I needed to remove an old refrigerator and stove back in November and EcoHaul seemed to be the best option. I'm very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again. They were responsive being able to pick these up the next day after I called. And I'm confident EcoHaul will work with their network to have as much of this recycled as possible, which was a top priority. The service provided by Mark and Max was terrific being very careful and fast removing these from my second floor flat and carrying back up the stairs my replacement stove. EcoHaul is probably not the cheapest service but I'm willing to pay for the quality of service and quality of recycling. This included an extra fee for refrigerator freon but important to know this would be properly dealt with. read more

All of the guys that showed up for the hauling were fast, and especially patient. They had to haul 6 loads worth of very heavy business furniture, that took 2 days to complete, and never complained. We used Eco- Haul recently to pick up old fabric and clothing that we no longer needed or used. They were fantastic, very organized and very true to their schedule. They hauled 11 palettes of stuff and donated them to a few different places that we would have never known of. We were so excited to be getting rid of old stuff and donating to those who could actually use it. Eco-Haul made it too easy and since then they have stayed in contact to update us about how our goods are being put to use. Never have i had this type of customer service. From my initial phone call to inquire about scheduling and asking for an estimate -- I was pleasantly surprised with the level of detail, professional demeanor and pleasant manner. I was further delighted when the crew called in advance prior to arrival-- as promised. They quickly assessed the cost and the time to completion. They were spot on! Prompt ~ Courteous ~ Helpful ~ Rates fair. I have used them on three separate occasions. First time I was getting rid of big pieces of furniture, and misc. large broken items. Since they charge by space taken I watched to see how they loaded the truck. I was impressed to see they loaded it using as little space as possible. Second, time I had an emergency, they were able to come the same day emptied out my garage - sending some items to the junkyard and others they donated on my behalf. This last time due to a rain issue I had a lot of soggy stuff that needed to be carted off. They took it with no comment. I will continue to use them (have an attic to empty) Their magnet is on my refrigerator and their number is on my phone. read more

I needed to get someone to clear out what was left in my father-in-law's flat so we could sell it, but I wanted someone who would recycle and reuse as much as possible. EcoHaul explained that they recycle around 85% of what they pick up. They came on time, worked real hard, were very pleasant and helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with them. These guys did a great job for us. They arrived as scheduled and got right to it. They moved out an old hide-a-bed and some old exercise equipment some of which was upstairs. After living in the same apartment for almost 20 years,, my betrothed was planning to move in. I had accumulated *so much crap*, plus an entire living room and it all needed to go. All living room furniture, old crappy kitchen wear, a closet full of old VHS tapes and books, clothes, electronics, old blankets and camping gear, ect, ect, ect. I called EcoHaul and explained the situation. They asked me some questions and gave me a quote over the phone of about $300. We set a date and they showed up on time. I had bagged everything up in big contractor bags. In a little over an hour, my apartment was outside in a truck. Amazing! They even took a few things of my upstairs neighbors on the way out. They charged me a little over $300 because they needed to bring another truck over. I was very, very happy with EcoHaul. I don't know what happened to all my stuff but I like to think the good stuff went to charity. I didn't ask, I just wanted my stuff gone. They are great at what they do and very friendly! I had to demo some out buildings, rock and concrete walls, remove a lot of top soil, green waste, car body parts, furniture and household garbage in order to begin the remodel \ addition of our home. Last year, our local garbage surprised me with a $500 charge to deliver and pickup a debris box which I loaded myself, with 4 cubic yards of clean dirt....nothing else ! I was determined not to fall prey to that scheme again . I called several companies, leaving messages, with no response. I searched online and found ECO HAUL's name in a YELP* review. Their prices were all spelled out, they called me back with in an hour and it was a "done deal". I had a date, time and a great price to haul away my "troubles" ! The best part was, THEY would do the loading of the truck THEMSELVES, saving me all those hours and hours of back breaking work I did the last time, loading the debris box with top soil. For just about the same price, it sounded too good to be true. I was skeptical at first thinking there was some sort of catch, but there wasn't ! They did such a good, no, GREAT job that my wife cooked them a 5 star breakfast (I hope that doesn't get them into trouble, but they deserved it). I have used them 3 more times after that and will schedule them again next week. I don't normally post reviews,. but in this case, I felt I must because of the outstanding job they have done each and every time I have called for their help.
