Nick and his crew recently redid our entire backyard landscaping, from the demolition and removal…read moreof existing concrete, lawn, and plants, through the installation of pavers, plants, bark, irrigation, and lighting. The crew that came every day were consistent with their timing, courteous, and willing to take input. We were starting with a vague diagram of what we wanted, so there were many details to finalize during the process, and they made sure to discuss each of those with us. Nick's bid was less detailed as to what would be included than other bids, so we had started out a little bit uncomfortable, but everything that we'd discussed and expected was included in the price, including adding in trenching to set up for electricity and gas lines that the other companies wanted to charge a lot for. Several months after the job was done, Nick came by to do a wellness check on the yard, including making sure that the irrigation was working properly.  He also had some of the crew come by for a few touch up items. We highly recommend Vizcay Landscaping and would definitely hire them again in the future!

I really wanted large concrete steps for a walkway and wanted to keep a little bit of green so they installed a patch of artificial turf for me and everything turned out great!! We went from one of the worst front yards to the best on our street!! (I am biased, of course!) Nick and his crew went above and beyond by replacing the existing river rocks by the garden hose with the new gray rocks. This was not originally included in the quote and I didn't think twice about it but Nick suggested replacing them so the rocks would all match. Awesome customer service!! One of the owners, Tim, Anderson, designed my yard, exactly as I had envisioned it, even though I wasn't able to verbalize exactly what it was that I wanted. Their workers were meticulous and always so friendly and helpful while they were here and always cleaned up before they left for the day. I did not have a large yard to begin with, but they made the most of the space that I had available so that my two little dogs have plenty of room to run and play, and they absolutely adore the artificial turf! Even though my front yard was already landscaped when I moved in, I am considering contacting them to redo my entire front yard as well. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Even the stone borders around all my pavers had to be cut by hand since nothing is at right angles and their workmanship was so accurate and meticulous and I'm someone who goes into peoples houses and straightens up pictures if they look crooked to me so I am not an easy customer to please. I wish I could go back in time and go with a different company. Our concrete is horrible. Weeks…read moreafter it was poured there were cracks and splotchy spots everywhere. Fast forward almost two years later, it has gotten worse. I'm very disappointed as we were very nice and accommodating with them and even provided food and beverages while it was hot outside. We got a few different quotes and they were all within the same price range but with the good reviews this team had I thought it was the best choice. WRONG! They also said they can come back and re pour an also to fix a couple other things and we followed up twice and they never showed up. I feel like we were robbed and have decided to consider seeking legal advice on how to go about this. I'll update with more pictures soon. Don't give them your business!
