I purchased a walk-in tub in Jan 2024 and Eco Plumbing was going to install. took until May to get it installed. when they removed old tub I had to do subfloor repair. this tub is advertised as having two access doors to do any repairs on tub front. One of my two drain handle controls quit working a couple months ago. I final got around to calling Ella's Bubbles company to find out about repair. I was instructed to notify company that installed. I called Brandon at Eco Plumbing and a few days later two of his workers came to figure out problem. I was informed the subfloor would need to be cut into from below to access cable to drain stopper and new cable approx $100 not counting install. I said no to floor hole cutting as company states this should be accessed through access door in front of tub. This visit cost me $350 for nothing! I will be putting formal complaints with company. read more

I manage 101 unit hotel in Napa Valley and the problems I've experienced at the hotel is beyond our in-house maintenance skills. After contacting several plumbers in the area for a water heater replacement project, Eco Plumbing was very competitive with pricing and with the great reviews online I decided to award this project to them. This was no easy task as I needed to replace five commercial water heaters all together, but Brandon and his crew were on time and seemed very efficient during the install. They knew that our guests are our top priority so they ensure that the job will get done right away. After the install was completed, the crew left the area clean and spotless as if the water no one was even working in the room. Brandon and I had a quick meeting and went over the new heater install and some basic functions. They provided prompt service and good plumbing, so before 2020 I would have given them 5 stars. But the plumber showed up at our door without a mask. He did not ask us if we would like him to wear one. I then made the foolish mistake in assuming that meant he was vaccinated ... he could see we were obviously senior citizens. After he was finished we were chatting and it came out that he wasn't vaccinated, didn't intend on getting vaccinated because he was fit, and getting the vaccination was more dangerous than getting the disease, etc. A full Covid denier who also, obviously, did not have any feeling of responsibility to keep from spreading the virus. He said he would have put on a mask if we had asked, and I acknowledged that I abrogated my responsibility to do so to protect my own health. My point, though, is that during a pandemic, I find this somewhat of a failure of customer service. I've talked with the owner, and he doesn't feel it's his place to mandate health care requirements for his employees or customers (and the plumbers can also be at risk entering homes where people aren't wearing masks) so just be aware yourself that's it's caveat emptor. They are good plumbers, but it is, as always, YOUR responsibility to ask people entering your home if they have been vaccinated, tested, etc., and make your informed decision on whether or not to let them in without a mask. read more

I have used Eco plumbing to fix a drainage issue in my shower and also deal with a leak around my kitchen sink. They were super friendly and showed up right at the beginning of the time window, which i really appreciated! But the most helpful part of my review is to explain what genuinely KIND guys they are!!! My cat got caught in the storm drain near my house last week and I didn't know who to call--reached out to Eco to see if they could do anything and they were there almost immediately to help! They rescued the kitty and were so, so sweet about it! I was so grateful for the genuinely kind gesture! What great guys! We had a mainline clog that caused all our toilets and showers to back flow with water on a Saturday afternoon. I called 3 plumbers and Eco Plumbing was the first to return my call, not 15 minutes after I left them a voicemail. Brandon was friendly, quick, immediately diagnosed our problem and had someone at our house within an hour and a half. Eco Plumbing resolved our problem efficiently and for half the price a friend paid for the same service. Brandon was recommended to us by a friend and I can certainly see why. We had a problem where our new (less than a year old) shower suddenly stopped working. Not urgent as we have another shower but very annoying. I called on Tuesday and between our schedule and his, Friday was the next available slot. He rang the bell exactly at the arranged time and there he was, masked up and ready to help. He did a little investigating and we, well he, managed to identify that part of the valve had not been correctly positioned when it was installed. He reset that part and put the valve back together and replaced the trim. All in he was with us for just under 30 minutes and my shower is now working even better than originally. Awful experience! My water heater was acting up. I let the serviceman know when he got here that it actually started working again. He then decided to take a look at it anyway, was not able to fix it and charged me despite the fact he was unable to fix it. I supplied him an error code as I had taken a photo of it and he did not do any research or try to fix it based on the code. I finally called the manufacturer myself who told me that the burner likely needs to be cleaned. I called Eco plumbing again (since they had already charged me)and they told me to call a Takagi contractor. Unbelievable! Owner was really unprofessional. Will never use them again. read more

After calling a larger plumbing company who told me they wouldn't be able to send a plumber for a week, my next call was Eco Plumbing. Brandon came over within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking faucet hose and helped me order a replacement part. He came with a mask and put on boot covers, which let me know that he is taking Covid very seriously. When the new part came in, he came the same day to do the replacement work.
