Alejandro, sevice advisor noticed some stains and dull appearance of my paint, he politely offered me an upgrade for hand wax service. I told him, I will do it next time but he convinced me that my vehicle needs it. I gave him a nod and said go ahead I need to rest anyway. I decided to go inside the store and was amazed how the store was immaculately maintained and very inviting. I got to enjoy LaVazza Coffee at a Convenience Store (unheard off). Amazing coffee presentation at the corner with fresh sandwiches and assorted fresh bakery products. Store was well lit, amazing presentation of branded snacks, chocolates, high end gift item products and package beverages. Restrooms are clean and inviting. They also have lounge area and outdoor waiting area. What began as a stop over for a long trip, ended up to be a real refreshing stop. My car wash service was satisfactorily completed in 45 minutes and got to enjoy this amazing place tucked on the corner of Reyes Adobe Road and Canwood Street. Well worth the wait and truly wonderful experience.

I called my hubby and told him how I was being treated differently as I'm a woman, as I walked all the way around. A man in a white shirt asked me what happened. I told him I was on the phone with my hubby. I went inside. The man in the white shirt started chasing me, yelling at me. Maybe he worked there? It was WEIRD. I've had a few different cars over the past year, but I've always kept the same contact information and membership details. Today, August 23, I came in around 7 PM after working all week and was looking forward to finally getting my car washed. I had updated my payment card about a week ago, but was told my payment had declined. I would have gladly paid the $15 again, but I had accidentally left my wallet at home. I explained that I've been a paying member for months and asked if they could please let me through just this once so I could fix the payment issue afterward. The female employee I spoke with was extremely rude and wouldn't work with me at all. I understand that businesses have policies, and I'm not saying employees should just give away free washes. What bothered me was the complete lack of customer service or willingness to help a longtime paying member over a $15 wash. It felt like that $15 was more important than keeping someone who has been paying every month and would have continued doing so. Between the repeated payment issues and consistently rude interactions with employees, I'm seriously considering canceling and going somewhere else. I asked if I could pay for the back window separately and he said he would have to charge me ~$850 to get the work done. I asked again if I can just have the front and passenger windows done without the rear he said, "if I was a nice guy". I said, "so you are not going to do it, because you are not a nice person". He said "correct, I am not a nice person". This is a heads up to anyone wanting to deal with someone with bad character. Crazy because I live in the area and this story will be shared with friends and family. A smart businessman would make it right, so it doesn't hurt future business. First, I was having a fair amount of difficulty with my insurance company to pay my claim. Once Casey assisted me he had it completely resolved within two hours. I had been dealing with my insurance company for ten days. Second, his company had to send the car to Toyota for calibration. The car came back defective. Casey would not let my wife this car until the issue was resolved by Toyota. They did it free of charge. Casey did not want my wife to be stranded. Finally, when the Prius Prime, 2025, was returned back to his shop Casey stayed an additional one half hour as my wife was running late so she could pick up her car and return the rental car. The work on the Prius was perfect. It's beautiful. Casey kept us apprised nearly every day of the progress. I offer them an A+++ for customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship. Thank you!
