everything changed. The salesman went from being helpful and personable to rude and dismissive. It was obvious that once they realized they weren't making money on financing, we no longer mattered--even though we were purchasing a luxury vehicle and spending a significant amount of money. Things only got worse during the paperwork. We discovered that one of the exterior/interior protections we purchased didn't actually cover what the salesman had told us it would. That was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. Then came the biggest issue. While waiting for the keys and tag, the salesman casually informed us that the vehicle only came with one key. What's frustrating is that when I handed over the two keys to my trade-in, we even joked, "Two for two." We both clearly saw two BMW keys sitting on his desk with the same last 4 digits on the tags. Somehow, by the time we were leaving, one had mysteriously disappeared. When we questioned it, the attitude from both the salesman and staff became even more unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or showing any concern, they treated us as though we were inconveniencing them. Before we left, my husband spoke with the manager, and the salesman assured me the missing key would be mailed within a few days. It's now been a week and they are saying no 2nd key available. I absolutely love my BMW, but I genuinely wish we had purchased it somewhere else. Customer service doesn't end once the paperwork is signed, and Gravity Auto completely failed us after the sale. If you're considering buying from this dealership, I'd strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that appreciate their customers before, during, and after the sale. AND... good luck getting anyone to respond or answer a phone call once the deal is done.

I bought a 2015 BMW M4 from these people had I read the reviews before purchasing I never would've…read moreeven went there I have had nothing but problems out of them they call constantly to try to get the last payment for the down payment and I have refused to pay this until I have a tag on this car they have not transferred ownership so I can get a tag called a lawyer call Gwinnett county police and got nowhere already made payment to the finance company they have threaten me with theft by conversion which I know the law traded in a 2010 Toyota Camry they allowed me $6000 for it and in the paperwork they put $6000 of unexplained charges in the contract my suggestion to anyone looking to buy a car here is absolutely not this is one of the worst used car sales places that I have ever been and I have bought many cars they did the paperwork so bad that I owe more for the car than I paid for put $14,000 down and when it's all said and done I will have a paid $59,000 for a $39,000 car also bought the car with the engine light on which is illegal in Georgia that falls under the lemon law had a signed piece of paper from the dealership stating they would fix the engine light problem and I took the car to a certified BMW shop that said it would cost $1100 to fix I wanted them to do it but the dealership said that they would do it I will not have a bunch of Shadetree mechanics if you want to call them that work on an $80,000 car they're not certified to!!! My suggestion and opinion of this company is that they need to be out of business
