Admittedly, we went in at 7 when they closed at 8. My husband and I went to get pedicures, and I got a no chip manicure. I was sitting down and doing my pedicure, relaxing and a woman came up to me and started doing my manicure. Because there are no super bright lights, she did a terrible job. Good: place is clean, no wait as we had an appointment. No frills manicure, massage and hot towel were ok. They did allow us to dry after hours which was nice and we didn't feel like we were getting kicked out even tho all the techs had already left. Bad: was asked more than once to change nail polish to no-chip. Once I said no the first time it should be done. I picked out a light neutral color nail polish,I only noticed when I was in brighter lighting the next day that it looked a little splotchy on some nails. Clean and friendly experience. I went in for a pedicure, they had tons of options I got the green tea volcano pedicure. My feet were super smooth when all was said and done. My 15yo went in for a manicure. The paint job on the manicure looked like something she could've done at home. I am not one to write negative reviews for places and complain about customer service since I know how hard a job it is to do at times. However, I am simply appalled at the service at this salon. They took me later than my appointment, which, fine I get it. Then when I showed the technician the color I wanted she asked the receptionist to go get it to which she said they don't have that color, the second color I picked they didn't have either. Like okay??? Why are you putting out colors to choose from if you don't have them, so ridiculous to me. Then the receptionist suggested I do chrome with polish to mimic the original color I wanted. Sure. Fine. My technician did a very sloppy and rushed job of my polish and when she put on the chrome it was nowhere near the original color I asked for. So then she tried another chrome color which looked sloppy and bad. We tried one more chrome color and I just decided to go with it because at this point I just wanted to be out of there, even though it was nowhere near the original color I wanted. When I go to check out I asked to use the 10% first visit discount which is clearly highlighted on their website. The receptionist and tech made me feel dumb for asking about that when it's VERY CLEARLY on their website. They said it was for a different location which was not the case. Any person with common sense would honor a discount clearly present on their website but this receptionist was extremely clueless. I am not one to argue so I just left it. On top of all of this, they charged me $20 extra for the chrome. I understand if that's the price, but you didn't think to tell me that when you decided that's what you were gonna do for me to get the color I wanted?? These people, especially the receptionist, do not know how to properly service their clients and have a very annoying attitude. I wanted to cry leaving the salon having spent so much money on something I did not want and having being serviced so poorly. Overall very bad experience and won't be coming back here and I suggest others don't if they don't want to deal with terrible service and clueless employees. read more

Their classic pedicure is quite good and isn't rushed like most of the ones I've gotten from other places. They charge $30 for the classic and are currently offering 15% off! I read reviews before coming and I wanted to give them a chance. Although there my be some good nails techs that would notice how uneven my nails are there, my nail tech I have to say DIDNT do a good job. If I could see the bumps and clumps tell me how she couldn't have?? She couldn't even do a basic design. I might try them one more time but for the price I paid and for what I got I'm strongly considering not going back. UPDATE: 3/20/2021 to a 5 star! The business owner gave me a call this morning and was so apologetic, she assured they will make this right. I usually go to the one in park ridge but they were booked. I got a pedicure which is chipping the day after going and a full set manicure. The guy did not seem educated on acrylics and didn't do them correctly. I got chrome on top and he used his fingers to apply it which left lines and bubbles on every finger and extremely messy. He used an excessive amount of chrome and I was left with glitter in my cuticles which did not come off. He then applied lotion to my hands with his hands that have chrome on it which gets everywhere. They were careless and not cheap for the work I left with. read more

I really wanted to like this place because I always have a great experience at the Park Ridge location. My friend and I had appointments Friday for Mani Pedis and while we were getting a pedicure they start to "bake" our no chip off and after 10-15 minutes our fingers and hands were burning. I left the foils on because I knew my gal was almost done however my friend had a long way to go and her hands were on fire so she took her foils off to let them breathe. Her person was not happy that she did that but they were sitting on our fingers for 30-45 minutes before they started to work on them. Fast forward to my manicure I wanted a design and she wasn't able to do it which I was okay with however after leaving I noticed I am missing nail polish on random nails and then today (Sunday, 2 days later) my no chip manicure has already chipped. When getting my manicure I was thinking how great my pedicure experience was however once I walked out into the sun light I noticed how awful the nail polish actually looks. It is so chunky and uneven layers. I'm so disappointed with my experience and waste of money that I won't get back and will need to go and get my nails redone somewhere else. read more

This place is very nice and so is the staff. It is very beautiful and luxurious on the inside. The lady that did my pedicure did a good job besides the painting on my nails. I did not really look at it but now I finally looked at it and noticed it. My nails are cut very odd. The nail polish was painted very poorly- a few toes do not have polish all the way on the nail, the clear coat doesn't cover the top of my nails at all it is most noticeable on my big toe- there is barely any polish on my nails. I'm never coming back... This was my second time here and I was hoping this was it, the salon I would stick with.. no way! I got acrylics done with no chip. The job was done ok, some nails were a little thick and uneven, but looked decent enough. I just got them taken off because I can't stand to have long nails for a long time (had them for almost 2 weeks). I came in and told one of the guys (didn't get his name) I want to take off the nails and just do a simple manicure because I know how terrible nails look after acrylics. I chose an OPI color. He was like "ok, let's do a soak-off" and then he proceeded to buff them off and then took cuticle cutters and started pulling off the fake nails like a savage... Absolutely no soaking whatsoever... My thumb was bleeding as you can see from this photo. Horrible job done. It still burns. Not to mention after he finished ripping them off, he blatantly says "this brand is an extra $5". I should have walked out honestly. Also, the woman who painted my nails did a very poor job. Very messy and poorly done. The nail polish is wrinkled and totally uneven. I think she did my acrylics too and I tipped her $10 at the time, she got nothing this time for such a rushed and bad job done. After she finished, he said $30!? What is this BS?? I checked their website and it says "Removal without service is $10" which makes it sound like when you get service, you don't get charged for taking off previous nails.... Why not include a price with service then? That doesn't add up. What adds up is that I got charged $10 for removal, which was horrid, $15 for a poor manicure, and $5 for a brand of nail polish anyone can get at the store!? Needless to say, they're never getting my service and I suggest staying away if you're getting your acrylics taken off unless you buy another expensive service because that's probably the only way they would actually soak off!! read more
