I've been coming here for 2 years now. I really enjoyed the quality of the nail techs, but something I cannot get my head around is how Jenny prices anything. I book through ClassPass, which is why I think the pricing is inconsistent. I've gotten dip nails consistently for the past 6 months and the dip removal price had been $5. I wanted to give my nails a break from dip, so I asked for a dip removal and regular manicure. When it was time to pay she said the dip removal would be $15! When I questioned why it was $15, she claimed because I'm switching from dip to a regular manicure it is more expensive ...which doesn't make any sense. When I asked why the price would jump from $5 to $15, she then claimed that if I would have done dip removal with dip refresh the removal process fee would have been included in the nail appointment. That has never been the case, I've always been charged $5 fee for dip or gel removal, which is perfectly fine and expected. I do think because I use class pass that they try to charge a higher rate for the additional fees read more

I left feeling disappointed and wrote a review to share my concerns. Afterward, the manager, Jenny, reached out and handled the situation very professionally. I decided to go back because I felt they genuinely wanted to make things right, and they did. Jenny personally did my dip manicure, and it turned out beautifully. I didn't have to pay for it, and another staff member also came over to apologize. I really appreciated how they took ownership of the situation and made the effort to fix it. We waited 25 minutes to be seated despite having an appointment, but it's Valentine's weekend, so we overlooked it. The manicure/pedicure is $54.00 and that includes just the nails being cut and polished. There was no foot/leg massage or hand/arm massage. There was no exfoliation...Nothing more than the cut and paint. I was done in 30 minutes for a Mani-Pedi. If I wanted my calluses cared for, that was an extra charge. Incredibly disappointed! Beware when you're handed a menu of services as in this case It usually means that that which should be included, will be an additional charge. I won't return. read more

Have come here a few times and the experience has been great. The last two times I've come my dip manicure won't last for more than a couple of days. The day after I got my dip manicure, one of my nails was already lifting. when I was in the salon getting my nails done I noticed that she wasn't doing a great job of pushing back my cuticles so I asked her to cut them. Still didn't do a good job. Now that I have an exposed nail I can see clearly that my cuticles were in the way and then that's why the dip manicure didn't last. quite expensive for bad work. Had a lovely experience at this salon each time I've been here! Initially moved to the area looking for a new regular spot and absolutely found that gem. They have gotten me in no problem each time I needed work done and been nothing but friendly and welcoming with it. They listened to what I wanted, provided helpful (but not pushy) recommendations, and the attention to detail with the service showed with my nails looking gorgeous after. I waited to post this review as well to confirm but my dip lasted 5-6 weeks with very minimal chipping, so overall would highly recommend for beautiful long lasting nails! read more

I have been here a few times now and TD does great gel mani and cute designs and Jenny does a great gel pedi. They don't rush, even if you're their last appointment, though I do tend to have to wait 15 minutes or so with an appointment. They don't know how to shape nicely, they paint and don't get the sides of the nail, and they couldn't even match my hand gel with my pedicure, despite trying their best to convince me it was the same color. Nikki gave me the best pedicure that I've had in many years! Very thorough and yet gentle. Looks perfect and I highly recommend her. I think my favorite part is that she didn't use the callous remover block on the middle of the bottom of my feet. Sounds silly, but I loathe when techs do that. I was so disappointed with this place. I was actually recommended here by a friend who had multiple positive experiences here several months ago. I was in the area visiting friends and decided to stray from my usual nail spot which was a huge mistake. Walking in, the place seemed clean and at first the staff were friendly to us. But soon after our service began, we noticed a negative vibe from our nail techs and they were extremely rough with our fingers, cutting and hurting us several times. I tried to tell my nail tech as soon as she painted my first nail that I wanted a darker red and she assured me it just needed more coats. I understood and asked if we could just do the one nail first so I could see the final color, and she refused! So i let her paint all of the nails 3 times and then afterwards I was still not happy with the color, which i had foreseen happening. But obviously at that point I wasn't going to say anything about that. But i did politely ask for her to paint the entire nail so the sides weren't left white and she kept giving me attitude and grabbing my nails and shoving them in my face saying "i covered it" over and over. In the end i just stopped talking because i just wanted the whole thing to be over. At the end, i had red gel paint all over my hands and knuckles and between my fingers. I have sensitive skin and really wanted to get it off since the painting portion was done at that point. She wouldn't take it off for some reason even when i asked and i had to rub it off myself with a cotton swab and acetone. My friend I was with just texted me that she now has a new injury from her service and you can see the picture I attached of it. I'm just shocked at the lack of professionalism for a nail salon on PCH with high reviews. read more
