I explained to him what had happened (small flood) and he was able to get me in within 2 days. He explained the process and found a good price for me. 2 technicians arrived for 3 rooms and 1 hall. One technician complained that his back hurt the whole time they were here (he had living room and dining room) and I aided the other technician with the den while also trying to keep my ill mother in her room for the time. 2 days after the cleaning a very foul swampy smell began coming from the carpet. I was able to locate it was coming from under furniture that had not been moved since the room flooded. It was explained to me that the technicians would move all furniture but apparently the only furniture that was moved was what I moved while the technicians were here. I was ok with the technician telling me he would clean a large area rug instead of removing it. What I originally thought was wet, was in fact dirty streaks. I contacted the office, this time speaking with a lady and asked if she would like to see pictures of all the places they had not cleaned. She was very rude and told me to just spray the carpet with Lysol. She begrudgingly agreed to send another team over to do only the spots that they had missed but insisted it could not be for over a week. The odor kept getting worse and I ended up renting a Rug Doctor. I should have done this in the first place and saved myself a lot of hassles and gotten the job done right the first time. I won't be calling them again. Very disappointed.

The communication was horrendous the only way we knew about any prep work was because I texted them before they arrived. Bugs-B-Gone was recommended to us by a family member of one of my housemates. They also do industrial sized spaces and thus the referral.. They're getting a 4 (the bugs have been eradicated) but I'm just not positive it was entirely their doing.. I DO believe however that their 'poisons' (which are totally safe for everyone and anything after 2 hours past the treatment) had an influence because since we got rid of the bed frame (which was graciously housing all the crits) any bug I've found since then has been very minuscule. which is exactly what their drugs are there to do! Stop the growth of the bugs that have already hatched as well as not allow the larvae to hatch.. I mean I'm as grossed out as anyone about these crits but I just wanted to give these guys a good score because I'm sure they had something to do with me not itching my skin off everyday. Overall: they do 3 4-hour (depending on the size of the space infested) treatments (2 hours of application and 2 hours of the 'poison' settling) roughly 2 weeks apart each time.. They came out and and sprayed for the Wasps. We ended up still having a few wasps show up so I called and they came right back out. They resprayed the whole home again and really focused on the area where the wasps came back too. The owner was inside and out a few times making sure that he really did everything he could to get the nest. We never saw anymore the rest of the season. They are a very customer focused company that does a great job at a fair price.
