The car buying experience was largely uneventful. They tend to be busy, but nice enough staff. I worked w David, and I knew the two cars I wanted to test drive, and I bought one of them. BMW M550 or a less than 2yr old Alfa Romeo. Why the 1 star? Even though they say they are different than other dealers, they aren't. The second I signed the paperwork they ghosted. I had a question about the paintless dent coverage I added. *crickets*. There was also a chip turned crack in the windshield I found when they brought the car around for me to take home. *more crickets*. Called the main line, and was promised a call back. Called three more times over a week, nothing. Texted the sales guy David, but once I asked to cancel the added coverage, ZERO response. Talked w a "manager" finally, who promised to have David send the paperwork. Nothing. I texted my email and fax a few days later, still nothing. Another few days. I had to drive 30min up there and complain loudly at the front desk to get a manager. Tyler the Sales Manager came out. He promised to fix everything, and I was finally able to cancel the paintless dent coverage (VERY limited coverage, btw). Tyler took me to the service area and I gave my info to them for the windshield and was told I'd get a call within 1-2 days. A week goes by. Nothing. I call Tyler. He promises to fix it. Windshield company calls...and we are 3 appointments later (1st at my office to replace, where I was told a SECOND tech appt was needed bc the guy wasn't certified). Second appt made, this time at my house. 12pm-3pm window, they get there 3:45pm. Then I'm told the ground needs to be perfectly level, so I need to come into their shop, in Centennial, 30+ min away. The "30min" job is now 45min in and here I wait. Now it's looking like an hour and a half. Hopefully. Maybe. EchoPark offers good pricing, and if everything goes right you could save a grand or two. Maybe...their extended warranties are $$. $11K+ for BMW M550 coverage. If you need any customer service, you have a better chance of hitting the lotto than them calling you back. read more

We bought a car here and left with extremely mixed feelings. Most of the time we were there, it felt like they truly did not want to sell us a car. It was like we were having to go out of our way to give them our money. Watching our sales rep Luis go and sit down with 3 other customers while we were waiting on him to move the process along was super annoying. There was zero personal touch, and we contemplated leaving multiple times. On top of that, watching his demeanor change from bad to worse was jarring when we refused to buy their warranty and protection. Sending out the sales manager to double down on trying to sell you their warranty by using fear tactics was icing on the cake. If you want to spend a few extra thousand dollars on basically another form of insurance that's your call. That said, that's obviously where they make their money, so don't fall for the fear mongering by someone trying to pad their numbers and earn good boy points. Do your own research, and get a prepurchase inspection done by a third party mechanic you trust. Overall, our experience with Luis was pretty awful. When all was said and done, he didn't even shake our hands, make eye contact, or really even thank us for buying a car. It's a shame he visibly grew impatient with us and stopped caring when we didn't buy their protection, because it left a sour taste in our mouth in what should've been a happy day. I definitely cannot recommend this place. It's also worth noting that they tried to sell us an AWD car with two brand new tires and two completely bald tires. If you know anything about cars, you would know that having a tire tread difference with AWD will destroy your drivetrain. I noticed the tread difference and they "worked with us" to get 2 new tires on the car. It wasn't until almost a month after we bought the car that they FINALLY got the tires put on. I appreciate not having to haggle when buying a car. The sales agent did not know very much about the car I was purchasing and he also was trying to sell a car to someone else at the same time so we waited for hours to get the paperwork. Most frustrating is that the car only came with one faub and that faub has been having problems. When I called to inquire I was told that the car gets sold as is and they would not be able to get me a second faub. Have to travel over an hour to get the one faub fixed. I paid a lot of money in cash for the car and feel like having two faubs is essential. read more

They sold my family a Hyundai Santa Fe with an open recall and was, at the time, part of a class action lawsuit, we were never told about it. The car has had numerous engine failure problems and echo park has now left us high and dry. We had the vehicle a little of a year and five months, engine blown now having to rent a car and their response is "not our problem". Take my word for it, go to an actual dealership that will support their customers and the vehicles they sell. Well worth any money you think you'll save buy buying through echo. My sales guy was great! Enjoyed working with him BUT the service department is the worst. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Brought my car back in after owning for only a few days and needed a few things (things that should have been fixed before it was offered for sale) and they would barely even look at the car. I got many eye rolls from Liz behind the desk and Richard was very unfriendly and then disappeared leaving my sales guy to come over and help me (not his job!) Not only was i standing there baffled but three other women there left frustrated that their cars were sold to them with many problems and service department unwilling to help. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME, it's cheap for a reason From the moment I signed my paperwork it has been a living nightmare. I bought my car June 12th 2024 when I was driving home (hour drive home) I noticed a few things were wrong nothing crazy. I call Echo Park because I had bought/came with a 30 day warranty with the car as well as the some other offers. There were 4 things that came broken on the car and within the first week of owning the car the window was down and we closed the door by the handle and the window shattered, they refused to fix it because "we didn't sell it to you like that" so then what's the point of the warranty and telling us "if anything breaks within 30 days bring it in and we'll get you taken care of" There systems were down so they couldn't get me in for weeks, finally got me in on July 19th and when I got there was told they made 4 appointments that day and they don't know what happened and so they have to move me to another day which I downright told them no because I didn't drive an hour for nothing. They had 1 of the 4 problems listed and only tried to fix that one and give it back, they had told me the 4 things would be fixed in 8 hours and I would have my car back the following day/ that night, it's been 13+ days. The FIRST lender car that they gave me had lots of problems with it, I brought it to their attention an hour after I left the store and they still told me to drive it. Mid way into having my first lender it refused to start and we continually had to jump it. When we brought it back the key that opened and drove our lender car ALSO opened and drove A SECOND CAR in their lot. We got the SECOND lender and my car was quoted be done at the end of the week (26th), got a call 2-3 days before my lender expired and said it would be done the day the lender was due (29th). I didn't receive a call until the 30th at 1:30pm and was told I HAVE to bring the car back that day because my lender had expired that day (mind you I live an hour away and I'm in the middle of my work shift) I tried to call them to see if they can extend it until I can get down there because less than half a days notice isn't doable and got no response until 5 pm and at that time and told it does NEED to be in by the end of the day. When I got down to thornton they tried to give me my actual car back with a broken bumper (which was none of the problems it went in for) they never informed me it was broken and was hoping I just wouldn't notice it or something and take it back off the lot more broken than I brought it in ????? They gave me a THIRD lender vehicle (30th) after wasting 2 hours of my night and didn't give me an estimate just "I'll bring it to the shop right now and have them make it priority" as I call (31st) to try and figure out an estimate of when it will be done because again I live an hour away and I can't just come at the drop of a hat. The lady on the phone refused to give me an estimate, I explained they told me I HAD to come down there and she said "oh they wouldn't do that" I had explained that they DID do that the night before and she just brushed it under the rug and kept on with someone would be calling me within 24-48 hours and I need to explain my situation to them again and wouldn't give me any other information than that. I asked her to transfer me to the service department so that I could talk to someone there and get an estimate and she wouldn't transfer me. 8/2/24 update: 72 hours later and have yet to receive and phone call on when I will get my car back after the lady stressed that it would be 24-48 hours and I would be getting a call letting me know. And anytime I call we can never get through. 14 days without my car on an 8 hour project 8/3/24: still no call or update on when I'll get my car back, 15 days on an "8 hours project" 8/5/24 update: day 17 with many many more to go apparently. I called today again because I still didn't receive a call, they didn't even have a work order put in for the bumper. They won't extend the lender even though they did previously on another car they gave me for a single day (literally 1 week ago) because "it's a new process we're doing" They still don't have an estimate on when my car is going to be done. But are requiring me to continually waste my time and call out of work to bring their car back when they don't even have the decency to tell me when my car is going to be done. Save your time and money this has been THE WORST car buying experience in my or my partner's life. They just expect you to be okay with what they're doing don't offer any sort of resolution EVER! read more

Drove an hour out to them and during that hour called two more times to make sure that there would be someone to assist. When we got there, no one assisted us. No one could sell us a car because they sent their sales reps home. They lost out on a cash sale. We drove to another NON echopark dealer 40 min away in Longmont and bought a car there. I do not like dishonest businesses. First they only give you ONE key in order to make more money on the side. Second , They claim to give you a deal on the key. After several weeks, you finally and a few trips down, you get the key that doesn't work after a battery problem. There were other problems. In 2021 we were in need of car and went to Echo Park. An excellent experience. They had the car we wanted and a decent price. Took 2 hours from start to finish. What a circus. Made an appointment on Saturday to look and buy a car. When I arrived the place was over run with customers. A person from Echo park (Victor) finally appeared and asked what we wanted to look at. Gave him 3 cars, 2 he said were sold and gave us a key for the 3rd and said come seem me after your test drive. On return 10 minutes later, Victor was no where to be found so we dumped the key at the reception desk. I received a how did we do from Mako a manager. I gave him my experience to which he Texted back sorry how can we make it better. He offered a tank of gas or a gift card. Tried 3 time to reach him, no response. I did go back on Thursday 8/1 and looked at the 2 cars Victor said were sold, obviously lies in place of we cannot find the keys as someone may be looking at the cars. I did purchase the sold car. After the fact they said we now have an additional charge of 699.00 and give you FREEE services you will never use. Then comes the hard sell for additional warranty services, windshield replacement, hail damage 1K limit from the sales manager Richard. After he refused to put floor mats in, they were there at one time as there are 3 cargo mats. Someone will be angry when they discover they have no cargo mat. No gas for our auto or gift card. They did give us enough gas to get home. 3 hours for a cash deal. As my wife loves the car I am now in search for 4 runner which Echo Park has however I will never go back to that dealer, any location as they are truly a mess and buyer beware. How does a dealership go from being a great place to do business to a dump that you should avoid at all costs? p.s. Hint: Only buy a vehicle with the manufacturers warranty still intact. So I asked if they could tell me what was actually done in this 190 point inspection. They said they couldn't disclose that. Do not buy your cars here. You will be in a world of hurt financially. Now I'm stuck paying for the repairs. Because of their lack of getting any service done to the vehicle. Just another stealrship flipping cars. We found a car we liked to purchase for our son. We put money down on it and received funding through our bank for the vehicle ( one in which Echo park works with for loans). We arrived at the dealership tonight in anticipation of completing paperwork and to take the car home. Instead we were told that we HAD to fill out a credit application first through their online platform- even though we had funding in place. We jumped through their hoops - to have 3 different loan options brought out for the same car we ALREADY had funding for. I have never been to a dealership who REFUSES to sell a car to people who have money and funding to purchase it. Apparently they are not in the business of selling cars. We will make sure everyone that we know hears of the terrible customer service and leadership at this dealership and steer people away from this mismanaged company. read more

NOPE... never again. First, I drove into the parking lot with an appointment to purchase a car I found online for my company fleet. Something cut my tire before I came to a complete stop in their handicap space... only space within 1/2 block of the showroom doors. I had a Company Check in hand on a Saturday. We wanted to pay 100% upfront. After several "managers" trying to deter me from buying the car... so much paperwork they wanted FROM ME which I provided with every returning smile that said, "I can't sell you the car without ..." I came prepared with everything they came up with and would provide exactly what they said they needed... until they said they must have a Cashier's Check... ON A SATURDAY? I said, how about a bank transfer. NOPE Cashier's Check or( Debit Card - for $25K purchase?) I said take the company check and when it clears I'll come get the car.... NOPE. Then I said, "Wait, look your website says you will take a bank transfer.... "duh, what?" 20 minutes later, another manager's smile with bank transfer information dated from 2017. Okay, I signed all their paperwork... and asked if anyone from the Service Department might help me change out my spare tire because I ran something over in their parking lot which ruined my tire. - Ummmm NOPE. I called on Monday and asked if they received the money, the call center ladies couldn't reach anyone in the Finance department but said someone would call by end of day... NOPE! I called on Tuesday, S.S.D.D.D... never heard back from anyone by end of day on Tuesday. 5 days later, I received an email from MY BANK saying the following: "Payment Failed, Your vendor's delivery details seem to be outdated. Change to another delivery method or ask your vendor for their updated details to resend this payment." Ummmm... if they had taken the company check on Saturday, called our bank on Monday morning, and found our check would clear, I could have had the car. Wait, what? You think Echo will call me back by end of day today to salvage this car deal? Day 6 - Called and asked for an appointment to pick up the car with Cashier's Check in hand. Went into Thornton ECHO Park and was promptly told to take a seat... 30 minutes later I finally had enough... I said I had an appointment. What came out of the guy's mouth at the front desk was extremely unacceptable..."well the call center people make promises that are never helpful..." I made an appointment to buy the car on Saturday... I was borderline harassed via text message and emails reminding me of my appointment. I didn't wait more than 3 minutes for the salesman to give me the keys for a test drive. Another 15 minutes passed before the guy at the front desk took my check and proceeded to ask someone to bring the car "up front". Same guy that said there was no appointment... and decided to get off his ass and do something productive like let someone know I was there. I guess Echo Park and/or the Universe is telling me never to waste my time again. ***Shout out to Heather at the Call Center... she made a note to herself to follow up and ask if anyone EVER got back to me. We test drove a Land Rover that was listed on their website. Weird.. the vent stuff was laying on the front floorboard. We told them (sales manager, service manager, salesman) that we WANTED THE VEHICLE. They told us they had to send the vehicle back to Land Rover to get the vent/ac/whatever fixed under their warranty and would let us know when it would be returned. Weeks went by. Salesman texted weekly to let us know it was still pending repair. Texts stopped. I checked online.. the vehicle was back for sale. No text, no updates. Few days later it was sold. Pissed me off. Let me start by saying this is the second car I bought from this location because of the ease of buying from this dealership. However this last experience has been less than stellar. I bought a 2021 small suv that didn't have any floor mats or trunk cover. The sales rep said they would get them for me no problem and they would let me know within a week to pick them up. It's been over two months I've called, emailed to no avail no one's even contacted me to let me know they're working on the issue and it seems like the sales rep didn't put in any notes to indicate these items were promised. I'm really annoyed because car mats seem standard, I traded in my car with all weather upgrades mats to this car with no mats at all. Feels a bit unfinished.
