I have been a client for Eco Nails for almost 3 years. I go every 3 to 4 weeks. I get a pedicure and Dazzled manicure. Always have been satisfied with the services performed by Rosie.Today I had the same service the top coat applied bubbled. This is the 2 time this happened to me. The first time Sara was ok with redoing my nails at no charge to fix it. Today in a text I was told by the owner SARA that I am no longer welcomed , because I am never happy with their service. I think they are using old products. I never before had this problem.Rosie is a good nail technician.Be careful everyone with the bubbled topcoat!!!! read more

This is my second time getting no-chip nails done here, and both times, they only lasted a week. The gel lifts at the base of the nail because the topcoat wasn't applied properly, causing my hair to get caught and eventually making the gel peel off. read more

My mom and I have been frequent costumers for 2 years going every other Sunday. Today we walked in at our appointment time and told us we cancelled our appointment when in reality their new receptionist cancelled our appointment and rescheduled for three weeks later at not our normal time. My mom got the notification at 10:41am that our appointment was as cancelled but assumed it was an error since they never called to check with us. The owner was not accommodating and said we could wait instead of cancelling the new appointment she took last minute. They have also over charged us a few times. Things I appreciate: Timeliness - I've waited 5 minutes at most Treatment- kind, friendly staff. Sara is lovely and accommodating Services- they have lots of options. When my daughter wanted a design, it was great. French gel manicure, dazzle dry, Etc. love the spa package options for the pedicure! Back massages at the end are delightful. I've been to this salon twice and it was super clean and professional. I loved the work and thought that went into my nails; However, my nails turned yellow after a day or two. The first time I went I got a no chip with a pastel yellow that ended up turning DARK ORANGE but I ignored it as maybe it was my fault. I went back two weeks later and again got a no chip light pink color. Within two days, they turned yellow again. I went back and explained the situation and the receptionist tried to say I was doing something different but after the first rodeo I did not change my routine at all and explained I have never had my nails change colors especially after a day or two. They redid my nails and I was very appreciative of it but again the SAME day my nails turned yellow. I quickly went to google and the only explanation I found was they are overly exposed to UV light so I'm not sure if they cured my nails too long or what happened but I am very sad with this result. read more

I had such a lovely experience at this salon in these covid times! The ladies who work here are absolutely delightful and it seriously was the best manicure and pedicure experience I've had in a long time. The fact that for my pedicure I got to choose between various scents and scrubs to personalize the experience for me was amazing!!! I also received a beautiful shoulder massage during my manicure which was above and beyond. It's been two weeks since my no chip manicure and I'm honestly so surprised how my nails are looking. Not a chip in sight! (and I workout with weights everyday and work in a dental office) The space is clean, simple, and inviting. Plexiglass in between stations and openings left for social distance. While I walked out feeling satisfied and loving my nails, I am sorry to report that after a few days I started having a tenderness on the bottom of my foot and now have an infection. Given that it's no longer sandal weather and I have not been in a public area with my bare feet, other than at eco nails... I have to assume it's from eco nails. :( Looking back, they did not use the typical plastic in the bowl but they did wrap my feet in plastic wrap... nice gesture but not an eco-friendly one. I'd prefer a plastic liner in the bowl. In addition, one reason I love getting a pedicure pampering is to have a massage chair and their chairs are lounge couches without a massage. While there are lots of good reviews.... I have to say I will not be returning. read more

I feel like everyone's always in search of a new nail place. Well I tried out eco nails about 6 months ago and for the first and only time in my entire life, I had no complaints with a nail service. In fact, I raved about it to everyone. I kept going back every 2-3 weeks when my no chip would grow out too much. Never once did it chip in that time. Each time, they did an amazing job!!! No matter who the technician was! They truly take their time and do their best. They make beautiful and symmetrical shaped nails that look flawless every time. I desperately needed to get my nails done a few weeks ago and Eco nails had no availability, so I went to another place and regretted it later. I got a no chip manicure $35. Not impressed. What is so "Eco" about this place?? There's nothing special about the nail polish or products that they have! I had a bad feeling and something was just off. When she started working on me I took at the tools and OMG WTF THE NAIL CLIPPERS ARE RUSTED!!! she asked if I wanted my nails cut or filed.. I looked up a nail salon around my hair dresser. Came along Eco nails, got to place workers are not very talkative. Bring your earbuds. No massage chair just a cute little seating pedicure station. Tv is on which is good but no sounds, they were playing Christmas music which was nice and relaxing. After I left I noticed that on both of my foot pinky toes were messed up. I wouldn't recommend putting the oil and wrapping it with that plastic food wrap it messed up my toes. But I called the next day let them know she immediately said come in we will fix it for you And they did without giving me a hard time. read more

Finally! I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. I loved my nail place so much I was still driving the 45mins to get there...until my nail tech quit. I've been on the hunt since. On my third try, I think I've found what I've been looking for here at Eco Nail. The salon is clean, bright, modern and friendly. The foot spas are surprisingly comfortable. If you were hoping for a massage chair, this isn't your place. But the pedi totally makes up for it. My tech, forgive me if I misspell your name, NoNo, was wonderful! She did both my no chip mani and pedi. I chose the lavender pedi w paraffin wax. Just what my tired feet and legs needed. My toes are perfectly perfect and smooth! I love my fingernails too! Not once did she nick me or cut me...NoNo moves methodically in a quick yet careful pace. There's been only a few other times my nails have been done and I can't stop looking at them...this is one of those times! The true test will be when I start growing my super long nails. The technicians are wonderful but this review is about Sara, the owner. I've been an Eco Nails client for a few years now (having manicures almost on a weekly basis) and have never been treated so under-valued as a customer. As a business exec who travels often, I depend on my calendar. I've had a few incidents where there have been mix-ups in time and technicians. This time I showed up and no one knew I even had an appointment. I showed them the text I received from Sara confirming the time, service and technician assigned. The tech reached out to Sara and was accommodated with another tech. I followed up with a call to Sara and rather than admitting there was a mistake, she argued with me and said that I didn't need to come back. Even her employees were shocked how she treated me. As a business owner, I dearly value my clients and don't treat them the way Sara treated me. Very disappointing. read more

I love coming to get my nails done here. All the girls are so sweet and nice. My son comes with me fairly often to get his nails painted and everyone that works at Eco Nails treats him like royalty!! My regular manicure usually lasts 7-10 days and my no chip is usually good for 2-3 weeks. Pedicures last well over a month too! read more

i'm actually pretty bummed out. when I read the reviews I was excited to go in. When I walked in with no appointment they were able to take me I had no chip on my toes on my hands. I was aware if it's a no chip on my hands was pretty thick due to the fact that I had a nail artist do custom nail art for my wedding so I wanted to get that removed and also get a pedicure. mind you I consider myself pretty trendy and I usually go somewhere to get my nails done where they do tons of nail art but I thought I'd give it a break and just do something a little chill for this time around. When I chose my pedicure polish that was fine and then when I chose my nail polish told me it would be $10 extra because it was chrome I was super surprised because like I said I do get me a lot of other places and I couldn't believe that for just a chrome polish which is just like a powder that you put over the nails that it would be $10 extra and I'm pretty sure it's not that popular that location I was surprised. I opted for just a plain manicure. she put the acetone on my fingers and then on my toes on my toes was left on for maybe 10 minutes and start of the pedicure the packet the pedicure was done in about 18 minutes it was the fastest pedicure I've ever had but I will not say it was the most efficient my feet are definitely still in need of some TLC I would much rather skip the massage and have a more efficient heel scrub. All in all it was an OK pedicure I've had way better and a very painful no chip removal on my hands. i was pretty disappointed all in all. my hands look in need of a manicure read more

First time coming to Eco Nail Salon. I was picking up a friend from O'Hare airport & desperately needed to get my nails done. Looked up some of the other Yelp reviews for Eco Nail Salon & figured it'd be safe to try. I sent them a message through Yelp & received a response in under 5 minutes! So convenient being able to book my appointment online so that was a plus! I arrived at Eco right on time and they were running a few minutes behind, not a big deal, but then I found out my friend's flight was landing early. The ladies at the salon were so understanding and worked very fast on my no-chip manicure. They were speedy and very detailed on my nails, I didn't feel rushed at all! Overall it would have been a 5 star experience except the woman doing my nails switched with another nail technician almost 3/4 of the way through. This irked me a little bit but wasn't a huge problem. Overall it was a great experience!
