Interior was also much cleaner than expected. +They also applied an undercoating at no additional charge. +They offered a limited 4-month warranty at a reasonable cost under $300. And extended ones for more. -I'd recommend checking the air filters prior to purchasing. Although they had Jensen Tire and Auto for an oil change prior to sale, the air filters were both super dirty at purchase. + The dealer was understanding and gave me a discount for the dirty air filters.

After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience…read more Before purchasing this vehicle, I was told by the seller that it had been inspected by him. Based on that representation, I expected the vehicle to be in reasonably good condition. Unfortunately, when the vehicle was delivered, I quickly discovered several significant issues that should have been identified during any legitimate inspection. The radiator needed to be replaced, the manifold needed replacement, the seat belts would not properly retract, three of the four headlights were burned out, the horn did not work, and there was an exhaust leak, along with several other problems. These were not minor cosmetic issues--they were problems affecting the vehicle's safety, functionality, and reliability. What makes this especially frustrating is that these issues existed despite being told the vehicle had already been inspected. Had these problems been disclosed upfront, I could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed with the purchase or negotiate repairs before the sale. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but I expect honesty and transparency from a seller. In my opinion, the condition of the vehicle did not match the representations that were made prior to the sale. I am sharing my experience so that other buyers can make an informed decision and have any inspection claims independently verified. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from Rob or his company, and I cannot recommend them to others.

Very disappointing experience. We purchased a Ford Expedition that had only been listed online for…read more3-4 days. When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle had not even been cleaned or detailed yet, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. We test drove the Expedition for approximately 15-20 minutes, and everything seemed fine. We had previously driven other Expeditions and were familiar with how they drove, so we did not think to test drive it for an extended period or have it independently inspected before purchasing. Unfortunately, on our 3-hour drive home, the transmission began slipping between gears. Once we got home, we took the vehicle to several different mechanics to determine what was wrong. Every mechanic we spoke with came to the same conclusion: the vehicle needs a new transmission. At this point, we are left wondering whether the dealership was aware of the transmission issue and sold us the vehicle anyway, or whether the vehicle was never properly inspected or serviced before being put up for sale. Either way, this was an extremely disappointing experience and has resulted in a major, unexpected expense shortly after purchasing the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience.

The truck was complete garbage but there is an ass for every seat. There was a bunch of spliced wires underneath the cab and bent spring shackles & skid plates missing. mud caked under & in frame. Also inside of doors were caked with mud. They told me they had the truck professionally cleaned & waxed. Complete lies. Only a fool would have purchased from here. All they care about is pumping out trucks the sales guy told me they sell 180 trucks a month.
