I had the pleasure of hiring Classic Landscape to redesign my property. Previously, I was unhappy with numerous aspects of my backyard; my fencing was falling apart, my lawn was atrocious, and I had just received Koi fish that, at the time, had no home. Isaac, Julio, Junior and David did a fantastic job removing my obnoxious palm trees, and making room to provide a better home for my Koi. In reasonable time, these gentlemen installed the most beautiful pond for me. They also were able to take apart my fence and replace it with fantastic quality steel. Couldn't have been more pleased with Michael's work! I actually had an architect design my front yard space about 1 year earlier and had been holding onto the drawing until I was ready financially to tackle the project. Once I was ready, I had numerous contractors come out to give me a bid and Michael was by far the best. He was on time, serious and gave me an estimate on my job within a day or two. Some of the other contractors I didn't even hear from for a week or two later. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to do the full front yard design (to save money) and he worked with me when I went back and forth. Ultimately I decided if I was going to do it, I might as well do it right. I had a number in my head that I really didn't wan't to go past and he was SO kind and was willing to work with me and find ways to save some money here and there on the design to make sure we kept it at my budget. Honestly THAT type of professionalism is what I respected most. Being in a pandemic, I had saved money but knew I just couldn't go overboard and he assured me he'd stay within my budget and guess what, HE DID! Once I decided to move forward he started the work when he said he would and had workers here virtually every day after to ensure my project was completed on time. Not only that, but Michael was on site to monitor the progress almost every single day which I appreciated SO much. I could ask questions and follow up with him daily. And another thing - he was ALWAYS available by phone or text within a moments notice. We did everything from demo to new concrete driveway, retaining wall, lighting, drainage, irrigation, plants, new fencing and more. Where do I begin!!!!... First off I needed a "perfect" yard made from a dirt lot in 3 days flat to create the "perfect" outdoor thanksgiving dining experience for a large group of friends and out of town family and the forever sanctuary for our household. Classic's Michael came out to give me an estimate for redoing my irrigation system. I said I would get back to him after I got a few more estimates. I called him back several days later and said I would like to hire them. Michael said he would call me back to make an appointment time that evening, but didn't call me back for two days, so I called him again and was told he would call me back with an appointment time that evening, but he never called me back. Why couldn't he just tell me in the first place that he was too busy (or whatever) and couldn't work me in, so that I could call someone else, instead of waiting three days for his answer. Mike was great to work with, came up with a drawing from my scrawl on a scratch pad. He worked with my budget also. His guys were always prompt and courteous. And they showed up when they said they would! He is very knowledgeable about plants and the area, and has followed up to adjust watering, and finish some water lines that he couldn't do until we got our raised bed container picked out. I had my irrigation system fixed by Classic Landscape & Horticulture. I had several leaks in my irrigation tubing and my automatic sprinkler system had stopped working years ago. Michael, the owner, was helpful, on time, and efficient. I always take note of how owners treat their employees and I liked how respectful Michael was to his employee, Julio, who was doing much of the work. Julio was very thorough and fixed every little minor problem. Both men were very professional and respectful. I even asked for a few minor additions that were not on the original quote and an electrical outlet had to be unexpectedly added to avoid having an extension cord going up the wall and into an outlet on the garage ceiling. I braced myself for a huge additional cost, but Michael was very fair on the price. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommended! read more

I needed a landscape contractor to update my neglected front and backyard. It was a large project (9,000+ sq. ft.) that included pavers, fake grass, large tree removal in the back yard, and xeriscape in the front yard. I met with another landscape company first who completely dismissed my ideas and tried to talk me into more expensive options (it was very important that my backyard be dog friendly). When I met with Mike from Classic, I was pleased to have the opposite experience. He was very interested in my ideas and also suggested some ideas of his own without being high-pressure. Well, what can I say? After 5 stars I can say that Classic landscape has been taking care of my backyard for years and years! Never a problem with Mike and his team. They show up when they say they will and leave my place looking like a Thomas Kinkade painting! They are uniformed and courteous to my wife even though she can be quite ornery. They drive nice trucks and make the neighbors feel comfortable and reassured that I haven't hired questionable or unlicensed contractors to take care of my landscaping needs.
