Isaac came out to do our final measurements and I could tell this was one detail oriented and talented human! He was super thorough and talked us through details we could change. Basically we were able to change and adjust whatever we wanted. It was amazing. Then when the install crew came out, we got Mike. YEESSSS for Mike! He was fantastic!!! He would adjust and alter things down to the exactly correct and balanced millimeter. He was so detail oriented, I never felt the need to even hover or check on anything. I trusted him completely. The scheduling contact, Steve, always texted me to let me know when someone would be coming out and was very responsive. Euro1 managed our counter install too, which was great, and Caesar was so nice! Even Sandra, the one greeting people up front, managing the phone calls, and handling payments - was so awesome, and such a bright happy attitude. They just have a very impressive team of people for you to work with from start to finish. ALSO - the impressive quality of their product was beyond what we even expected. When the cabinets showed up they were even more impressive than we thought they would be. High quality, thick, dovetail joints, soft close hinges, non chipping finishes, we were just thrilled. Our general contractor hired 21st Century Flooring for our flooring needs. The wood floors came…read moreout beautifully because two same people showed up on time daily and worked on it with pride until it was done. The tile floor is a different story. We are now it our 12th week or remodeling and have yet to get our tile flooring issues corrected and flooring completed. Over this 12 week period, Marc has sent over 10-12 people if not more to work on our tile, each day a different crew trying to continue the work the previous day's crew's ended. You can imagine, the end results on our kitchen floor was a hump that's over 1/4 of an inch higher from center to the end of floor that connects to our wood floor. I didn't ask for a ramp for wheelchair. Our shower tile wall is not leveled leaving a 1/4 of an inch gap between the wall and the frameless shower glass. Water will definitely seap through the cracks fromthe shower. We brought the floor issues up repeatedly which went unheard and our general contractor had to bring in a tile specialist to get MARC KAROUTAS, owner to remedy the problem. Marc made promisses that were not kept. From day-to-day, calls to him from our general contractor went unanswered. Commitments were made repeatedly which were not honored (we call that lies). Marc told us his subs have 14 years experiences, but on one accasion, I found out from the tile person that he was hired from the Facebook page the night before with a couple months of tile experience. Just yesterday, Marc committed to having the tile guy at our house at 8:30AM and hours later no one showed. Same old story each time. We wasted a half a day wating and only to find out the person was coming from Tucson. We have wasted so many days waiting for his tile people to work on our floor, some days, no one showing up. Knowing that there's a project why would Marc not commit to consecutive days to finish the work? It's been 12 weeks now. Instead, the tile person would come one day, does not return the next day, then week end comes and when they do come back the following week, it's another tile person. In my opinion, 21st Century Flooring LACKS important qualities of being a good business: NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER, POOR QUALITY, REPEATED LIES, NO FOLLOW THROUGH, NO QUALITY CONTROL and DISREPECTFUL OF OUR TIME. I strongly recommend people to STAY AWAY from his company as your experience with them will bring you nothing but stress and poor quality of work you have to live with in your home. Spread the word.

They did a beautiful job in my neighbor's home. But they sent their 'B' or 'C' team to do mine…read more Didn't get the specs right. Painter was a joke. Built the box out too far to mount the TV. The TV was supposed to be flush with the shelves, but he built the box flush and after the TV mount was added, it protrudes. The worst part was the installation of the electric fireplace. It was defective from the start. They sent people out from the fireplace store where they got it from. Multiple trips, but it still makes a grinding noise. The last time he came, he said the noise was "acceptable" - to him maybe. Not to me when I'm trying to read or when I have company and want to use it. It's embarrassing. The remote control had one button that wasn't working, so they gave me an "upgraded" remote model. So upgraded that you have to get up, stand in front of the fireplace and press 'on' multiple times. Ugh. The good part was that the designer came out three times to get the design right. She was great. But the team that came out to build? Nope.

Since I have a…read moresmall truck that only holds 1/2 ton at a time comfortably they let me take 1/2 ton and come back for the other 1/2 ton (same day) and charge me the less expensive 1 ton rate instead of 1/2 ton rate x 2. Most recently I wanted the 3/8 inch which they told me comes in a minimum of 10 tons delivered. I felt like it was a reasonable price for an enormous amount of rock, especially delivered. I was happy with the delivery and quality of material.
