The issue was not the delays themselves -- it was the lack of transparency about what was actually happening. Instead of straightforward communication, I often received vague or roundabout answers, and when problems arose there was little accountability or clear explanation. Looking back, an early red flag should have been the urgency and pressure he put on me to sign a contract within a short time frame in order to receive a "reduced" price. Once he secured my business, his involvement dropped off substantially. He appeared more focused on pursuing new customers, leaving my project poorly managed and completed with work that did not match what was agreed upon. When I asked for direct updates, the response felt defensive and conversations often came across as condescending rather than collaborative. Even while the project was delayed, he attempted to sell me additional services in a way that felt pushy and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very challenging and stressful experience, especially given the cost of the project. I would not recommend this company to others.

The person I was texting asked if we were looking for reoccurring service or the one time weed removal when I replied requesting just one time service I didn't hear back. I sent my info, received an email to sign an estimate agreement and after signing and sending it right back I received no response. I texted back that we would be going with a different service who was able to schedule us in. I'm usually really patient but the lack of communication is what bothered me. They were quick to reach back out after sending initial photos but after I opted for a one time service instead of reoccurring services is when I stopped hearing back so quickly. No shade at all if a business doesn't want to offer their services or prefers bigger projects but I would have appreciated better transparency and communication.
