I liked that I could drop my car off and get some errands completed (aka shopping) at the mall. The thought of having to spend 4 hours at a mall seemed pretty awful, but they called and texted me 3 hours in to let me know they were done. I had a deal via Gilt City, and felt that I got the same level of service as if I had paid the full price. In addition, making the appointments online was easy and convenient. I also got my car in at 9 am, which is great since I didn't waste a whole day waiting for my car to get detailed. I will be returning in the future! read more

We have a 2003 Subaru Forester that we are trying to get ready to sell. Showed up for our appointment at 9.45am. Both Conner and David were very helpful. We bought the Eco Elite Package and it was just right. Conner and David did not try to upsell us and we were very impressed by that. Our car looks great and we are so glad that we paid a little more, did not use any coupons, and it is truly "you get what you pay for". The car if ready to be on the market now. We got a call 4 hours later and when we picked it up, Billy helped check us out. I can tell that the 3 guys worked really hard. I am bringing our second car to have these guys work on it! read more

Had a great experience at Ecocar cafe. Got an appointment quickly on the same day. Michael worked on my car and did a fantastic job. The car is absolutely sparkling and even the tires look great! They even cleaned all the corners carefully. Am highly satisfied and will definitely be coming again. Even after reading other reviews, I was still surprised how good my 97 Lincoln looked after they got done. Stains in the door and carpets were gone. Overall I was pleased with elite service I paid for. That said, I know my car was a complete mess when i brought it in, there were a few minor spots missed. For those who are total clean freaks, then just be sure look at everything. As for me, I will be back. Money well spent. read more

I was going to go to brown bear to get my wife's white Prius washed as a surprise for her. She usually lets the car get so dirty, that when we first met, I thought her car was silver. Anyways, one of the yelp reviews mentioned that you have to go into the parking garage and 3rd level to find it, and that was totally accurate - it's the garage adjacent to the food court area and has a sky bridge that takes you to the top floor of the mall. I opted for the minimum wash job as I didn't have too much time to spare (30 mins was the estimate from them, and it took 32). They were very clear on what the different levels of service provide and the pricing, which made making a choice easy. They did a wonderful job - the car looks beautiful, and they threw in a free wax job (not sure if we ever even waxed her poor car before). The body lines were paid close attention to, and there was no sign of residual dirt or wax in corners or crevices. Another nice touch is they use square for the transactions, so I received a receipt in the mail without having to enter any information since I have shopped at square enabled businesses before. I will definitely be bringing the car back for a more thorough detail (most likely interior this time) as I shop at the mall. I may even come to shop just to get the car cleaned! read more

Eco Car Cafe did a great job on my car. I got the "Extreme Elite Package (Sedan) - Entire auto detail." It had lots of pollen, various scuffs, and bird droppings. The "cut and buff" option was great for getting out minor scrapes. They got rid of the "Seattle grime" in the trunk lid and engine lid. The engine bay looks like a new car. David was my main guy and he spent lots of time during the inspection to work more on minor spots I saw. Connor and Jeremy also did good work ok the interior. I'll come back again. read more

I would definitely recommend taking your car here. The guys did an incredible job making my car look brand new again and were super nice. My car had been parked under a tree for months and the headlights were extremely foggy so it needed a lot of help. I'm very happy I took my car here and I will definitely be coming back! read more

The owner Gustavo was extremely persistent in getting me to come in for another wash. I gave them another chance, and I'm glad I did. You can see how much he cares about his business. He even personally helped cleaned my car and explained the different services. I got a exclusive package which included interior and exterior wash and my car is glowing. The wash took around 2 hours which is pretty fast for such a detailed wash. The steam machinery is impressive and really works through the cracks of the interior and makes the exterior shine. They also did a great job on my trunk with lots of dog hair. The wax spray on the exterior makes all the difference for a lasting car wash. read more

Needed to steam clean the interior of our car, and chose Eco Car cafe because of the good reviews. I also added the stain removal option, though I wasn't expecting much, since I have young kids and our car interior reflects that (peanut butter and goldfish for days, haha). I needed my trunk steam cleaned due to spilled beer which had developed a mold problem. I called in the morning and spoke to someone named Gustavo, who quoted me a price of $60 and asked that I show up in the morning the same day I called. Upon arrival, I spoke to the employee working there and described the work I needed done, he seemed to understand what I was asking and said that it would take around half an hour for a price of $30. I left my cell phone number and hung out in the mall for a while, then received a call saying that they were done and that there were some 'details' to go over. Gustavo had apparently called the employee and explicitly told him to charge me $60 while justifying the increase in price due to 'extras' which I had never asked for, like protectant on dashboard, etc. Needless to say, not good people and I will never come back. Within a few days, the smell returned, so the original problem was not resolved with the steam clean, leading me to further question the integrity of this operation. I would give this place negative stars if I could. read more

These guys did a great job! The stains in my car were removed mostly, because we took too long to get them taken care of, there were some left. Get this early in your car's life! The guy at Northgate who told me was the owner, also cleaned my car. It's a 12 year old Prius that hadn't been washed in a while but was not really that dirty. I like to get my car detailed once a year or so, so it feels like new again. When I arrived to drop off the car, he kept asking me for a confirmation number I didn't have. We figured it out but he was super concerned I wasn't happy. He was overreacting to something that was no big deal. When I arrived at the time I was told to come back to get my car he was still working on it. That was fine, I told him I'd wait. I came back again and he was still working on it. He said he'd only done one coat of wax because he spent so much time getting stains out of the upholstery. Ummmm, there really weren't stains on the upholstery, just typical wear. I said it was fine. He rushed to get through and wanted me to inspect. There was bird poop on the car he said he couldn't get off and then scraped it off in front of me while I was standing there. Okaaaaaaay. He spent most of his time when I was in front of his face telling me how happy I was going to be and how hard he worked to clean my car. It was actually embarrassing and very odd. He made sure to tell me to call him if I had issues instead of writing a bad review. Well, if he'd spent half the effort cleaning my car instead of telling me how hard he'd worked it may have been a good experience. If he'd bothered to call me back after two messages I left explaining the issues I had, I wouldn't be here writing this review. I called him because my floor mat was left so slippery with whatever product he used, I was almost in a car accident because my foot slipped. He also let some kind of solution drip into the dash so now when I look at my speedometer it's cloudy and I see drips. I was hoping he could do something to fix that so I wasn't walking away with permanent damage to my car, but he has never called me back and I cannot figure out a way to clean what he damaged myself. I fear it is permanently foggy and stained. I will not use Eco again. My car is damaged, the owner will lie to your face, and then never return your messages. read more

Terrible customer service. Guy on the phone was a dick. Went to the actual location to simply ask a question and stood at the greeting area for about 10 minutes as 3 other employees stood about 10 feet away not even saying a single word to me. No wonder this place is in a parking garage, terrible. It's almost laughable, I'm sure they are great at detailing, but you have to step up your customer service. read more

So I bought a used very dirty car and it was so horrible inside anything and everything you could think of had to be deep clean the car was a wreck. I didn't have an appointment and they toke me right away fit me in for the inside and returned the next day and did the outside I was a little worried just because I've never paid above $40.00 at a car wash but they worked so hard and made a very dirty and bad looking land rover to a very clean and now I am not in shame to pick up friends and drive in it. I have never had my car detailed before but I came here today on the recommendation of a client. I'm about to have my third baby in a couple weeks and wanted to get my car nice a spotless for her arrival. My two boys constantly leave food in my car so it was pretty messy. I was so impressed with the quality of work here! They went above and beyond and my car looks brand new. I feel so much better driving in it and I will definitely be coming back. When my husband saw my car he said he wanted to make an appointment for his car as well. My car was badly in need of a thorough detailing and after doing a little research this place seemed like a safe bet. I got the Elite package and the results exceeded my expectations. My nearly 10 year old Corolla is shining like new and the interior looks spotless and smells great. They even managed to buff out some paint and scratches from the passenger door that had been bugging me for years! It's conveniently located at the Northgate Mall so I was able to drop off my car in the morning and do a little shopping. And since it's right next to the Transit Center I just caught the bus home and relaxed until I got a call informing me my car would be ready soon. I was all finished by 2:00 pm and still got to enjoy the rest of my day. Overall I feel it was well worth it and I plan to use them again next time. read more

These guys are great! I stopped by in my old jeep just to see when I could schedule an appointment, and they were able to fit me in right then. I explained what I wanted done, got a great price, and then got to wander the mall for an hour. I opted to receive a text msg when my car was ready, they gave me a 10 minute notice, and when I walked back over to my car, they had done a great job. I'll bring my new civic here for sure! I have no idea what happened but it was a total miss today and I really needed a car detail! I made an appointment online for this morning and received a confirmation via text of the appointment last night. I delivered the car and keys to the man at the station in the Northgate parking garage at 8 this am. I had to take a Lyft to and from work at that point. When I returned to pick up a clean car at 5pm they claimed they had no record of my appointment and hadn't cleaned the car. Very, very frustrating. read more

After a horrible incident at Brown Bear Car Wash in which my car got jacked up, it was getting pretty dirty. With no place at my apt complex to wash it, I was starting to worry about the paint. Then when I got out of Northgate mall there was a card in my car window about the place. Pretty much a hint from God.... or a worker. Long story short: While the place is on the pricey side, $30 for car wash( $20, with the yelp deal), the job they do is amazing, fast, and no worries about your paint job! Definitely will use them from now on, and suggest you do too if you love your car. read more

I've been noticing this place as I always park my car at Northgate P&R where Eco Car Cafe is located, but did never try, as I was thinking like "machine car wash" is more than enough, and cheaper. Well.. glad I got to know I was wrong!! By chance, I found the yelp deal, and decided to give it a try, just to try something new, as an experiment. I was super happy with their job. My car looks beautiful now! $30 for car wash( $20 actually with the yelp deal) seems to be expensive, but it's definately worth it. It's more than car wash. They washed exterior of my car to the details(Tires looks like almost new!), also vacummed inside very nicely. Above all, a stuff assisted me was extremely nice and professional. Oh this is going to be a long review, because I just have so much to say about these guys and the business! Ignore any review that's under 5 stars... wait, go ahead read all the reviews here including the 1 star. The owner replies "negative" reviews without any attitude; that's a good sign! In fact, that was the reason I chose this place to detail my husband's 9 year old Saturn Vue. After 9 years and 2 children, my husband had never even vacuumed his car! The old rough stains on the back seat are just gross! I did not even want to touch the cup holders before! We went for the Elite package, and it was worth every penny! When we saw the car a few hours later, we were so satisfied and speechless! These young guys are hard workers. (I was thinking that I would send my son here to work as a helper for free on weekends, so he could learn the value of a dollar and to learn what means to work hard.) While enjoying the clean smell in our "new" car, we realized that all the gauges on dashboard stopped working...there was no speed o meter, gas and mileage indicator etc. I freaked out right there but tried to stay calm. They explained that it happens sometimes, because the moist from the steam. The lights and meters would work again in a week or so once the moist is gone. One of the guys asked us to bring the car back on Monday if the gauges are still not working. That Saturday, we drove home worried. Monday morning, we took the car back to Eco Car Cafe, the owner Stephen was there and offered to take our car into a mechanic nearby, and he would pay for the cost. We decided to take the car in, Stephen and Vitaliy came over 15 minutes later to check on us. It was a very nice gesture! At that point, we were feeling bad and sorry for them! We were hoping that there's nothing wrong with the car, because it would cost more than what we paid for the detailing. We didn't think it was their fault completely; after all, it is an old car! The mechanic ran some tests etc. and couldn't find any problem but recommended us taking the car into a dealership. Stephen started calling several dealerships that would take an old Saturn and got us an appointment near where my husband works on Tuesday. Monday afternoon, we parked the car under the sun for several hours, and magic happened on Monday night. The lights came back on; the gauges all started working again! Woohoo! After I called them for the good news, Stephen called back and apologized again and offered us a free express detailing for next time. During the entire transaction, the employees in Eco Car Cafe are courteous, honest, and no BS whatsoever. They handled the situation nicely without panic and attitude. I've been working in Nordstrom Corporate for 7 years. I always hear, witness, and provide "go above and beyond" customer services. Eco Car Cafe is the "Nordstrom Level" in auto detailing business! Not only we will come back again, we would recommend all our friends and colleagues to Eco Car Cafe! read more

I went into Eco Car Cafe recently for the first time. I didn't really know what to expect, I just thought I'd try something new. It sounded good for my car (they use steam), I went with the Elite Package Deal, and OH MY. I could barely recognize my car it looked so good. It was the cleanest I've ever seen it, SUPER shiny. Interior and exterior made the car feel literally brand new. I'm definitely going there from now on. The staff is ridiculously friendly, too, feels like family. Oh yeah, and the car smelled so nice! They spray it with something and their car freshener thingies smell BOMB. no more drive through car washes for me! I like to drop off my car with them, and then go shopping for a bit at the mall. read more
