Our service intake person was Annabelle N. She was kind, fast, efficient, and complete in her description of what would be happening to our car and in what order. Later in the day, she called and said that our car was in serious need of an alignment. She described what it would be behaving like since it was in dire need. And she was right! The car was in fact doing all of that stuff!! Long story short, the car was done and ready to go. When we came to pick it up, we settled up. And, then, we had the best conversation about our upcoming trip. Not only is the service here at Woodhouse awesome, but the staff is just THE best! Nicely done, Woodhouse! After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

My husband and I were on I80 traveling east. A horrible, loud noise came from under the car. The gentleman there, David, was so nice. He invited us to stay inside while he had the car taken into your work area. He and another young man took at least 30-45 minutes to get the thing out and they plugged it up. We were able to get home safely. They were so, so nice and caring. I also noticed while we were waiting, other customers came in and David was so polite, helpful and professional. We were so impressed and highly recommend your business. I want to thank David again. So , here we are, a year and a half after Woodhouse toasted the engine of my Ford Explorer…read more Woodhouse never did get back to me, despite several attempts to initiate a conversation on my part. I'vr contacted Ford Motor Company, they were no help. Quart by quart, I've added four cases of oil to my car, until the engine finally failed. My mechanic performed a compression check on the engine and declared the engine dead. I had a shop in town install a used engine in my car with a comparable number of miles to the failed engine at a cost of over $4k. I've given Woodhouse 1 star, only because zero was not an option. My car had no mechanical issues, burned no oil, until I took it there to replace the water pump. There's a reason Woodhouse has under 4 stars. I wish I had checked YELP first.

I took my car here to fix a minor dent/scrape. The final bill was 30% more than their written…read moreestimate. They blamed the extra cost on recalibration, and said they didn't know how much that costs ahead of time. Giving a low initial quote and then jacking up the price once the work is done is downright shady. I will note that I also got a quote from Dingman's that was slightly higher than Kaizen's quote (though lower than the final bill) that did include a flat cost for recalibration, so apparently they figured it out. It took 5 weeks to get the car into the shop, which is fine (every place is busy these days). Two days after dropping it off, they informed me I'd be without my car for 2 weeks, which seemed like a long time for a simple fix (no spare parts or anything). The day I was supposed to pick it up, I called in to see when it would be ready; only then was I informed it would be a further 2 days. Note they never called me. Between the completely wrong estimate, the long repair time, and the complete lack of communication, I would have assumed this is the first time they've fixed a car. In retrospect I should have asked more questions, but I naively assumed that the shop would be honest and accurate in their communication. Then again if they had been honest, I might have chosen a different shop. The cherry on top was that when I got my car back, they had broken the driver-side seatbelt (it wouldn't retract). They did fix it within a half hour (nice of them), but the employee who gave me my keys told me that the guy who had reassembled the seatbelt just didn't care about doing a good job. I will leave it there without further comment.

The driver fender and driver door was damaged, and the suspension was knocked out of alignment. I have a scratch in my driver side mirror that wasn't there after my car was hit. There was some kind of grease on the mirror and driver side window. There was grease left under the sun visor on the driver side. I had a pretty nice Captain America themed steering wheel cover that is now ruined due to one of the grimy workers smearing grease all over the cover and upon trying to clean it, rubbed off most of the color. The cover is now mostly grease colored. Someone at the shop took everything in the passenger side of the vehicle as well as the back seat of the vehicle, and threw it all into the cargo area of the vehicle. Now tell me, why do you need to get into the back seat while doing body work? I can see the floors were vacuumed, which is great, but who gave you the right to throw everything into the cargo area? I would recommend this shop for great work, but I'm pretty steamed about the rest of what they did. And let me add, I didn't ask for my car to be washed. I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth, but I'm that kind of person.

My calls and texts were responded to even on Cary's day off! Their online picture quality was poor, but Cary had patience with me and sent pics and info that I requested. I was somewhat of a high maintenance customer since I was buying from about 6 hours away. + Car was reasonably priced. + The car was in better condition than expected. Scratches were disclosed and quite minor. Interior was also much cleaner than expected. +They also applied an undercoating at no additional charge. +They offered a limited 4-month warranty at a reasonable cost under $300. And extended ones for more. -I'd recommend checking the air filters prior to purchasing. Although they had Jensen Tire and Auto for an oil change prior to sale, the air filters were both super dirty at purchase. + The dealer was understanding and gave me a discount for the dirty air filters.

I left work at 330 and was at GT motors by 340 . I was told Garrett wasn't in and to try back in a couple hours . I called at 530 and the truck i was looking at and had made plans to move forward with sold . The truck was well within my price range and pretty much what I was looking for with miles and looks ect ... This is not a good business practice. And does not reflect well on the dependability of sales . I'm sure they can get me into something with around 200,000 miles in it though.
