Went for a pedicure with my husband and another couple. My pedicure was adequate but my husband sat down 10 minutes after me and was done in 15 minutes!!! Smiley was the person doing his 15 minute pedicure. Real disappointed-will not go back again. read more

I'm giving this three stars because I had a great experience the first time I visited for a pedicure, but did not have a good experience when I went back for a manicure. Let me start by saying that the woman who owns the salon was present both times and keeps an eye out to make sure things are good. She seems to want people to enjoy the experience, as you might imagine. My pedicure was very relaxing and went smoothly. They do a lot of extra things even on the basic pedi like plastic wrapping the legs with moisturizer and doing a short back massage. I had an enjoyable experience which is why I went back. The manicure experience was not good. I began by booking with Jason online, but when I arrived and chose a nail color they brought me to a woman's desk. She pulled out my chair before I sat down, which was nice. But then she started scraping my dry nails and cuticles with the metal utensil instead of soaking the nails in water which has been done for every single solitary manicure in my life. After a couple nails were scraped I asked if she was going to soak them, and she shook her head no. I asked why not, and she spoke with the worker beside her who said "we don't do that." They spoke again, then took a spray bottle and spritzed it on my hand and continued scraping and pushing dry skin. She did very little cutting and instead used a nail file along the sides of the nail. Needless to say it's not a great feeling, nor is it effective. I pointed out several fingers which were not done correctly and she seemed confused by what I was showing her. At that point I washed my hands, and honestly considered leaving before the polish was even on, but she called over a different person who sat down and said, "she said you have a question about your nails?" I said I did not, because there was really no question to ask at that point other than is this girl new? The original nail tech stood by watching the second woman paint my nails who was nice and did a fine job with the polish. You can see hangnails and cuticles that were not done right. I tried to take photos but close ups were hard to do with my phone. It was very disappointing because I had been looking forward to a relaxing manicure. YMMV read more

I've been 3 times in as many months now for dip powder manicures and my nails always look great afterward. I can't believe how long dip powder lasts (no chipping for me up to 6 weeks so far). My only concern is I think they rely too heavily on the dremel tool they use to remove the previous polish which scares me...I wish there were an option to just use acetone or take off the top coat with the dremel followed by longer acetone soaking because I'd be willing to sit longer for that if it meant my nails wouldn't be under as much duress. read more

I really wanted to love this place since it's such a convenient location however the first time I got a pedicure that didn't last even a week. I gave them a second chance went back 2 months later for a gel manicure and pedicure paid about $80 which is fine if it lasted, my nails started to chip on day 3. Less than a week I have 5 nails chipping. Wouldn't return 2 stars just because the service and location is nice. The customer service not the best since when I mentioned the first instance not going great nothing was really done to provide a better service the second time around and didn't last yet again read more

Super impressed and happy with my first experience here. Having relocated from the city I've been looking for a quality nail place and I've finally found it. It was so easy to book online and when I arrived it was clean and bright inside (and very cautious COVID wise). Even having my gel polish removed (which I despise) was a relaxing, enjoyable experience and included heated towels and neck massage. I did dazzle dry which not many salons out here have and their color selection was great and the service was priced appropriately. This place was great when it opened but has steadily gone downhill, which is evident by the fact it's always dead and the employees are all sitting on their phones. I had a particularly bad experience a few weeks ago and like some of the previous reviews, caught attitude from one of the employees. I received a text from the spa to rate 1-10 which I rated a 1 and got a follow up text from the owner, who has always been lovely. I took the time to write her a lengthy response about my experience and crickets...I'll never go back or will I recommend ever again. This place is trying to be special but they're not pulling it off at all. They think that going around giving massages (too hard) to everybody having manicures is going to make up for the fact that they do a less than mediocre job. This is the McDonalds of nail salons. Went for eyelash extensions. Found out it is "policy" not to give you the service that you booked or wanted but the cost is based on time since you have been there. So if I want 110 and it's been 2 weeks it is one price, but 3 weeks another. It's like saying you want a gel manicure but if you come back in 2 weeks it will cost 30 dollars but in 3 weeks 50 dollars. Infuriating and makes no sense. I've had a few good experiences and a few poor experiences. The owner is lovely and there are a few staff members who are pleasant. I don't like being "nickel and dimed" and they charge extra for everything. The young men there clearly don't like their job and it's reflected in their work and attitude. The last woman who did my nails got really angry bc I kept moving my hands while she was working. I was unaware I was doing it and tried consciously to hold still. Her anger was palpable bc other clients were looking at us wondering what her problem was. I know we all have bad days. I still tip. I just won't be back. read more

When Eco Nails first opened they were great and we went many times and had a great experience. The last few times have been painful. Too aggressive on the pedicure, cutting my cuticles 3 times, and the shoulder massage was so painful I told him to stop. Don't think we'll be back. read more

Ridiculously expensive with rude staff and long wait times despite having an appointment. If you're an "eco" spa, why the gigantic uncharge on Dazzle Dry? $50 for a pedicure. No thanks, I'll drive to Wayland instead, where the price of Dazzle Dry pedicures are $15 cheaper. Will not be returning, and will be telling my friends to frequent elsewhere as well. read more

I Came here after having a terrible experience at another salon and eco nails did a fantastic job giving me a new and beautiful set.

I have been here MANY times and wanted this to be the place I loved. What I have found is that there is virtually no joy in the place and the staff have become increasingly unfriendly. I had a manicure this week and the man kept using his one long nail to take extra polish off my finger- it hurt! He also never spoke to me the entire time and appeared annoyed when I didn't always understand what he wanted me to do. It was odd. I went back yesterday for a pedicure and a color change- a new version of a popular color was not sitting well with me. I was told they could just put another coat on top of my nails (gel), otherwise they would need to do a whole new manicure. So I agreed. After my $50 pedicure from a different man who never spoke to me or smiled, I ended up with the same unfriendly man with the long nail to fix my color. Honestly- he put one coat of nail polish on top of my already painted nails- taking all of 3 minutes- that's all, no files, nothing else involved. $12. I am not cheap. It was more of the point that they were charging me for a whole bottle of polish for what took 3 minutes, if that. I go there every 2 weeks- this week I went in 2 times. Honestly- it's the unfriendliness that puts me over the edge. I won't be returning. read more
