However, the issue was not that it did not work in that area. The issue was that it did not work in our turnaround, where there was no filler or area of epoxy. It is fine if you would like to decline business but we initially got no response and then we got the comment from your mother, which was rude. It is unnecessary instead of having an open line of communication with your customers to respond in that way. If you had reached out and said we feel as though doing your driveway again would not be satisfactory to you and then we would probably have a similar problem, we could've had a conversation. Including potentially still wanting to move forward, but not asking you to redo it if it doesn't adhere well in certain areas. We are reasonable and would have understood if you didn't want to do the driveway again the first time, if you had had that conversation with us- but that did not occur. We also will happily leave good reviews for people/companies who deserve them.

We had looked for 3 months to find a fence installer that still did wooden fences. After searching…read moreand reading reviews ( which need to be read with care ), I decided to go to Bruce fence. Melissa in the office was fantastic and very personable, went through the options I had looked at, gave me the good, better, best run-down, and helped with an initial ( ballpark ) quote. We set up a date for the next week for Will to come get a site review. He arrived right on time, listened to what we wanted to do, and then proceeded to measure, make notes, and head back to the office to work up the quote and email it to me. The quote was received in 2 days, and I went to place a deposit that day. The installation was set for 2-3 weeks later, but they ended up having a hole in the schedule and were here in a week. The installers were to remove and dispose of the 136' of existing fence, and then put the new one up. Initially estimated to possibly be a 2 day job. The crew arrived right on time ( crew of 3 ) at 8:00 in the morning, re-walked the site, confirmed the placement of the posts, and proceeded with the work. One member of the crew went about removing the old fence and digging the new post holes, and the other 2 placed the posts and sections of the fence. They seemed to work straight through, with just a break for lunch and one or 2 short breaks. Levels were used to make sure that the posts were placed correctly, and when all was done ( by 4:00 pm), the new fence was in. I walked the fence with the lead foreman and pointed out 1 or 2 things which were rectified right away. When they left, there was no trash, yard waste, or leftovers to dispose of. While we did explore searching for samples at several locations, the final decision was made to purchase from Ballston Carpet and Tile because we had narrowed down our possible choices to three - all of which were sold by BC&T. We were very pleased with Craig who assisted my wife in understanding the differences in the fabrics, their wearability, the anticipated delivery times, and who tolerated our slow decision making and the amount of time we held samples at home trying to make a final decision. Craig also kept us apprised of the manufacture's production schedule. The fellow who came to the house to determine the measurements was not only friendly, but also very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge regarding proper installation methods and wear. With his input we were able to arrange to include two scatter rugs from the same bolt of carpet to be ordered. Finally, the installer, Justin, was friendly, and did a very professional job of removing the old carpeting and installing the new carpeting. We are very happy that we chose Ballston Carpet and Tile to do this project and have no reservations with recommending them to others.
