After i walked her through how to do her job on the third call I think she was able to get everything figured out and was able to stop calling me for support. I would definitely recommend going with a different company to avoid the Office incompetence that is going on there. I have a gas HVAC unit that i now can't use the heat on because I now have an enclosed attic that uses gas heating. They failed to install the conversion kit for the HVAC system. Leaving me to die from carbon monoxide poisoning. I am now also having humidity problems in my attic. Having way to much moisture. Humidity is typically around 80% and it isn't even winter. causing roof rot and mold very soon. Update: After making an appointment to come and fix my roof that they damaged, it never occurred to them to make sure they had roofers to do the job i guess. After I texted them when they missed their appointment window I was called and told they couldn't come. Wasting most of my Sunday. No consideration for my time. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

James also found that one of the ducts was closed which was an Ahh! Moment since we noticed little to no air flowing . I was shocked how bad our vents were. James and his colleague were very nice and helpful. They were careful and covered our couch to avoid getting debris and they even vacuumed after they were done. The only one problem was they left nails in two of our beds. He did suggest the UV light and will be coming back to install. James was very nice and even with expressing his recommendation, I never felt it was forced at all. Fair price for the service. I will update a follow up once we get the UV light installed.

My house is a relatively small home (1500 sqft). Pro Attic (Amy ) helped me to get a very competetive quote; (Joe) helped me understand what are some of my issues and their solutions which aligned with my research. Then there was the installation crew who wrestled excellent (Stevan, Rolando, Johnny, William, Jose and Roberto). These guys were friendly, hard working, through - bottom line they did a quality job. At multiple phases of the job they stopped and allowed me to review the job. I am no expert but the guys would take the time to explain things to me. Both men wore masks, were pleasant, professional, and did an excellent job of protecting my home and furniture. Kyle did the interior cleaning; poor thing was attacked by a couple of wasps. He sucked them into the vacuum like a champ. Henry inspected the exterior and showed me where I had separation in the brick between the building and the chimney. The interior also had cracking. They briefly left to get the right color paint for the inside of my fireplace. Upon their return, the cracks were efficiently sealed and the inside freshly painted. One last wasp entered my home as they were packing to leave. They were prepared with wasp spray and made sure it was dead before leaving.
